It doesn't match with the bluetooth phone at all, even lots of things not working because tell you to add sim card 🤦‍♀️ it's funny yeah because supost when connecting with bluetooth automatically used phone sim card!

So I'm giving you fellahs a star because you made it possible to create a Bluetooth connection. Aside from that, all I can do is change my name. Disappointingly, after a 25km run I looked at my app and it looked like the pictures displayed here!! It's poop.

The watch wont connect. It won't let me use most of the features it has unless I install this app. And then it said it was created for an older version check for updates and nothing works at all because there is no update.. so I pretty much cant use the watch and the app is no help what so ever..

Have the watch. Watch controls phone completely. Phone doesnt control watch. Watch freezes up badly and cannot even turn it off during episode. The simvalley app is completely arbitrary and does nothing. How can I turn it around so that I can control my watch from my phone instead of the watch controlling the phone? So mf disgusted by this.

SCAM. It has access to all your info and runs constantly in the background regardless if your watch is even on. I have a great battery life on my phone and now that I have this trash my phone dies super fast. The positive reviews here are mostly written by bots and most of the features they describe don't work. RUN AWAY!!!!! I never write reviews but this is clearly an attempt to access your personal info. If your reading this before you download DON'T FALL FOR IT LIKE I DID

Had to disconnect it from the watch. It worked but icons would appear in my gallery for apps I didn't have installed and my battery for both the watch and phone would drain fast. After a few weeks, I disconnected and just use the watch as a watch with no linkup and problems went away.

This is the worst app I've ever downloaded, everything everyone else has wrote about it was true. It doesn't sync with the watch or does any of the features described. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!!!

This was a waist of money. It doesn't have QR to scan and tells me to download Simvalley Smartwatch App. I did and it tells me the app is for an older phone and to check for updates and when I do it won't update. So now I have a watch I can return nor can I use. Last time I buy something like this from Amazon. Doesn't even deserve the 1 star i gave.

Can't pair the watch with the phone. When I scan the code my phone blocks me and tells me that the scan is dangerous and can give out information you're not even aware it's giving out. My friend bought another type of smartphone and it took us 5 minutes to set it up. This is just ridiculous and if they are using software that's harmful to us then nobody should be using this app. I'm taking this phone back tomorrow.

Usually not one to complain, but this app does not work. It took forever for the phone to pair with the watch and even when it did nothing (steps, heartrate, sleep) gets recorded on the app. I do not reccomend.

Doesn't connect that is unless your rocking a flip phone. Don't get this or one of these watches. Great thought, be l bad product. Spend the extra money and buy a good one. There's a big difference between a $30 watch and $100 watch keep that in mind. Buyer beware

Everything u read here is true. I bought a Q18 mobile smartwatch. It does not sync with app. This app is absolutely waist of time. My mobile Q18 watch tells me i have to download this app and it does not do anything. Don't buy that smart watch and this app is useless. What other reviews say is absolutely true.

Get a smart watch, wouldn't connect to this poxy app as it said to install and connect to this app. Then all off a sudden it connected and then someone has been trying to download games and games I don't even play and also has Chinese writing next to it too. Ive disconnected the watch from my phone because ive got rid off this app because off the fact someone is inside my phone doing stuff!!!If I find out someone has hacked my phone through this poxy stupid app. I will be reporting.

I cannot get it to connect right to my phone i hit connect but it still says empty i can not change from gatt setting and from kl to lbs i cannot turn sound up on watch. Can someone help

I got this and now I can't even seem to try to connect with my phone, apart from Bluetooth, because when I press 'Find device' it won't do anything. It literally doesn't do anything. I hope this is just a glitch and will be fixed soon.

Totally random functionality! Mostly non functional! Totally unreliable! On the other, neither any other similar app appears to be reliable.

This watch is useless. I also have all of the same problems as other reviewers. And there has not been any updates/upgrades since this wanna be BT watch was released in 2016.

The whatch says to download this app, it does nothing! Won't connect even though I have it connected with my phone. No set-up or help with the whatch or anything! And apparently this company doesn't care to fix it!! I guess I wasted money on this "smart" whatch.

Can't adjust anything to personalize and half the functions never work. Smart watch won't work with any other app. Waste of time and money

It doesn't connect anything from phone to app. Watch constantly days download the SIM valley app obviously it's downloaded. It's a useless app

Twice, two time failures. Ackward setup, battery is not long life. Overall, the watch failed to impress me. I will not be recommending this product

If you came here because of that smart watch? Go to youtube, there is a vidoe on how to use the watch, or in summary, the right software to use is "BTNotification" not sim valley. Pair it with the watch and you are fine, cheers
