Thanks to Smart Control you can improve your driving style and reduce fuel consumption of your car !!!The app will check the consumption according to the type of route you're doing and notify you the consumption trend with visual and vocal messages. The app is able to read the DPF data of Mazda diesel engines new generation . This is an unique feature of Smart Control being tested and it can be enabled, on the car profile, setting the voice "Madza parameters".
Smart Control supports international system, Imperial UK and US customary measurement systems.
The first smart on-board computer realized on Android platform, able to connect through diagnostic protocols using a compatible OBD2 ELM327 bluetooth device.In fact, thanks to information provided by diagnostic OBD2, Smart Control is able to calculate the consumption, detect the beginning and end of each move and store trips; In addition, it can calculate and track key performance data, such as power, torque and speed up or braking etc..
The app, in addition to providing the typical on-board computer functions, provides the historical data detected. For every move, you can view the location map and data recorded at various points; specially, the graphic travel trend: -Speed; -Load; -Consumption; ...
The app also provides the last recorded position, in order to allow the user to navigate to coordinates. It's also provided a recording section of refueling in order to check the fuel consumption, and compare the consumption data detected to the diagnostic data.

Automatic performance recorded, is available on the historical data, generating a message that can be listen thanks to the “Text To Speech” function.
Some messages provided: -Start of trip -End of trip -Performance -Speed limit alert (configurable) by a custom message. -Lack of autonomy: based on the OBD II fuel level detected, if available (otherwise calculated) -Cruising Data
In addition, the reading messages can be heard on your car stereo thanks to a bluetooth device: in particular, the app automatically activates the speakerphone without requiring source selection.

- Do not allow to show and reset engine fault codes/DTC trouble codes stored;
- Keep only the last three trips and data;
- The average consumption and the other values are based on the last three trips available, with a poor precision;
- Show only the last two refuelings;
- Do not display the arrival position;
- Do not allow navigation to the last known position;
- Do not allow the user addition;
- During the trip, it allows only the display of acceleration 0-100 km/h

Nice little app. Two years ago I have bought the full (Pro) version because I liked the app very much, and I was happy with it, until the author renamed the full version to Smart Control Premium, which requires a new buy. The "Pro" version is not upgraded anymore. This policy is unfair, and I regret buying the full version.
it is fun and colorful, but that's it... readings are not accurate... the torque and HP are way out of charts, I have a cap 144nm car stock with 11 Years old and this one measure more than 200nm :)))... the fuel consumption is about double than real... the speed and RPM's are accurate :)) again, nice colored and beautiful displayed... but the measurements are not accurate.
Though accurate on my old Seat Leon, Seat Cordoba and Ford Galaxy, the app does not work well with my new Dacia (Renault) Logan. It does not show the instant fuel consumption and the average consumption shows wrong values. It is impossible that the car takes 0,9 l/100 km, although I wish! After applying correction, the value switched to 14 l/100Km, which is impossible. I wrote to the developer three weeks ago. I did not get a reply.
Every time the app loads it pulls all the information it's supposed to, but it forces my phone to use internal speakers rather than the car's via Bluetooth connection Update: tried setting "Use Bluetooth Audio", no change
Works well. Not sure how accurate fuel is but relatively it works good. Like the warning when engine temp is not reached. Measure power output acceleration etc automatically
Fantastic app, downloaded this app to view the dpf soot accumulation on my Mazda 3 diesel (2012 - 150bhp 2.2 litre) It's helping me to understand when my car regens and what driving style makes the process quicker.
Is it possible to make a landscape version for tablets? I have an android head unit but it wont open on it. Also a virtual cockpit design would be neat.
Works fantastic in my wife's Focus and is incredibly accurate in it. Doesn't work in my Merc though and I'm so disappointed because of that! Please fix guys. I love using this app.
I enjoy the app the problem is switching vehicles also getting it to connect also it keeps wanting me to pay to be able to view everything
Easy to use. No more configuration required. Nice dashboard view.
Can somebody tell me how is the BHP and Torque calculated? It seems to be accurate in my case. Consumption is completely wrong, so not sure if I should trust numbers I see there. However its very useful for DPF cleaning checks.

I love your app! How accurate are the performance readings?
Does not offer much without upgrading, won't even read DTC without upgrade
After using licensed version for some time now, the app lost the license and only free features are available. Time to uninstall
Simply stops working. As soon as I save the profile the app slows down to a stop, everything on the mobile (s10) gets slowdown. The only option is remove and install without saving the profile.
