I have discovered that this AP is NOT COMPATIBLE with the NOTE 9. Most likely that means this ap AP is not compatible with most or all new devices beyond the 7 series or 8 rendering this AP completely worthless. Please update. I am very glad I discovered this before driving up on one of those check stops and would have most likely received a ticket. I promise if that would happen, my business would immediately have gone to one of the many other choices that are out there.
The app needs a second factor for authentication. That should be a requirement for any app with important information like insurance. I improved the rating after updates fixed a problem with the app.
This app worked until recently after a phone update. Same as other users, could not access cards or policies, etc. Very frustrating. Uninstalled app and then re-installed. Now it seems to be working. Try this to see if it helps your situation.
Have tried over and over but this app is not helpful. Shows I have bills due but when I go to pay them the app crashes. Most times I can't get to policy info or view my cards. More frustrating than helpful. When I have called customer service they put the blame on me for logging into my husband's account. Seriously
Opens and does let you view things, but can't even do simple things like printing of ID cards or even emailing a file properly so you can print it out. Needs work from someone that actually uses it instead of just from someone that is just writing code.
Can't log into app. Says invalid password or log in, but have no problem logging in through web. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and removed biometrics a few times. Tried again a few times. Now my account is locked. I removed app, I don't wanna mess with it anymore.
I installed it, entered email and password but guess what....they both are wrong according to them. No place to reset or anything. Guess I'll go back to having my card at the ready in case I need it. In other words,it sucks
It would be nice if the android version had all of the same options as the apple version. Android doesn't allow the "forgot password" option or the option to create a new account.
Read that I can pull up my insurance card on this app ( haven't been pulled over in yrs, and they have a comp that tells them anyway ) .. read that I can use it for roadside assist ( which I'm told is like making a claim? And could increase my premiums?) Gave it a 1 star only cause I couldn't give it a -⭐.. can't even get it to install.. tried 4 times (5 min each time ) all it said was " pending "... 20 min I will never get back.. And never installed.. so it's bad before I can even use it.. smh
I read the reviews and run into the same thing, but here's how I got my app to work, download then close googel, then look on your desktop and there's the app, click on it and it had all my info already in it. It opens right up and you can do your thing, hope this helps.

Same glitch as other reviewers are experiencing - can't log-in or even get past the "Add an account" screen. So is not an individual problem, but is system-wide. So why don't you fix this??
Not user friendly, you have to have an existing user ID and password already set up. The first step after opening the app is to enter your user ID/ email and password. Most likely this is something that you'd have to set up while you're at the insurance office.
Good app has everything you need to about your policy. The only problem is that you need to sign in all the time to use it. Be nice if it would let you sign or out. Or have a finger print sign in.
Won't accept a strong password, doesn't integrate with Google account, and solicits for SSN through app. A big "nope" for security - will not use.
it says your username or password is invalid. I know my information. won't allow me to check insurance. what's the point of the app. going back to good old paper statements.
No longer works. Last update was back in November 2020. I don't work with a paper system, get your digital act together.
I am trying to add a new account and it doesn't let me keeps telling me My user name and password is invalid. And there is no help center or phone number to call.
The app keeps closing before I can even log-in. Use to be the easiest Insurance app to deal with. Not anymore.
This app is garbage. It says add account but then tells you your info is invalid. How can it be invalid if I can't even set it up? Stupid
I pay my bill monthly so I would really like to see you when you push pay bill it should show when your bill was last paid and how much it was for each automobile or housing Etc
It says to add an account complete a UN box & a PW box, then hit add. Done, but won't add. Stupid!
Tried to enter new user information and it told me my information was invalid! What? I had no previous information to be valid.
ever since the update the app crashes. they should have left it alone now I cant gain access to my information.
Unable to add an account, not sure how I am suppose to use an app if it won't let me "add an account ".

Sometimes useful, more often than not broken. Current version is useless.
Always login and loading difficulties. Have to use full site 95% of the time.
I can't even setup an account. What is the point of having an app you can't even use? Completely dissatisfied with this app.
Needs update for Android 11. App doesn't remember your login info and biometric doesn't work anymore. Worked okay on old Android 8 phone. Logs you out after awhile. I even disabled the remove app permissions after 2 hours and it still didn't work. Also doesn't save to google. When logged in it works pretty good but not very useful in an emergency situation if you need to keep logging in.
