Sometimes when I make a payment the banking info goes blank and I have to go back to the make payment screen and carefully put the amount I want to pay. I don't always have my account routing and account number handy. Other than that it's OK.
Stuck on loading, can't sign into account, can't do anything with app. Been like this for 2 months. Uninstaller and reinstall still the same thing.
Terrible card, to instead of trying to build your credit, they intentionally turn off stuff like notifications so you can pay on time for the extra charges, go with better established cards like capital one or discover for a better credit building experience.....
If you input your password wrong once, you halfto change it. Am tired if this app since I already had to switch my password 8 times. Plus the service, not the best.
Love the convenience in the bill pay. I can change my account on the same screen as making a payment which is very convenient.
Payments are ready to make and pay rather quickly. Much easier than having to call or mail in a payment! I've had no issues with this app!
Pretty good app. 2 thing's that would make it a lot better 1. By Weekley credit reporting 2 no limits on making payments 4 just isn't enough 6 to 8 would be better
Easy to pay my bill and look at my account. Glad they just added biometrics to the app. Now I really love it.

It's easy to use, the only thing I wish they would add is being able to pay by debit card and that's why I'm only giving it three stars. PKR

Did payment on app thought went thru turns out it didnt so hit with late fee
Easy to used to make payments
Made me input my bank info again only to glitch out after I hit the make payment button. I'm unsure if my payment was made. Went to log back in and now my bank info is gone again. This card is going to to top of my payoff and clise list now. Can't even make payment kn the web now. I've never been late on a payment until they pushed this app, looks like that's no longer the case
