I change to new phone so I installed this apps to new phone. After I click scan QR button, it link to download bar code scanner apps but the apps not workable because it pop up messages "only support old android"☹️. I manually key in the secret key to log in, in order to get the passcode unfortunately the passcode always not able to use. System keep on pop up passcode error. Finally I force to use back my old phone which is broken and not safe to use😭
During setup until the step to add account, it required to install barcode scanner app, after install the app it recommended and other scanner app from google play store, but still keep appearing "Barcode Scanner" application has invalid signature. Please reinstall it from a verified store. Kindly advise
Couldnt login into Developers portal because of the newly ineffective app released by SAP. Doesn't have an inbuilt scanning option,. requires you to install another app called "barcode scanner" app which doesn't work on my S21 ultra. The error I get eventually on SAP authenticator app is "scanner doesn't have a valid signature". Why is SAP even releasing such apps without testing ?
Why does the app need to coerce the person to use the automatic date setting?
Worst app in the world. QR scanner doesn't work, useless app, with zero support. Probably a chat it that's responding to the errors. Sleep with snake!!!!!
App kept asking me to install bar code scanner. But after installing it does not work as well. Seems to be the same problem faced by most users. Any need available?
Brilliant authenticator - does exactly what it is supposed to, has always served me very well to authenticate securely against a plethora of web applications. Outstanding app - thank you, SAP. Only suggestion is indeed (as others have suggested as well) to add an integrated QR scanner, since I don't trust external components.
Terrible. Prompt to install barcode scanner after installed it not working and prompt in valid, not updated etc ...
I change the phone & now it is asking for QR code. But I am not getting QR code on password reset page. Please help.
Terrible. The QR scanner still has a bug and can not be used and I can not enter the portal that needs this terrible app.
This frustratr a lot even though i have installed barcode scanner from play store the one app suggested, still getting as imstalled from unknown source Suggest what can be done
If we change the theam to dark mode in this case options and right click (next button) won't be shown. In normal mode we can see all options
First day works normally, after that, all OTP sent to apps are rejected with info: "!Invalid Time-based verification code entered. Try again!" I can not go further for process. How can I get the support?
Does not work on new phone. Keep getting "No trusted CA found. PLEASE import valid certificate" after following instructions. Had the account previously reset. Officially done with this app. Will just use the notifications to email option.
I can't find "add acount" on this app whenever I on or off . Could it be this app isn't compatible on my phone or do I have to explore something on this app to show up the "add account" button ?
Barcode scanner installed through the app does not work. Error message 'cannot scan QR code' Barcode scanner has invalid signature. Please reinstall it from a verified source.
Useless apps! Doesn't allow me to login even pw is correct. Tried on old hp it work, new hp it kept show invalid pw. Have to call administrator to sort out again, what a waste of time!!
Requires Barcode Scanner to be installed as well, but claims that the Scanner app has an invalid signature.

Absolutely unnecessary. No option to migrate to a different device and no inbuilt scanner
Is there any we can skip this till time being,as one time passcode is coming as error and SCAN option is coming as bar code but the option is QR code
This app is not working as expected not able to scan the QR code. I dont think this app will works future. SAP needs to move other apps.

Useless. Absolutely useless. Does not work at all. I do not know how it made it all the way to Google play app store.
Awful and completely unnecessary with all the other authenticator apps out there (which SAP also makes us use).
It is very troublesome when changing to a new device and there is no option on where to ask for help.

The barcode scanner always says it was installed from an unknown source, but I installed from Google Play through the link in the Auth app. Update: thanks for the response SAP. I found out it was due to the app having been coded for older Android versions. I had to install on my old phone to get it working. It would be nice if it worked on the latest Android though.
