Smart extension for Facebook

Just got this phone. Good thing I don't need this app, or I would return.. Gmail ext don't work, FB ext don't work, IG ext don't work.... All I can do is get messages, phone calls and tell time.

I have Xperia XA1 plus, when I bought this watch tried many times to login but I couldn't connect with Facebook, tweeter or Instagram. Also SMS extension doesn't work. Please Sony fix it I love your trademark SONY™, Don't let the others precede you.

The app no longer works and needs fixing as you can expect customers to use something that does not work when will this be fixed??

Does not work.. come on sony, your company has obviously stop caring about the customers. How about you fix this app.

If you are not going to update the app so people can use it please consider removing it altogether

I find it disappointing that Sony would present this and use it as a selling point when it obviously hasn't been tested. Doesn't work on new SmartWatch2 as I read it hasn't for hundreds more. I've e-mailed the development team and received not even a courtesy reply. It's quite obvious Sony doesn't care once they have your money.

Displays "list empty" all the time. Serious fail. And from what I've read from other reviewers here surely it's about time you sorted this problem out. I am seriously considering returning the watch due to this malfunction...if I wanted a watch I'd have bought one (cheaper) I wanted a smart watch...without apps that work this ISN'T a smart watch.

The app does not work. I bought the watch for this app. Watch had to be returned to shop, what a shame, especially considering this was a Sony branded item. Apple would probably ban non-functioning dross like this from their app store.

This app was working perfectly and now all of a sudden it doesn't work at all. But we keep seeing "bugs fixed" under the what's new section. Please put a team of people on this. It's just code. Get 20 guys for 2 weeks to fix the algorithm and let us go back to being brainless facebook addicts. Thank you!

IT DOES NOT WORK ANY MORE. How this is still available on the App market, I have no idea. I have used two different android devices (4.1 & 4.4) and it works on neither. It used to work when I first got my Sony SmartWatch MN2, but alas as is the way with all tech, updates seem to have rendered it useless. What seems to be causing the issue is that the news feed option lists one name only as my contacts list. Anyway, it permanently shows 'No New Events' on the Watch...

Doesn't Work. I suspect that it is the Sony Smartwatch connect or the sw2 app that is causing the problems with facebook because I have tried 4 different facebook extension apps and all show "list empty" after installation and setup. Sony please fix this. this was the biggest reason for getting the watch and it doesn't work.

It used to work but for some reason it stopped. I had it working on my Note 2 when I first got my SW2. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall. I've tried different FB accounts....nothing. I logins into FB, I manually run the "Update" but it still displays an empty list. I recently got a new BLU Life One X (2016) phone (which BTW is awesome), and reinstalled all the components and re-paired my SW2 with the new phone. Everything works....except FB extension. Would be nice if this App could be fixed.

Was really excited to get this app on my smartwatch 2 but it just says list Empty, I tried eeeeverything (trust me) so the problem must be on ur side. Please fix this as I really want to use it

No notifications coming through at all. Due to bug causing you to have only one person in your friends list.

Since the last update I've not had a single notification come through even though it's all set up correctly. VERY annoying, especially since there aren't any other Facebook apps available for SW2.

This was the main reason i got the smartwatch 2, doesn't work at all even after deleting and reinstalling the app and restarting the watch

It has never worked for me I used it about 8 months ago and again now and it still doesn't work.

It will not update or push notifications to watch. Dont even bother downloading this, The developers haven't fixed it since they broke it, and it hasn't been working for over 5 months now..

Hard to manage and after update list empty I updated my SW2 back in june and ever since this app hasn't worked. Now when I launch it all it says is empty list even though it is still signed in. I figured they just needed to update the app to work with the new OS for the smartwatch. After wait for over a month I've decided to give up on the app because even when it was working it was really hard to manage. This is because if you have a lot of friends and you don't want to see updates from all of them you have to go through and manually select from your entire list of friends which ones you want news feed updates from. It would be really helpful to be able to enable newsfeed updates for groups of friends like "close friends". Also, I found that the app took a while to alert me of things if I noticed them first on my phone. All in all I was expecting more for you sony.
