This app has a lot to offer to include all three credit burros. I didn't like the fact of having to pay a monthly fee after the free trial until I saw that the company will notify their customers of any unauthorized issues on their account(s). I have 2 banks that provide the FICO score and 2 other apps that are free but do not provide the info to the extent this one does. This app also provides a comparison by percent between individual / state and national average use based on spending.
Terrible. You must sign up for trial period and after that they automatically charge your credit card for $39.99 a month. And when you contact them to cancel after your card is charged they will offer $19.99 a month same service. If you cared that much you'd offer that much to begin with. Oh yeah and they will cancel your service immediately even with 20 days left in the month you paid for with no refund. Terrible service and a ripoff!
Starting out this app was great. Now, it never allows me to log in and when it does it won't update my scores. It just continues to say, "updating scores" and it never makes it further than that. Very frustrating.
This app was a god send. It really helped me get my credit on a posistive trajectory. However, it has not been working for nearly a month now. I am paying my hard earned money for this service, and it doesnt work. please fix ASAP. The app doesn't go pass the load screen
Worthless app and even more worthless service! Do NOT install. I had to call in 3 times to cancel this service and I didn't sign up for it!! Then I was promised a refund of my last month's bill and was DENIED! Because I "took too long to cancel service"??? NO I DIDN'T!! Your phone reps didn't do their damn job!! UNINSTALLED. Do yourself a favor, use one of the Credit bureau apps and cut out the middlemen.
this app. gives you your 3 credit scores and is supposed to update you on them. today I got a letter in the mail informing me why I was declined for a credit card. then I noticed at the bottom it showed my credit score. the 3 credit scores I was given by this app weren't even close to what the letter said. this app was given me wrong credit scores. I immediately uninstalled this app
charged my card 4 a subscription I did not ask for and the app will not open!crashed! also most of the information on the 2 reports are different from one another and incorrect credit scores are both way off as well waste of time and money
Scores have not been updated I get better scores from Credit Karma... Cancelled and they refused to issue me a refund for service I'm no longer using. It is a waste of $29.95. I'm so disappointed I wouldn't sign up with them again even if it's free
The app doesn't work at all, it did work before, but now it doesn't show anything, and it has been like this for a while now. I sent a email to the developer trying to get issue resolved or at least an answer and I'm still waiting...
Ever since I became a member of Scorsese! I never seen any changes in my own records. And I been checking directly with Experian and my records shows always better. So I think me personal that ScoreSense is worthless. It is just a RIP off.
Glad that I can see All 3 Credit Bureau Scores, but No Place to Dispute Inaccurate Reports, as well as Inaccurate Addresses. Making this Product a Little Too Expensive at a Monthly recurring Charge. I Would Rate It 5 Stars with "Corrective/Dispute" Capabilities. Also, All Your "Credit Tips" Info Won't Fit on the Screen - nor can I "Click" and Enlarge them.
Scam!!! This website popped up as I was applying for a loan. It makes you think that you must sign up to be considered for a loan. It was charge $1. Then 29.95. I cancelled and they charged me again! Don't give them any of your bank account info. There was never a real pathway to a loan. If I could give it zero starts I would. They deserve the negative reviews.
Its a nice tool, but I find it is inaccurate, just as Experian &,Transunion are now and were in the past. So it seems I will be filling disputes with them. I am still trying to correct inaccurate info w/Experian for my mother, Mary E. Parker, as her guardian, from back in 2014
DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!! I wouldnt give this app 1 star if i had a choice. i had the worst experience with them!!! i never write reviews however this experience was so horrible. They drafted out of my account after i had cancelled 2 months prior, and they are refusing to issue a refund. This company is a sham.
at 1st it worked just fine for about 2 months. now I have been trying to use this app for last 3 weeks, reinstalling it few times. Same thing, after login it crushing right away. Please have someone fix it ??
It says free credit but not free even $39+ is being deducted from my account less than a month every time. After I downloaded the app and paid $39, it takes money from my account frequently.
This the only told the truth about what I owe and never took off things I paid and my real credit number is much much higher than what is on the app. I emailed them to find out why no no answer back clearing up the situation.
Smooth looking app, not cluttered and really easy to use!!. Will recommend to everyone looking to keep up with their score!!
This App is Awesome to download if you are trying to rebuild your credit. I have raised all 3 of my scores by almost 100 points. By far, the Nest Credit App out there!!!!
I was unpleasant about this app. Just because they dont have other communications format for deaf folks. Plus, if you have a change of heart you can't cancell it on the app. But must call them. Thats unjustified..
This is great it shows that I have a 700 a 698 and a 695. And then I go and check and I really have a 6:20. How can this site tell you that you have a credit score of 700 and when you go to file for credit you actually only have a 6:20. I'm not quite sure how that's possible but I'm not going to pay for that anymore
The app itself is OK but, BEWARE, ScoreSense is not a free service. I thought it was at the beginning and through the subscription I've never noticed anything about "ScoreSense Essentials Plus" subscription for about $30/month. I knew that after the first bill. After contacting them, they say you have only a free 7-day trial period. This was not clear at all during the subscription process.
