Dropped connection all the time. I use plenty of streaming apps, and this is the only one that drops the connection so often that it's unlistenable. Every 2-5 minutes the audio stops, I have to open my phone, and then I see a 'not connected' error. It's a shame that for a giant company with a great selection of music and talk, the app is so poorly maintained.

I only installed this app a few days ago and haven't has time to really check it out until today but I gotta say so far so good! Quality sound on my phone, easy to navigate interface, and a very large wide range of music to chose from. Unlike some of the other popular music streaming apps, there doesn't seem to be any limits on artists or music to search and find on the Sirius music app. Will highly recommend!

When going to a different station in this app it should go straight to (Live) not start the show all over again, pretty frustrating when using Android Auto and you just wanna drive and go. Also the in app feature to go to a specific time point in a show doesn't really work at all. Except for (go back 1 hour) and (go live). Glitchy app that doesn't work well, has issues connecting to Sonos as well. Should be MUCH better since this is a paid service.

Not sure what happened but I've lost the ability to skip on some of the streaming channels Update (5/11/22) Sorry for the confusion on your part. This isn't about hitting the maximum skips in an hour. The buttons stopped working weeks ago and have never returned. I tried clearing the app cache, but that didn't work. I may try uninstalling the app to see if that works, but that's a hassle. I wrote this review to let the developers know that there's something broken in their app. Thanks!

I Use this app everyday for the last few years. Recently I started listening to the last podcast on the left and their whole catalog is messed up. Now when I download an episode my app either quits playing it when I lose service or the app crashes and I have to delete and re-download everything. I feel like this is a huge disservice to the creators of LPOTL and should be fixed asap. I've had this problem for a few weeks now I've redonloaded and updated the app and neither seem to work.

App never worked well for me, either on my android or in my car. When it did work, the music and podcast selection was always poorly calibrated to my stated preferences. Subscription deactivation process for the free trial was a pain (too many accounts it can be listed under) and they take no responsibility and dedicate no customer service resources for addressing these issues.

Update from May 2022: Still unstable 2.5 years after my initial review. Nothing has changed. Cancelled service. Taking my money elsewhere. Original review from October 2019: The app works fine if you play a station and don't touch the controls. But when pausing for long periods, meaning 5 minutes, or trying to skip forward or backward using the controls, the app crashes a lot. This app is definitely not ready for the Google play store... It is very much like a beta or alpha version .

Lately the app hasn't been working properly, I've deleted it, re-download it and everything else possible to as to call customer service. The streaming service was my 2nd option to get all the enjoyment outside of my car. FYI: Username and password hasn't changed nor been declined. So, if anyone has any ideas, please feel free to respond. Just so you know, I'm giving it minus 5 Stars.

Great app! Unlike others, allows me to run app, close screen and put in my pocket so I can keep working and listening at the same time. Even able to take phone calls and it is still running in background. To add more-all the great stations with all kind of selections to choose from, including all the podcasts. With all the inflation now, I will never rid of my SXM! Thanks for a great product.....

I really like the Sirius service. It's excellent in the car...not so much on the app. Streaming will randomly pause. It may pause for a few seconds, a few minutes or a few hours before it decides it wants to resume. I have 3 choices to undo the "Sirius Streaming Pause". 1) Patiently wait for the app to resume. 2) Press Pause. This is counter-intuitive as the streaming has ALREADY paused. 3) Change channels and miss any streaming time you had buffered. Youtube and Rumble don't have this trouble

This app used to be a lot better. It used to work without fail and while there are some organizational choices I wouldn't have made, I still liked it. Now if I turn my phone screen off it shuts the app down. I updated the app to the latest version and now while it's open it just pauses itself randomly. It's essentially unusable to have to keep my attention on it every 3 minutes. I hope this isn't for everybody and perhaps just my phone or something. Very frustrating.

this app needs to be more button control friendly. it would be nice if you could change the channel without having to use the screen, it won't allow you to change channel using a three button Bluetooth headset. it would be nice if you could flip through your favorites using the up down buttons. it would also be nice if you could rearrange your favorites, as SiriusXM adds new channels and removes channels regularly. other than that this is a welcome addition in programming to my satellite radio

Unreliable. App often disconnects for no reason. Battery optimization is turned off and WiFi signal is very strong. Favorite channels randomly dissappear. Constant promotion on the UI. Looking at the other reviews and I see I'm not alone. The worst part is the tone-deaf responses from SXM. Dev. says to update app as they've rolled it back to an earlier version. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Play store has 5.10.2, IT'S THE SAME VERSION! USELESS!

It WAS great. All of a sudden, absolutely nothing appears on the screen of the app. Blank white. Maybe a dot or an empty square where a button with text should be. I uninstalled and reinstalled. No dice. And no, I don't want to troubleshoot with customer service. Just fix the darn app. It seems MANY people are reporting issues recently.

You have said that the app was rolled back to 5.8.12, the play store version is 5.10.2 which is what's on my phone and it has issues like all of a sudden the song playing just stops, and I have to figure out how to start it again. This started happening since the update and is annoying when I am exercising and have to stop and figure out how to restart the song, and it keeps doing the same thing on ever station every song. It's like it is on a timer to stop playing. Grrrrrr. 2 Stars for now

Always crashes, loses its place on playback, loads with missing content, and frequently won't load. I used this app on multiple phones for years and always the same issues. There are tons of posts online with people experiencing the same problems. They own Pandora, and that app runs fine, but they can't seem to get their flagship app working properly.

How many times do I have to disable tune start and adjust my audio quality? It always goes back to defaults which is quite annoying. App now keeps pausing for no reason. It's getting slower. App stops playing music randomly and won't start again. App closes. Can't play anything. They took away skips on extra channels. We pay for this and they are limiting things you get with other paid music apps.

I love sirius radio.. it works great on my cars head unit, but this app is horrible..after the last few updates it constantly stops playing and says no connection (literally every few minutes.) it happens on multiple devices (while the internet connection and other apps continue to be fine.) this is super frustrating and needs to be fixed... itbhas been going on for a LONG TIME already.

Everytime I have to deal with sirius xm it only gets worse. The latest is, after buying a new vehicle the my streaming service stopped working on my other devices. I called and was told I had to have a new account set up but that the old account had to stay active as well. This is IMO unacceptable, but I guess when you are a monopoly you don't have to worry about product/service quality.
