App is so-so. I think if you can change the whole dial such as the font color and sizes, it will be great. Since on the default white color, users are forced to choose wallpapers with dark colors. And especially it would be better if there's an option to change the time to 12 hour format. We can already change the metrics, even the temperature unit but we can't change the time format. Not having that function is kind of a downer. So I hope the dev's add it. Thank you.

I has nice features but the device onboard controls are very limited. One button turns it on/off the other just takes you to a preset of tiles that you can't change. There's no battery indicator, the app asks for permission to access your contacts but it doesn't transfer them to the device, you have to input them manually. There's no way to see battery level even on the app. I like the feature to change the Face graphic BUT you are forced to use military time and there's no way to change it.

Consistently disconnected. The watch works perfectly; measures my bpm, steps, changes music, etc. The app always says the device is disconnected and when it scans for a new device it never locates the watch. There is an option to directly scan the qr code on the watch screen to connect it and IT STILL DOESN'T LOCATE THE WATCH. Fix your app. The ui is good, but it doesn't matter if the app don't work.

The watch that I have seems to just be a random number generator that only works if a proximity sensor detects something. The App is worse than garbage, the bluetooth connection approach seems to lack basic security since the O.S. doesn't even seem aware of the connection it has with the watch. The service that the app relies on to sync with the watch completely drains the battery and most of the time, the app crashes or straight up is just unable to connect to the watch. Horrible, the worst.

Nevermind, i reinstalled the app and i guess i was having a bad bug. I continued to fiddle around and i didnt even need to do anything, it popped up with a -1 for distance this time!! A little tip, dont connect it to phone bluetooth, turn on bluetooth and then connect it via app. I would love to upload my own custom watch face from my gallery. Hope you guys decided to work on more customization settings! Would come back for future upgrades.

I have the same issue of the watch/app constantly connecting & disconnecting from Bluetooth which is really annoying. However, my watch holds a charge for about a day & a half, if the watch is on army time, you just press & hold on the watch beneath the time until it changes over to regular time, & in the app is the option to change the watch face easily. In fact, i was actually able to use a picture from my photo gallery as the background on the watch. Not perfect but mostly good imo

Well the app keeps saying device connected and even though it has registered the device for some reason it won't keep the connection. I just bought this device so it should work so I'm not sure what is going on. But either way I'm sure other than that the app will be to use just having difficulties connecting the device is all. You should probably put a list of all the acceptable devices the app has better connection with.

What a horrible product!! It's by no means user friendly. I'm unable to even make the simplest changes like setting the correct date and time. It keeps disconnecting me; it won't always pair using Bluetooth. Very frustrating! I do not recommend this product.

The app is easy enough to use and set up my watch with but when im on wifi,stupid ads come up which jam the app so you have to reset ad turn off wifi. Also wont upload my daily steps count after first 2 days even though it shows up on the app,its like the app doesnt want you to beat the same old step winners,happened before with my old watch,i clearly beat the no 1 guy and it wouldnt put my steps on. If the watch didnt keep losing time without connecting to the app id delete it.

It won't let me know when I get my WhatsApp messages, and when I press to find my watch it doesn't vibrate or make any sound and my phone at times doesn't make any sound to find it either. I have every notification turned on and I just updated this app and now I can't change my profile. The pictures don't show up at all. Please make this app more useful and functioning.

This app needs work. I shouldn't need to constantly have to open the app to reconnect to the watch. I've had simpler watches that did better than this. Once reconnected and synced it clears my stepa in the watch from that specific day! Stop it! Make the theme actually changeable! Please! I'd love to see more color choices and time styles beyond yellow & purple and steps or no steps displayed. Make the app so that it works with or without constant service. I live in a rural area with poor signal

App is junk!! Got a smartwatch H10 that lacks features but uses this app for more features. Impossible to scan the QR code in order to connect BT which is a HORRIBLE option. There's no other way to connect otherwise. BT scan on phone picks up everything but whatever this watch is labeled as which is unclear. The manual printout is so damn tiny that even my readers can't focus.

