SBI Life Easy Access

I can't believe this app is developed for huge SBI of this huge democracy 👿😤. Can't they get better IT firm to develop the app. Don't they have fund to even develop a decent app that's straight forward to use. After renewal premium payment I don't even get the correct updated status. I am not cursing the developer but this is utter disappointment.

Worst app ever I have seen on top SBI has it's won weird rules. Yesterday it was worked and today after reinstalling many times also nothing is opening. SBI might have got it done in free of cost.

Is there anyway of negative rating? With latest Android OS, app not even opening and crashes each time

Didn't find proper information, pdf download and pdf sent mail also got error.

Utter Waste app Always showing server down. I don't understand when SBI will improve their online apps and websites. I never get a proper response from this app with in the past 3 years of user experiences.

I am using iqoo z3 mobile. once I installed and trying to open the app, it's saying crashed. Could you please suggest how to resolve this issue.

Useless App. Not working. I am not able to register my policy. It either crashes or the OTP feature doesnt work. Pathetic

Customer cannot see latest fundvalue, please provide latest fund value and NAV daily. You are showing only next premium due. You are interested in collecting money, not providing necessary information.UTI app is far better than your app.

Horrible app.. don't even bother installing cause you can't login.. the namr, email, phone number that you type will not be visible in the fields.. they used a transparent text or the text which is of the same color as the text field background.. hopeless and brainless thing.. I can't believe they missed this during some testing.. if they even had any...

The display and UI of the app is underwhelming. The policy details screen shows incomplete information with a very bad color tone. After I login, to access more information i need to enter the policy no., Date of birth etc., Manually. There should be a drop-down. You dont see the policy no. When you type..this app is a disaster.

Rubbish! When I try to pay my premium, I give policy number date of birth and email address and press the submit button the app is shutting down.

Regarding "Certificate of Existence", App doesn't function. Selfie photograph is taken, voice is recorded; then, when it is submitted, I get the message, " Data not synced, please try after sometime or visit the nearest SBI Life Branch....". I tried not less than 10 times, and every time the same response. Last year the Application worked, but this year, it has failed.

Unable to open app on my mobile (Vivo X 60 Pro). Kindly help. Continuosly crashing.

Bakwas app. Not even opening once since I have installed it. Crashing and only crashing!!

I have used VivoY51A Android version 12. Easy Access app is crashed again & again. And now msg is" EasyAccess is experiencing crashes. Please contact "Easy Access" Customer service for a solution.

Got the amount deducted from the bank, and the transaction shows failure

Unable to do the self registration and login. Pathetic app. contacted customer support, but no one cares about the customer. No OTP received even tried with forgot password, no error/warning message. I am not sure it's was a developed by a developer or just a screenshot/html pages on the app. Request to Google, please review this app and remove from the playstore.

Why do you want to display the typed text in transparent font? I can't see what I type in the policy number and other text fields. Lack of simple common sense by the developer. I tried Amex EzeClick payment and it failed. Not a good first impression, uninstalling.

Not worst ever app but one of them. Not helpful at all. Each time while payment it shows error and never return to home page. You can't lodge a complain through feedback, it fails always. You can't see the details about your maturity. Now it has newer problem- shows check you policy number while payment after login .

Very worse when I try to pay the premium. Scenario 1: After selecting pay and eentering the policy number and submit. It says enter correct policy number scenario 2: while entering the policy number Dob and mail id it's not showing what I have enter. May I know is the bug or safety precaution. and after exciting the application. It will show the pay policy notification . I'm paying the insurance premium by this way only for the past 6 months.

After one year I am able to login to the app and able to see the policy details. But there is no option to add 2nd policy. Hence decides to register second policy separately with same PIN and mobile number. Now the app shows only 1 st policy and 2nd policy not able to login. Please change the the app by which we can add and see multiple policies in the same mobile screen

Worst app. It never shows successful payment window even if the amount is cut from your card. If you try net banking, the page just blinks. Wonder whether anybody at sbi tested this app and its functions. Just wasting public money, there will also be major differences between the shown premium paid in actual, in the app, in sbi insurance website and if you take a print out of the premium paid. Careless and playing with others hard earned money. Destroys people's confidence in going with sbi.

Which idiot designed the interface of contact form for sending queries. You have to select City from list of few hundreds names. You should have option to search the city name. Also your ibot is useless You can't even submit feedback through the app. Always gives error . Cheap app. Fire the developer
