Shutterfly: Prints & Cards

Lately the app has not been working. You can't order prints. Not even on the website. And the pictures aren't the same from the website to the app. I spent like 5 hours sorting through pictures to then have the website stop, so I get on the app and the pictures are different. Super important for the pictures to match.

May2022 please fix the glitch. still can't look at photos in any albums. Upload take forever! Sep 2021 Still can't view my photos. Uploading takes way way way too long. Uploaded the same album to Snapfish last night in less than 5 minutes. It's still loading in this app this morning. I changed to 3 stars until this glitch gets fixed. I can hardly click to see my albums. If the drop down opens, it immediately closes or closes as I'm trying to scroll to an album to look at. My albums in the app.

The sales are always exceptional! That is why I'm willing to use Shutterfly despite the time it takes to create an order. I also struggle with how to navigate within the app. There aren't clear instructions how to choose the photos you want to order & from where you want to choose them from (FB, Instagram,etc..) If one is needing to edit an order, it's difficult to "go back". It's then just as hard finding the place where you left off.

The app is okay, though I get error messages a lot. My problem is more the company which offers low cost picture printing but then charges a ridiculous amount for shipping. To print 250 pictures of various sizes they charged more than $33 for shipping. Just a warning to others who spend a lot of time picking pictures only to pay the ridiculous fee rather than start over somewhere else. Yes, I agreed to pay it but save yourself the time and go somewhere else from the beginning.

App is nice but I can't buy anything. I have selected the photos I wanted to get and it just sits in the cart saying "Preparing photos this might take a while" well it takes more than a while since it never gets to the next page for me to order. I have left my phone on and off to the side on two separate occasions letting it load or do whatever it needs to and it never finishing preparing all the photos. I'd really like to order something 😂

Used to love shutterfly, but I feel like the prices have skyrocketed and quality has dropped. The app is very frustrating to use. Almost impossible to make a photo book, that or you'll need a wig to replace all the hair you ripped out. I still use it very selectively, but definitely less and less happy with it.

Shutterfly has excellent deals. I've had some difficulties in the past understanding them but the quality of the products are worth the effort. I was pretty excited on my last order for magnets. They're a dollar a piece with free shipping when you spend $10. I had to read that a few times to figure out you had to actually order 10 magnets of the same size in order to get the free shipping, as you would only be paying a dollar for each magnet.

I love the deals but alot... and i mean alot of times I can't do them because I do all that work in completing everything to put in the cart and when I try to pay, it circles out and I never get to place my order. It's like the more you have in your cart the less likely you will be able to process the order. Very upsetting.

I do photography as a hobby and with shutterfly I have made unique customized gifts to showcase my work. From yearly calendars, to canvas prints, amazing looking coasters, but my favorite are the photo books! I've. Ade six photo books so far and they look professionally made! Can't recommend this app enough. Of course for editing, use the website. But lots of deals through the app.

Worth it. I did a test run with the app their free prints just pay shipping. Well they came out beautifully! So I've of course been shopping through their deals ever since! Going to say I'm a little hooked since there is just no where around to get quality photos for this price! I recommend going through the app for everything because the computer was just a headache trying to upload photos and they do not take jpeg. Phone app, more deals and easier to use.

Shutterfly is my number 1 go to for photo products. I love using Shutterfly for my photo needs. I recently started taking photographs professionally, and I have used Shutterfly to make multiple products for my clients, including ornaments, photo cards, prints, childrens story books are my favorite. I have ordered many products and have not experienced anything negative. I love that there is a variety of products to order. I will continue to use this platform for all of my photo needs.

Decided to add "free prints" to my cart since I was already paying shipping for a photo book. It was an extra $24 in shipping when I added the prints! So frustrating to go through all the work of creating projects only to get to the very end and find out you can't afford the shipping.

Very difficult to use. Text boxes are covered by keyboard opening up to type, making it impossible to see entire text box. During checkout, had to enter mailing address three times, but it kept matching it with billing address. Finally gave up.

I struggled a bit with the pics and cropping. I ordered two puzzles, complete trash! The pieces are so loose I can't tell what goes where and as you piece them together other areas come apart. I tried to flip the one over so I can glue and frame it...it fell apart. I attempted to us the customer service chat, the bot literally just stopped responding...because well, it's a bot. Super disappointing experience.

Shutterfly is my go to for all things creative when it comes to my beloved, cherished photos. The quality of each item I have ordered over the past 7-8 years, has been second to NONE. I LOVE looking daily for different deals and "freebies" posted at the top of the app. The "4 freebies" or any involving free canvases are my favorite. I also LOVE the fact that regular sized copies of photos are always free of charge. To anyone new to Shutterfly, you'll have a blast making your unique creations!

I absolutelty love Shutterfly! I would give the app 5 stars, but I tend to have a lot of crashing issues. However, 4 stars because of all the great deals and variety of things I am able to make and order! Just ordered a photo book for half off and will give an edit once I recieve my book!

I have ordered pictures from Shuttetfly a few times, they always arrive when they say they will and the pictures come out great the low prices and promos keep me coming back! Edit: received an email for $25 off but they want to charge over $20 for S&H that is insane!

The app markets itself as "make photo books in a snap on our app". Free 6x6 photo books are only available if done on the app. However, photo books made on the app will not upload to checkout unless photos are first uploaded to the account and the project is then made. I made a full photo book and could not check out because of this technical glitch. If something is ineffective, there should be no option to do it. This app has wasted hours of my time.

Every gift created has turned out beautifully. Gift recipients are always happy. Gifts are packaged accordingly & shipped in a timely manner. Overall shopping experience from start of project to time its received, is pleasant. Site & project options are both easy to navigate. Endless gift ideas for anyone on your list - yes - even for those who seem to have everything.

Very easy to use. Never a frustrating task to do or create anything. I just made a hardcover book of my photos and found it extremely easy. Customizing the layout of the pages was simple.

App is pretty easy start to finish. There was some confusion as to how the system moves forward after the cropping screen. Other than that a real time saver!

Love using it for prints and simple projects, but to try and make a photo book on only a phone screen is difficult. And you can only open certain things in their app or desktop which gets frustrating

They keep cropping the photos weirdly and zooming them in, cutting out a good chunk of the photo. I had an issue with an order and the customer service was great, though! We got the issue resolved but I'm still sad the photos are cropped.

Faithful and True to order. I use this to help make photo collages and keep printed copies of my photos if anything ever happens to the digitals. Shipping is sometime long but it is so worth the wait.

Got some pictures that where not good resolution but they fixed it the best they could and gave me a credit. I did have to go somewhere else for the pics I wanted but I've been using them for normal photos and they have been great.
