Used to love this app. It no longer responds, even after uninstalling and re installing. When i click on it the screen is black and soon after i get an error message. Please fix the problem. Edited to add: i uninstalled and reinstalled as stated so it was the latest version and it still does not work. I have tried using the app multiple times over the last month thinking maybe its the internet but with no sucess.
The fail issue has not been resolved. I have been having the same issues (first audio quality went, now screen is blank, I get a "Sessions are being restored" notification that seems to do nothing and my pixel tells me that "Sleep Hypno Isn't responding".) This is a shame as I'm a long time user of this app with many in app purchases and Kym's voice is one of the few I can stand. I've noticed I can pay for the sessions again in separate apps if I wish. Are you trying to drive users away?
This was a great app. I thoroughly enjoyed the narrator and found her voice soothing. After an update the voice became fuzzy and the music barely audible. I am no longer able to use the app, which I spent some money on. I'd happily go back to older, clear version if I could.
After downloading and opening the app I decided to install two extra (pay for) sessions. After payment went through both sessions came up as not available! Have tried downloading them again but same message comes up about unavailability. I have emailed them about this issue & will update here after they have got back to me.
update - App no longer works. I updated to a new phone, and there has not been an update in a long time for the app. Paid for sessions are no longer available. I tried reaching out to the developer, and not response. I used to use this app nightly on previous devices.
It's a great app, when I have problems falling asleep I run this. I have never made it past 5 in the count down. What has happened to this app? It was wonderful now it plays for under 2 minutes and stops. I've reinstalled it a few times.
I downloaded 4 sessions and used for the last two days. I really liked them. Today all but one session has disappeared! The app asked me to download them again, but each time I try to, the app crashes! Please fix this.
The app no longer works for me, I've tried reinstalling it and clearing the cache many times and all I get is a black screen then an error message. Makes me sad, used to be a great app.
Not so great. The app closes after 5 min of listening to the free session. I bought another session and when I try to download it, it crashes. No response from support.
This app is my most used every night when I get ready for sleep! I have insomnia and anxiety and this app instantly puts me in a state of calm and relaxation so I can peacefully fall asleep.
Earlier versions allowed me to stack more than 1 play off the audio. Now it always stops after 1. There were no OS changes, just an app update for the first time in ages.
I struggle with insomnia. This is one of the only things that will help. It doesn't always put me to sleep. But it helps me to scan and release tension in places that I didn't even know I held it in. Thank you.
Have been using this app for years for sleep without a problem and loved it. Now it stops working after 1 minute. Please update the app and sort out any bugs/issues
I love this app been using it for a few years now. I work long hours stressful job not a lot of sleep but now I get atleast 7-9 hours a night. Would recommend this app
keeps freezing after 1 min 4 secs. have reinstalled twice and still no good. was really enjoying this app. now uninstalled.
New updates make it garbage. I cant play it for more than a min. This app really helped me deal with insomnia. I miss it! 😭
Says that it has multiple kinds of meditation but only jas the sleep hypnosis. Checked to browse the in app store only to get a blank screen.
5 star app but one star off as finding I can't play it past 1 minute either :( Gutted as I've been using it for years and works miracles. Will this problem be fixed?
I purchased the "sleep hypnosis app" many years ago.. *Worked great the 1st time, & every time I use it! Note; 7-25-2020 (Downloaded the upgrade.. Thank you!)
Used to love the app and paid for purchases. Upgraded my phone from pixel 2 to pixel 5 and doesn't work anymore. Will be uninstalling I guess.
I love this app! I have been using it for several years now. It helps me sleep when nothing else can. I don't even know what it says past the first 10 minutes, because I have never gotten that far.
Downloaded the newest updates, when I open the app I get nothing but a black screen. :( I'm so sad this used to be my favorite app.

Sleep Hypno was my favourite app!! I used it daily but now I can't access any of my sessions 😔 it just closes down. Upsetting because I've paid for so many sessions. I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times, updated my system, cleared the cache foe the app in my settings then uninstalled and reinstalled again. Still nothing works. Very disappointed and hope this can be fixed!!!
