It's a good app and amazing to find out simple things that seem so different. The only suggestions would be to maybe talk about things instead of messages as I kept having to pick my phone up to look and maybe give information even deeper into why the plane shakes or hits "bumps"
Fun app! It's can be little difficult to find your flight to load your flight, especially when flying on Regional Jets (America Eagle). However, one you find your flight and get it to load, it's very informative and fun. Different views, it knew when I had turbulence and when we started our decent. A little pricey, but it's spot on!
Has been a great app for us with a fear of flying. The paid version is great when flying. But something has changed and the free version gives a 500 Error message. Have emailed all the contact emails but no response. Have the app makers given up?
I've been using the app for a while now and have bought several flights from the pro version but on my past flight it couldn't connect to my flight data. I literally depend on it to calm me down and it makes me calm to know the turbulence. Some great features on this app but this last experience was very disappointing and kind of ruined my flight as I was panicking... Hope you fix it soon!
The app is good, obviously it can't account for every instance of turbulence on the route, but when it senses unexpected turbulence it still pops up with calming messages. I'm slowly getting over my fear of flying, but this app has helped. It is a little expensive though, I'd be more inclined to use it regularly if flights were a bit cheaper. Was worth it for my 12 hour flight from Lima to Paris though, which was very turbulent.
I used the old app all the time. It was great. This version is worthless. It jams on the first screen. Can't enter flight info etc. Trying to run on Samsung S9+ with both WiFi and mobile data. How about making the old app available again?
I'm updating my review to 5 stars because my lost flight was reimbursed after I contacted the support. Even though I contacted the support after a year since the issue. I like the app and have no other issues with it. Thank you for great problem resolution!
I have horrible flight anxiety...Xanax didn't even help. I used this and it was right on time with everything that happened. Had ZERO anxiety. For people who are complaining about having to pay for a flight must not have bad anxiety...I'll pay the fee to feel at ease. Using this for my trip soon and I am hoping it'll ease my anxiety again.
I am terrified of flying, specially turbulence. I downloaded the app hoping that knowledge would address my fear. The turbulence forecast was not accurate and the flight went through a horrible turbulence that even hurt one of the flight attendants. Also, there were some info that actually made me more anxious. I'm happy I only purchased one flight because it was a waste of money.
Have had the app since kickstarter and while the early years had problems it works great now. Definitely recommend even if just for all the information it gives even if you aren't a nervous flyer
I've registered and no activation code has been sent. Nothing in spam folder neither. I 've retried a few time s ...nothing. app is obviously not maintained.
Well.. can't speak to the validity of the technology because it will not register my information. Just buffers endlessly... hope they can fix this seems like a great concept.
Nothing but a scam. It doesn't work without imternet connection, not even if you buy a "flight". And where do you get internet connection on board of a plane? especially during take-off/landing?
I thought this seemed like a really cool app but it won't even let me register due to endless buffering and errors 😑 a true disappointment and waste of my time.
I bought this app for some trips across the country. I love the way it walked me through the flight and it really did feel like I had a pilot next to me explaining what was going on while in the air.
The application does not work at all. It cannot find the flight by number. When I specify departure and arrival airports along with the flight date, it throws an error
Garbage. Purchased a flight. With my flight number and time never found it. Out the funds for the purchase.
Terrible, when I am put my information it says information is not available for selected airports there are no other airports that I can use and is giving me this type of message so it doesn't give me information about my flight terrible app it's not precise it stinks.
Stopped working and will no longer pull up flights.
Kept crashing and wouldn't let me login. Was hoping to use the premium verse during my flight. Using a Pixel 2 XL
App is reporting ordinary weather conditions on arrival airport when sitting in airplane and pilot is telling that destination airport is closed due to snowstorm.
Update: They said they would have my refund to me by 5/21. Its now 5/24 and I still have not been refunded. They do not care about their customers. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!
I purchased a flight and it was not working. i got "bad gateway" message and nothing happened next. Refund me please.

Trying to use the paid one and get a 500 internal server error
This app is kind of B.S., I'm glad I only purchased one flight. It claims to use algorithms and calculations to tell you what is going on during the flight, but everything seems to only be on a schedule of when the plane SHOULD be doing certain things. Our flight was slightly delayed due to de-icing and the app thought we had already took off and everything including the route map was completely off the entire flight. The information provided during flight is cool, but not really that useful.
