Shapez - body progress tracker

Disappointing and stupidly paid for premium. A week after paying for the premium, my pics are not loading and a message pops up saying my membership has expired. I go into the play store to confirm, my membership is good until February 25th. I go into the app to contact someone, write a detailed message as instructed, hit send... and nothing happens. Find another app and don't waste your money. I am willing to edit this review if customer service actually responds in a helpful manner.

Good easy app and like side by side comparison with dates you can choose specifically. Only thing is it takes really long load up the app and get ready to take a new progress pic, not sure if it's just my device (S21 FE) but if it loads faster that would be great

They want 50 USD for an app which does nothing more than saving before and after pictures and for an app which doesn't work properly. The cost-performance ratio is zero stars actually for me, especially with this ridiculous pricing. I'd think about it if they fix the bugs and have a worthy pricing, but as some other people wrote already, this is rip-off.

It's a nice app to check the progress of what changes ones workout or diet is bringing to their body. The only issue I have with this app for now is the the reference posture the app recommend for front and back is not a great one. It's hard to notice small changes in muscle. However we r free to choose a pose that we prefer. And from the second time that can be used for reference while taking the picture.

I was trying to edit my last review to clarify, and also decided two Stars was unfair. Can't figure out how to change that last review. Anyway, what I meant is you have to crop any photo you upload, so unless all of your progress photos are taken from within the app, the part where you line up the next photo doesn't really work. Also doesn't support landscape photos, which is very unfortunate. but it's actually a pretty good app, except that I specifically got it for the lineup feature and really can't use it for that

Perfect! So easy to set up and use, in free version you can upload photos and later use comparison option, a lot of body measurements, set reminders for measuring day, earn badges. During set up and measuring, only 2 ads apeared, which is not a big deal, considering how nicely app is done! I really do not understand where all the low stars are coming from.

Amazing app , does exactly what it says . Keeps all personal progress with a great overview. And passcode for extra security. They recently had a bug and lost all progress photos and measurements. They personally wrote to me while they fixed the bug , and afterwards to let me know it was fixed. All my progress returned in my app . Amazing customer service . Totally reccomend this app

The app is good but from my experience so far, it's missing two things: 1. Entering weight/measurements should be manual. The scrolling and the 0.5 cm/kg increments aren't as helpful on weightless journey. Some measurement days may show no progress when there was. 2. Separate measurements for left/right body parts. In my case left and right may have a few cm difference so separate would be much more helpful. Other than that great app so far!

***Update: app has been fixed and my progress was NOT lost!! SO glad!!!! I was bummed because this app was so helpful!!! Very glad to have it back up and running!!!!! *** Loved it at first. 3 weeks in and it lost ALL of my info and pics!! So disappointing! Tried to send feedback, it wouldnt do that either! Had to uninstall and tried to reinstall. This app is locked up for me! So disappointed that it lost all my progress and measurements! I didnt have it anywhere else.

It's $54 a year to use this app with no ads. I was willing to pay $10 a year, but not $54! These people are crazy! And if you choose to go with the free version the ads are overbearing - every little thing you do, you are forced to watch multiple 30 second ads. I was using this app literally for 3 min and already had 3 - 30 second ads. Ridiculous and gross!!! Uninstalled!!!

I like the idea of this app and the great design which is easy to use! However, I have some concerns. Why the photos can't be taken without internet access? Are the photos kept localy on the device or on your servers? What kind of access you have to users photos? ####### Thanks for the reply. Anothe thing I didn't like is, after changing my phone, the photos dimensions are not the same, this causes some photos ti be zoomed and others not. You need to give option to corp photos to match old

Looked to be a fine app, but after a few days, it's just stuck on "loading photos" when opening the app, so I can't use it anymore.. EDIT: yeah it's up again. Increased rating. Would be nice if it also works offline, instead of only saving everything to cloud. I can't see why cloud is required except for backup.

Great app but even better customer care. I got a new phone and was unable to access my account and when i did all my history was gone. With the help of a very understanding helpful customer care representative they immediately addressed my concerns and worked with me to get my account back up and running with all my previous content intact which I thought I lost. Jaro did an excellent job.

Been using this app from October and not had a problem with it until today. I can't see anything, measurements or pictures taken. It just constantly says its loading. Tried to uninstall then reinstall to see if that made any difference but now I'm just stuck on a page that is trying to log me in and saying loading again but its not loading anything. 🙈

This app worked great for a really long time, but it doesn't even load anymore. I left a 3 star review assuming they'd fix it eventually but I was wrong. I'm not the kind of guy to give something a one star rating. Normally if an app just failed to work I would give it a 2 star at worst. But the fact that I just lost a year's worth of my fitness progress just kinda adds insult to injury. I really hope they get this fixed someday, because back when this app worked, it was great.

Installed, immediately uninstalled. No way to login except via Facebook or Google account. Can't preview any functionality or setup an account independent of Facebook or Google. Would be great if users could decline setting up external account altogether. Some of us would really appreciate less unnecessary integration and fewer accounts for apps that don't really need complex security. It's photos and measurements, not my bank account number. New cloud/account not wanted. Just wanted to use app.

Good idea but it just work. Either it takes forever to save photos or it can't save them at all.

Sinpy terrible app. After some month all my pictures were gone, just the loading pixtiews screen was visible. Also it always kept crushing anyway. And for this app they want 50 USD PER YEAR for the premium version. That close to rip off for this mediocre app in my Optionen. Don't bother to download!

I have been using shape for some time but after the latest update all my progress is gone. So disappointing and makes the app a bit pointless...will delete if I cant retrieve. Update: the developer suggested I log out and log back in. It asks me to sign up which I already had a profile. I went ahead and signed up with same profile but still all my data is gone. I see others are also having this issue. Hoping I can get my data back... Update..I am using the exact same email I have been for months

Not able to log in. The description sounds like it's a great app, but I have not been able to log in with Facebook or Google UPDATE: I am impressed with the response. I added a problem and it was repaired very fast. The app is now working great! Thank you for taking care of this. I was really hoping for an app to have my pictures and measurements all at the same place.

The app was nice, the only thing that would be better is showing date in graphs, and generally selecting time ie graps for past 3months). Unfortunately, the app lost all my data so i lost all my measurements and pictures, would have been a 4 if not for this :(

Great app - does what it says on the tin. Following recent issue with Android Jaro kept me updated and I got all my pictures and measurements back! Incredible communications! Possible improvement suggestion would be a timeline fade of pictures like a gif to show progress, but highly recommend.
