Very glitchy. Quality of play is good, but too many programming issues. I'm on level 160 and suddenly all of the VIP rewards are never actually added to the balance. Took them a month to fix. Now, currently, all of my upgrades to the hourly bonus reset to zero. I had most of them at 150 each. Put in a service ticket 2 weeks ago. Still have not received a reply.

Most of the time it is difficult to win enough to sustain your wealth and you loose your coins too quick. One minute you have like a billion and the next it's gone. You keep on trying to win and run a high bet to try to win your money back. Then you loose it all. I guess that's what you call gambling😁😂. I would like to see more bonus rounds. I feel they don't appear enough. Thanks

This game became annoying. I can't enjoy it anymore, although I still have some coins left. I'm going to play them all including all my power ups. The delete this game... it was never like this before. Well there are other free slot machines game... I'm done with this game. You show all the adds and repeat it. I don't see a purpose to that. If a person not I terested in the first place.. shouldn't show it again. Specialty when you are playing with the timer on for power ups...

I LOVE this slot game. It is by far the best one I've played. The graphics are awesome and payouts are good. It has levels to go through and each level has its choices of slot game and what you need to do to complete the level. Overall A+.

Good game, gotta be careful everytime it goes from one screen to bonus screen and back it changes your bet to the max and if your not paying attention will use all your coins in one spin. The payouts are to low unless bonus is running. Besides that it's good game.

I'm not saying this because I'm getting free coins. I think that this is the BEST slot game in the world. A super great feature that other slots do not have is that you have the choice of which character/game to play and achieve your mission. Completing the mission allows you to continue on your journey through the land.

If you want to advance past a certain point you will spend tons of real money. Unless you enjoy being stuck for on a lvl for weeks. Bonuses are small. Hitting large wins are rare considering how much you have to bet to get out of the lvl. They say designed to be a challenge, I am not stupid. Designed to make money. Which I get, but it's too much. Love the graphics though.

This game used to be a lot of fun. I simply do not like the fact that I have to watch every extra feature open before I can start playing the game I'm not talking about the ads I'm talking about all the little bonus features on the sides of the game when you're playing every time I switch from one board to another I got to watch these things open up it is just simply annoying and time-consuming especially when I have timers running for bonuses.

I have been addicted to this game for 3 years. One of the best games I've ever downloaded I have a great idea for the green upgrade arrows. Since I can't upgrade my bonus with them because I have reached the limit, how about trading them in for the red gems? Everyday I get more of them as prizes and I think it would be great to recycle them. Let me know what you think 😉 other than that your team is doing a wonderful job. Still my favorite game.

Fun games just a lot of adds are put on to motivate you to make purchases to stop them. i would much rather have them decrease in frequency as your level gets higher. Once you hit level 100 there gone completely. That is my only suggestion. Other than that, keep up the awesome work on this awesome game!!!

This used to be one of my favorites to play. But then they throw in Cinco de Mayo and all of a sudden for 2 days I get stuck on having to pay for coins at this level. What the hell is the point of having VIP if you force someone to purchase game coin? The worst part is that win to loss ratio for the past year has been out of balance and is constantly in favor of the house. Beautiful graphics doesn't cut it. There has to be more to a game like this.

This game is fantastic I love all the extras that you put in the game. The only problem with it is once you've upgraded all the gems as far as you can go. You accumulate the upgrades and can't do anything with them. It would be nice to be able to do something with the 7 thousand plus that I have accumulated.

Awesome fun. But there are issues with the bonus rounds and pop up in the middle of timed game play. When spinning for coins, it freezes and time is lost. Fix your bugs...please. Still no changes. Bonus rounds are hard to come by and even harder to win in. New games are great, but 32 spins before a single win is RIDICULOUS

Extremely better than I expected. Entering into this app i wastotally overwhelmed. I did not know where to start. Then, I saw a game blinking on the side that appeared my kind simple game. I tried it and was great. I moved through a series of games along a trail that were on a train. What made it even better was that I was actually winning huge sums of money. I was unlike any slot game I have ever played. I was astonished that I was moving consistently upward, not up and down getting nowhere.

I am going to lower my syars for this game. I have spent real cash, hard earned cash on a few different packages. Not one time have i yet to even win any jackpot at all. Used to give a multiplyer for whatever level u were and It was just taken away changed and not for the better. You stopped caring about your product. Awesome time killing game. Ive spent a large amount of money playing this game and the complaint I have is why should I have to buy the "scatter pass" over and over again? It doesn't make sense. And in the "lab", I never hit the bigger prizes. It almost stops on one of the big ones but never fails to go just past it. Fix this and I'll give 5 stars

I used to really like this game. Recently, I spent $24.99 x2 to get the free spin in an event which I did not get and what is considered to be a fair trade is a free spin in another event that I can acquire by waiting 24 hours. How is that a fair trade? This isn't the first time I have had to go Support because of not receiving something that I paid in game for.

Only reason Im giving you all a freaking 3 is because u DO NOT HONOR all wins in the game . There's pieces that SHOULD have been counted with the win. I definitely really like this game, have been playing for at least almost 3 yrs. I like being able to get thru the level challenges, it's gotten tougher to get thru to a new leve again, but interesting & a challenge. l they used to be so difficult, & it took forever get thru one.

I really love this game. But I have noticed that every week all the packages are getting more expensive. It's like if you pay for the extras which I do, they want you to pay for the extras the next week at double the price. This week also the daily challenge to get to 50% more when collecting your coins have gone to ridiculous amount needing to be spent to achieve what I have achieved on a daily basis for over 6 months. I'm done with this game.
