Needs to adjust "The Next" voiceover between each exercise - very annoying and doesn't even make sense. It seems this app was developed by a team with English and their second language. The workouts are great, and I've been using it for 2 years now. But please change the "The next" voice to the words "Next Up..." Crossarm crunches etc. Also, the shorts make it sometimes difficult to see what leg is being raised. Consider adding some shading to the inside leg to make the visual more obvious.
Great workout that doesn't require equipment and has instructional videos available for each exercise. It's perfect to squeeze in to a short ten-minute time slot during the day. I really appreciate the variety on each day's exercises so they don't get boring, and the subtle scale-up. And if the scaling is too subtle, you have the option to increase (or decrease) the difficulty each day.
Great thus far, I use it, my nephew and a few others I know. The app works great, very easy to follow and easy to adapt. I like the option of skipping through the rest points or even an exercise if its too difficult. Of course you can't literally get a 6 pack in 30 days but it will definitely start to show. Just keep using the app and depending on your starting point, within 60 days you'll definitely see results; either smaller waist/less belly fat or see major muscles poking their way through.
Great app,the devs did a good job, before the update the workouts were medium difficulty and if you ever miss 2 days you would't have been able to continue(it would be very difficult to do exercise because of the gap), and after the update we can set it to our comfort level and the fact that after every workout they are reviewing the difficulty shows that they want you to do the exercises at your own pace , even if you miss a few days you can do the exercises and pick it up instead of giving up.
Great for all levels. If you don't know where to begin, this app walks you through. If you're experienced/expert, then you know what variation of the exercises you can do. It's simple. Some exercises give users variations of the exercise. One thing I wish it had was the ability to choose your rest time. I end up just skipping, but would like if I could just choose a shorter/longer time.
First day with the app, and as a skinny guy that has done some ab workouts, I am trying the advanced option. So far, love it. The exercises are difficult, but rewarded at the end of the session with some nice stretches. Could've done with less ads, but then again it's free and there aren't too many. I also like the daily reminder. I think it's a great app!
Good start for anyone looking to get into home workouts. The exercises are varied and not too complex on the intermediate level, that's what I started with, while I increased the number of repetitions I've done on some of them. I reckon after a week I can move onto the top level. Definitely will get visible results with this app, paired with common sense. I'll do an update in a month or so.
Exactly what's needed. Perfect balance of features and feedback, and great guidance on the exercises. There are a few exercises I'd never tried before and the animations and video make it easy. The voice prompts are instructive and timely without being annoying. Minor issue is it's really hard to tell front from back leg and arm on some animations; could use stronger color diffs.
This is a great free app. I am rapidly beginning to see results and feel the benefits. I would say to anyone just give it a go because you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. The exercises are voice announced and have an audible countdown so you can just leave your phone to one side and concentrate on the workout. Much appreciation to the developers for the simplicity of use and the daily reminders in my phone notifications to exercise.
Excellent 10/10. The hard 30 day setting on this app is very hard ( there are also easier settings) but if you can stick to the plan you will be well on your way to a six pack. A few in app ads but definitely take that for a free workout app. All round excellent experience with this product.
This is a very good app. Only one thing wrong with it. During the middle of an exercise, when you are trying to count the number of reps you're doing, the computer voice will say sth totally useless and break your counting concentration. It's ok during timed exercises, but she should shut up when your trying to count. Otherwise, no complaints and helpful app.
I have so far completed the beginner's course and I'm over halfway through the intermediate course. The content of the application is superb with plenty of variety to keep you interested and a steady progression as your muscles develop. I would recommend this to anybody who wants to feel a bit healthier. You don't need any special equipment or even much space. The application is well designed but I would ask the developers to test with a screen reader like TalkVact
I have tried to complete the 30 days multiple times but fell off each time. But I noticed big difference in my abs each time. So I'm trying again, the latest update is a game changer! I can finally adapt the routine to how I'm feeling each day. Overall a great app with reasonable ads. Really appreciate the new update, I think I'll actually do all 30 days this time.
It does work really well. (using it on an 8" tablet). Straight forward, well composed exercises, right amount of talking (not too much, but also enough during exercises where you cannot stare at the screen). Acceptable amount of Ads, also worth the "ad-free ransom". :-)
Wow. Most helpful routine. My biggest problem was not knowing what was enough or not to make a difference. I especially like the option to increase difficult if it feels to easy. The only feature I would love to see is. Maybe a progress tracker that you take a picture and it stores it to compare it after each 30 days.
This is a great app because it motivates you to be a healthier and it has different stages for what you need to do. It does not have interrupting adds which helps with your progress in getting engaged with the program. This app gives you progress in a few days and has no bad features that I have come across, I hope you find this helpful for your new journey
The app is well designed and the animation helps explaining what the exercise is. There are two problems with it: 1, it contains exercises you shouldn't do without professional help. 2, there is nothing indicating if the speed I should perform the exercises is the one from the animation or the one from the explanation video.
Very good app. I am almost at the end of the intermediate set and the results are amazing. I combine this app with exercises on pull up bar and push up bars. My abs are showing very nicely and I have lost 4 inches off my waist line. I am in my late 50's but feel much younger now. Easy 5* for me.
So I have been putting this off for a while, downloaded the app and forgot about it, however, I have found that bit of motivation to have a go. Yes, we have a few adverts, thats a given, however I must say day one has been a very good experience, just remember to turn up the volume on your devices, good abdominal exercises app.
When I first downloaded this app I was naturally skeptical of its claim, sure it technically is misleading (six pack in 90 days opposed to 30, if you do all three programmes), as someone who used to go to the gym regularly, but over the years has lost the time/motivation to do so, this app has been nothing short of amazing thus far, began seeing results half way through the first 30 day programme, highly recommend this app to anyone who wants a quick workout without the gym hassle!
Don't often write reviews unless something is bad but in this case I can honestly say this app is great! Starts gently and increases slowly until you suddenly realise you're doing a decent workout, and that's just on level 1. Downloaded to use at gym but had to break due to lockdown, tried to finish the last few days after and no chance, which shows you the daily progress. Started from beginning again and coming to end 2nd time around. Certainly been a great help in losing 17kg and a beer belly.
I saw results in a few days! It doesn't seem that hard if you are somewhat fit already. But even if you're not somewhat fit already it's still a good app it will get you in shape. I absolutely love the illustrations and the clear concise instructions. It lets you rest between sets.
It's not just about getting a 6 pack. They have so many other options and the exercises are just right for beginners but get progressively harder at a reasonable rate. Unfortunately my experiences with other apps has been the exact opposite with to difficult of starting exercises. Great Job Developers!!
So far seems great, about 3 weeks in, noticable change and adjustable input options are nice but I think if it was expanded upon the experience would be more personal and able to automatically adjust better for the specific user. Overall though not bad, plus you don't get raped by ads.
The work outs are really good and well instructed. Lots of variability available as well depending on fitness level. Not sure if you can get super abs in 30 days but the workouts are definitely great!
It's a solid app. Some ads, but they don't ever interrupt the workout. The routines are nice and varied and you can switch a lot of them to the harder or easier variant. The name is a bit of a stretch, but good form and a proper diet make it pretty reasonable. If you want to start working your core, this app is a good first choice.