Just got it yesterday, couldn't even set it up. Got the app downloaded but the watch won't connect to it. I've tried resetting my watch and got nowhere with it. It doesn't even have the right day, month or time. Very disappointed with my purchase. The only thing I do like is the sleek design and the band.

As everyone else has said, watch connected to Bluetooth and app when I first got it, but after I charged it again, it would not, and now app keeps crashing. Powered down watch, uninstalled and reinstalled app, to no avail. Watch is cute. Wish they would fix the issues.

Tried several workarounds but the device no longer connects to the app after being automatically disconnected from the first set-up. App also continuously runs in the background, consuming my phone's battery even though the app has been closed. Had to uninstall as it's pointless to have it consume space on my device and not be useful for anything.

The app has poor watch faces and backgrounds, and still loading Christmas and Chinese year(ox) faces. Please work on updating the faces pics, add more digital and analog faces, the images are limited. Also the clock, add 12 hours option in addition to the 24 hours option. Work on improving the quality like other apps. You are way behind.

It is very useful for txor m5 band users. It show all the features of smartwatch and has 90+ watch faces and also you can set a picture as watch face have in your galary, you can also set alarms and sedementry reminders. The is no problem to pair your watch with phone by activating your mobile bluetooth and then open FitPro app ,open set,then click on find button to connect your smartwatch .

Hello, Your App needs to show "miles" not km. Also its always running in background which drains phone battery . It does no good if it constantly running and drains battery on top of it. I am always getting device "disconnected" when i have my App constantly running in background. Theses issues need to be Fixed ASAP. As of 5/28/22 i have not received reply from you in my request So it would be nice to hear something soon. Thanks

Continues to "connect" to app but doesn't consistently record. The battery life and ease of use is great. Would be better if I could check vitals from watch instead of having to open the app each time or change the clock settings to 24 hours.

So far the app is working ok but i have few suggestions, please help to synchronize the phonebook from my bracelet to my phone and be able to make calls from my bracelet/watch, 2nd the dial pad is not working from the watch so in other words it is a useless feature because l cant dial and make calls from the watch. 3rd why do I have the youtube feature if l cant connect to youtube and facebook. 4th please add more nicer face watch.

App will disconnect with the device when that goes to low battery and have struggle to reconnect. But device is working fine and app also useful. But check the issue why it's cannot find the device sometime. whether device is beside to the phone.

Received watch today and it doesn't have a charger. Instructions are printed so small that the only way I can read them is by taking a picture with my phone. Also the strap Is very small(it fits on the last hole but the strap ends doesn't tuck in) Not a good start, I'm already not feeling confident about this watch. 😕

I like the watch I just got. I had an older one that I believe is the same company cause it uses the same app.i am looking for help. Having a hard time getting the prongongs on charger to stay In the right place to keep charging. Also it will activate sleeping. Mode when I'm not even sleeping. Sometimes on phone and sometimes out walking. Is there a way to fix sleep calculations. Also only if you change dial face is the only way you can check to see what charge you are at. Can you please help

The 2 positive things I have to say is the watch/app does keep a pretty close accurate step count and heart beat rate. But that's it. There is no way to change the time from military time to standard time. You are unable to change the temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit. Last there is no way to change it from kilometers to miles.

Contains Ads, full screen forced and long video ads. Bought a smart watch that requires this app, If I'd known, like normally it warns if app has in-app purchases or ads, then I'd never would have bought it. These are the worse kind of ads. Probably like it if it didn't have these ads or a banner with ads up or down on the app. No sync for this watch.

Three stars because they're not very descriptive on how to connect this thing. First of all make sure your Bluetooth is turned off. I know it doesn't make any sense since it's a Bluetooth device but trust me. Secondly, if you're having trouble charging it, flip it over and plug it in the other way. Third, it is not a radio control tower nor will it launch a shuttle. Keep your expectations realistic. Remember you get what you pay for.
