Frustrating app that does now show you full ticket price by default. Whatever price you see on here at about 40 dollars for "fees". Not to mention when you purchase them on here half the time they just send your tickets via ticket Master and you are required to download that app as well to access your tickets. But also you have to wait for the tickets to be released and by the seller. This app makes it very difficult to plan for a game by throwing all sorts of hurdles in front of you.
Very frustrating. Had used app previously for tickets. When tickets for May 30 Raw in Des Moines arrived, there was no row letter. When tried to contact customer service my requested email was not valid, despite being the email where my tickets were sent. No phone number for customer service. So no way to get my problem solved. Last time using this app or SeatGeek.
I love to do things myself instead of a person over the phone looking at a screen doing it for me. I love the fact I can get a view of my seat before my purchase. The prices are great and consistent. It's my go to app for tickets quick and easy.
Endless bugs over several years. Do not let your event managers use this vendor. No tech support. Last year I purchased tickets and it took 30 minutes to show up in the app. This year I can't buy tickets on mobile app. I accepted terms, but it kept saying I did not accept terms. Very low quality app. I was forced to buy tickets using a laptop and their website. I never thought I would say this but I miss Ticketmaster.
Horrible app. Tried to reset password. System kept sending same tpv number. Tried to to set up two party verification, system screwed that up. Everything I tried it managed to trip up over. Someone needs to get serious about log in issues. ...update... After a week I got an email saying please contact us for help. ... thats not a good sign of responsiveness! is it?
Very bad experience. Still trying to get it resolved and waiting for a supervisor hours and maybe days later. Website tricks you to get passes then you end up making a extra purchase which is impossible to retrieve and or get refunded for. Help desk no help. Try another site for ease in purchasing tickets or passes.
This app is absolutely terrible. Twice now I have had issues getting my tickets. The most recent time is for an event tomorrow. My tickets are not showing up on my phone and you can only try to resolve issues for this app through automated responses. There is not a help line where you can talk to a person. I would never use the app again except my employer offers employee perks for employees by sending the tickets through this app.
Seat Geek is terrible and I'm so disappointed that WWE now uses them for Wrestlemania. I have been purchasing Wrestlemania tickets for the last 6 years and these were the worst seats ever. I paid almost $1000 for 3 tickets. I paid $284 per ticket and couldn't even see the stage in the 200 area. The big screen only showed when the wrestlers got in the ring. The sound was terrible. Tried calling and of course couldn't speak with anyone. I got hustled and I'm upset. That's alot of money to lose.
Ordered tickets at 1:00 for a 6:00 event. Was told the order was pending, should take a moment. I didnt hear back 4 hours later, called the help desk at 5:30 and the guy just sent me an email at 5:30 saying the sale was canceled because someone bought the tickets after me. I will never be wasting my time buying tickets from these bums!
Horrible services - my event got cancelled and SeatGeek mentioned they would provide a 140% credit promo to prevent me having a cash refund. Their confirmation email stated I would receive the promo within 1 day - never happened. When I reached out to the customer support they put me into a long process. Just be cautious about their messages and remember they don't keep their promises.
It keeps saying my email address is invalid, which it's not, and it never sends a text to verify my phone number, which is also valid. I still can't see my tickets and the event is tomorrow evening. These same problems are also happening to a friend as well. Can't figure out how to get prompt help.
Trash third party middleman with zero customer service or integrity. I ordered tickets in December for a May concert and finally recieved my tickets less than 2 hours before the event (which I traveled 10 hours to with no tickets in my posession). I had to call and email dozens of times and literally got no help from the help desk. They blamed the entire debacle on "the seller". Good luck if you ever want to sell, gift, or transfer tickets.
Can't adjust price of tix for sale. UPDATE/RESPONSE: Let me clarify - you can change the price, you just can't save the change. Not possible on my Note 9 since the last update.

Really dislike digital tickets. Too hard to locate and deal with if you buy multiple tickets for the same event. Bring paper tickets back!
Ballet canceled because of Covid. $603 credited to the account instead of refunded. The funniest part is the credit had a expiration of 2/19/22. This motivates me to find something. Find a show and it costs $313 of the $603. Figure I will find another show to use the rest of the money that is about to get stolen from me. Well, no go. Could only make one purchase with my credit and I guess since it was not of the same value my funds vanish. No customer line. No app assistance. Garbage hustlers.
Never received tickets, suspect this app is a scam. Customer support number has been disconnected, option to call from app doesn't work. Very sketchy, purchase your tickets elsewhere. The State Attorney General whatever this business is located should take a serious look at this fraudulent company.
Very frustrating that you cannot pick which seats to sell. I have seats 1 through 5 for a game, if I want to sell/send 2 of them to someone else it defaults sending seats 1 and 2. Would be nice if I could choose which seats I wanted to sell.
There is a lot that is nice about the app, but I am FURIOUS that I bought tickets that said they were returnable only to find out after I bought the ticket that you'll only get a promo code (that expires!) instead of the money. Sometimes emergencies happen and you might desperately need that money back, but SeatGeek doesn't care. They already double dip through fees to both buyer and seller. I'm so unhappy.
Hide that a venue had a vaccination policy after the fact of buying tickets. No way to get refund only a credit. We will see how good this "credit"is in a few days. Will update later. Edit: to developer... Before there was nothing and right after I bought the tickets... There's a health check right there on the page.
Trying to get credit for a cancelled show. Filling out form and calling my email address invalid. Tried to use secondary email and also invalid. Waiting on refund for more than 30 days
There is nothing good about this app. It is not intuitive and difficult to use. I will avoid going to events that sell tickets on this app. It's just not worth it. Plus, not having the option for PDF tickets is stupid.
Makes my theater visit so much easier. So I dont have to worry about looking for the email, or printed tickets. Because I sure wouldve lost it, if it wasnt online.
Actually like the UI of the app, but I'm done buying tickets through these guys. Purchased tickets for a concert that were listed as a "Great Deal" end up paying almost $200 including fees. Then I just happen to check ticketing through the venue and I could've bought the same tickets for half the price... My bad, but lesson learned.
