The app is a virtual wallet where user can select the silver coins and quantities and see the total real value based on metal content. The nominal value is shown as well.
Each coin has a description, metal content information and historical notes.
The silver price is retrieved from Yahoo’s Stock API.

Good app but I wish it would show how much silver ounces I have in my collection. Seems like that would be a simple enough update.

I find the app pretty good, but is it possible to bring the database up to date with what's currently available of coins?
Please add silver eagles, silver maple leaf, rounds, bars etc. Maybe even gold items.
Please add Silver Eagles, and various 100% silver bullion coins & bars.

Not updating to current spot value
Says no Internet connection
Not only does this app provide up to date prices for the full range of U.S. "Pre-Debasement" (1964) silver coins, it also has a brief description about each coin and gives you the ability to create a "Portfolio" of how many of each kind of coin you have in your collection PLUS it gives you the total "Melt Value" of your entire collection & its "Actual Silver Weight". I'm giving it 4 stars because I KNOW there's better to come! ★★★★☆
Good way to price junk silver.
I installed the app a few weeks ago and liked it very much. This week the values did not show up and would not update. I uninstalled the app and plan on reinstalling it. I will give it a second chance and see how it goes.
