This game has so much going on that it is my opinion the developers can't keep up. My favorite game was/is 'train wreck', a slot game that was constantly locking up. No one place, everywhere. I would have to reboot the game and lo and behold after a bit it would lock up again. After winning an 'ALL ABOARD' free spin session, 71 spins and 12+M coins the game won't load. 'Oops something went wrong'. Uninstalling...can't say I will be back, good day!

I couldn't take it anymore things popping up before spins in the middle of spins after the spin different games going on during the one that you're spinning on far too much for me I have to uninstall you. It's really just too annoying to try to get into the rhythm of the spin to be interrupted with something else that pops up that you have to respond to. I reinstall this app and after several attempts to get to a slot machine I have given up with this app. Uninstalled permanently. 🤭

For the last several weeks every time you hit a bonus or complete a daily task the game randomly freezes and you have to reopen the game to be able to play only for it to freeze again a few minutes later Every time there is an update I keep hoping that this problem will be fixed but that isn't the case it's very disappointing. well I tried reaching out to customer support when it froze in the middle of sloto boss 2 bonus game and I didn't receive any winnings. But customer support didn't load

Great but with flaws. Firstly the game is really fun and easy to use. I love the variety of games and bonus games you can win. The main problem is the constant pop ups either asking you to buy extra games or add ons, if there was a way to pay once to turn this off I would do it. The second problem is the constant interruptions during game play telling me I've won this or I can play a mini game then another mini game and another, it sometimes takes 1 min to make a single spin.

My favorite app! I like how there is something new every month. So many extras that keep you wanting play every day. Just how I feel.. is you need to make an option to turn the games such as blast, private eye and so on.. Off. When your constantly picking something it takes away the enjoyment of playing the slots.. Some people just like to play

I'm tried of having to reinstall slotomaina over and over. The ads always load, they never have problems. But the games, that's a whole other mess. I'm tried of having that rate us message show up after 2 mediocre wins that come after a run of losses, no matter the game or the bet. It's not fun. It hasn't been fun for way too long. I'm tired of wasting time on this garbage.

Things are running smoothly. Thank you for the quick response to a problem. I rate you a 2 right now. I'm very disappointed by your level up rally. Your players, like myself who are in continuous play and still don't finish in the allotted 30 minutes might give you better ratings. I don't think you are taking into consideration the times within a game, like bonuses and free spins.

You may call it as you see but a free game should be all fun but as soon as they added money to it , that's what it's about.....Money !!!!!!! The requirements are so ridiculous you can't advance or enjoy playing !!! The same players are always winning and getting the best cards , no matter how much you spend or how much you play . The coin bets are quick to increase but when your losing they don't decrease . The free spins for the quest don't give you credits for the spin bonus .

If you do not mind being interrupted every other spin by pop-ups road to slot City and other pop-ups, I do not mind pop-ups for other promos or ads etc but when it does it in the middle of your spins on every three or four spins, it becomes monotonous. Can't enjoy the games because of the constant interruptions. Especially the road to slot City, I can care less about that, it is very annoying! I just installed this app 2 days ago I'm uninstalling after this comment 🤨

Lots of big wins, hours of fun, great games; this was my initial review. Now 2 years later, things have changed. You see, 'lots of big wins' have turned into an occasional big win, but you will lose it all in a very short time. The only way to keep your winnings is to stop playing, kinda defeats the purpose of having a game to play. 'Hours of fun' has turned into a few minutes of fun, because you lose everything, always. The games were 'great' because they won a lot, not anymore. No longer fun.

Be careful...They will overcharge you! App showed $11.99 for a feature. When I paid, they charged $12.99 (with tax, $14.03.) When I contacted Support, NUMEROUS times, it was clear that they were predetermining their response based on previous conversations. First they tried to blame it on the tax. ($11.99 + tax is only $12.95) When I finally got someone to admit the discrepancy, they said it was a "visual glitch", then told me that "all prices on Google Play are the final price." Unacceptable!

Been with this app/game for over 10 years. As long as you stay low level wise you're safe once you hit a certain level it's difficult to do much. May as well stop playing unless you're RICH. Games are good BUT changes in their algorithms are VERY noticeable. It's changed over the years drastically. Not as interesting as it use to be.

Not the Slotomania it used to be. Push for pay to play is at an extreme anymore. If you are new or lower level you will for sure get random cards and great wins. But once you've been around and don't spend enough $ they cut it all off. I mean to be honest spending $ doesn't help either probably. The more you spend the more they increase your prices for a measly amount of gems or coins. Not the great FREE game it once was.

Yet another pay to win slot game, payouts are few and far between, its almost impossible to get free spins and if you do , your luck if 1 out of 10 free spins pays anything. To many pop up adds for buying coins, it's easier to lose on this game than it is to win. I quit this game before for the same reasons, nothing has changed , very poor game, not worth downloading

I've been playing Slotomania for several years and I'll be ending that soon. The wins don't compare to the money I've spent on a "free" game. It's become a game I no longer enjoy and so frustrated that it is controlled by how much $ you spend. I highly discourage anyone from giving them your $, once you do you can't enjoy the game because it doesn't allow you to advance.

Ok, i think the game is great, you dont get smashed with ads and ive played for 5 years, they have had bugs and problems that most are fixed, the slots are fantastic, they have worked hard to make the slots better than most, thats what i love, and support helped me out straight away when i had a problem, the only other game i like is club vegas but this one is best. 😊👍

Fun game to pass the time. Not seeing how you win real rewards but eh, it's ok due to the fact it freezes or crashes after any gift reward. It becomes annoying especially if you lose a prize due to this issue. Will probably delete if it continues.

Lots of slots. Some are just losers. Music's annoying. Nice game until it freezes. Especially when it costs you whatever it is you won. Come on guys, FIX IT. You fix it you'll get 5 stars from a lot of people. Trust me. I wouldn't lie to you anymore than you would like to me. I really like the Sinbad slot. Just get rid of that voice.

I know your game is random! But still there's no excuse not to give the bonuses but every 500 spends The bonuses don't pay 8 out of 10 times! Unfortunate i played the quest this week in lost really big! Today I lost again I won't finish the quest and I won't finish the daily dashes like usual because I lost too many points! So I'm getting off now so I don't lose all my points! It's just sad playing this game some days it's been a bad week on the quest!

I love playing this game. However, it is really irritating to be playing slots you enjoy, and then be forced into a long, slow side game with no level-appropriate awards (I'm looking at you, Mole Game). Makes me not want to play.

It's been my favorite app since it started. Now possibly my least favorite I've spent a good amount on the game. I'm still very low levels. Never been in the trillions when i have friends and family that have played way shorter on years and have tons more money than me. And thousands of levels ahead of me. How is this fair? This is very disappointing to me. Since I've been loyal since the start. Way too many pop ups Super annoying !!! Plus horrible customer service/support..

I agree with so many people that are having issues with connections. It takes so long to get through all the Pop ups and interruptions that by the time you are ready to spin connections lost! A common among all! Contacting support hasn't been able to direct me to a solution, except that my device May have a system that is not new enough? I can't even see what I write in the clan chat because the latest chats cover the message I'm typing and won't scroll up. I wish it was back when things worked!
