This apps rotation is not configured to work with mobile rotation, it rotates even if my mobile rotation is locked, better fix this issue.

The app was useful in helping me study. I'm able to pinpoint which sections I need to work on more. However, not sure what happened recently, but now I'm unable to load the app. it will open and just sit on the loading screen. I've uninstalled it and restarted my phone and it still won't work. I've since downloaded an emulator on my computer to be able to use it, which defeats the whole point of the app.

I first downloaded this app for the ARM54 course, the app worked well and was helpful. I have now paid for and downloaded the ARM56 questions and the app totally stopped working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and even powered down my phone in between. It takes forever to open and then goes to a screen with ABCD options blank, you can press the buttons but nothing works.

OK when it works, but it usually doesn't. At its best, the UI is clunky, but I put up with it to study on-the-go. However, it is highly unstable and is currently non-functioning. This is a major problem as exam day approaches. This app is not worth the trouble or stress, much less the $10 it costs to access questions for each course.

I like this app. It has all of the questions, every single one of them, from the online tests. It is customizable in that you can review single chapters, multiple chapters, or every chapter. You can also do extensive reviews of every single question. There are almost a thousand of them. I give 4 stars for not having the explanation when you get one wrong.

I need to update my first review. I couldn't get my quiz data on my app, finally reached out to customer service via email and they responded very quickly. The problem was resolved. Excellent customer service. I don't know why I waited so long. If you are having issues reach out to them.

Useful when it works but highly unreliable. Will work fine for a while and then start loading a non-functional screen you can't get off of even with restarting phone & uninstall/reinstall app. Customer service response slow and unhelpful

This app has been vital for studying for my exams. The bank of questions is extensive and shows me what sections of the text I need to review more. I'm halfway through my CPCU and I'll be using this app for my last 4 classes, too. I just wish there way a way to have the app on multiple devices without having to repurchase the quiz for each one. A login feature perhaps?

When you select answer all questions it doesn't mix up or randomize the questions it gives you them all in order. So you get all chapter 1 questions then all chapter 2 and so on. How is that helpful when studying for the test? You have the option to randomize when choosing select assignments so why not when you are answering all the questions? And why not give a percentage total per chapter as you go instead of having to wait til you finish all 800 questions? The app is clunky for 10$ a course.

I tried the demo and it was unresponsive and glitchy to the point of not really being usable. They charge you $10 for each course on here which I found very surprising considering I pay hundreds for "online study resources" for each course already.

App is awful. The thing doesn't even work. All it does is load a blank question template with blank options. Really terrible app from an organization that should know better. This app fails pretty much all of the basic app functions.

This app for the androud does not work very well. Neither this app nor the apple version do a very good job of letting me format my choices (ie 30 questions in total). It is definately a take it or leave it product that costs more than it should.

software and questions was fine. however, it Stoped working just one week before my exams. and they say developers are working on it. thats exactly the time i was supposed to use this app... MY PURCHASE proved to be useless for me. as now is the time i was supposed to test my self. and areas where i lack etc

Downloaded and can't scroll to CPCU exams. Frankly, having purchased the full package which includes the online course and practice exams, being expected to drop another $10 for the convenience of mobile access to something I already have access to via desktop is absurd these days.

I purchased the AINS 21 course and my money got debited and after that the app says payment error and now asking me to purchase the couse again. Worst experience with this. Please return my many back. And moreover there is no help option in this app, if anything goes wrong.

Already paid for the online course. I didn't expect to need to pay additionally for the quizzes here too.

This helped me prepare for my exam but it's just difficult to use smoothly. Pro-tip, click on the text, not the box or circle.

This app is my go-to for CPCU study! A recent update to my phone OS made the app non-functional for me for a short while, but I emailed the developer address provided here and the Institutes got it fixed.

I have paid for AIC 30. That time it's working normally but when I changed my mobile n reinstalled app. Now app asking me to Pay Again.. Why should I buy same package twice... It's your responsibility to provide using multiple devices for same user...it's a fraudulent app... whoever reading this comments do not waste your money here...

I subscribed for AINS21 in my Android phone. Later it was not connecting.. So I did clear cache n other background processor.. Now it's asking me to subscribe o cell again.. Very poor interface.

It's not at all working.. It got hanged and not working...I contacted the customer support but they also not able to resolve the issue. Waste of money

Not a smooth running app. Make some updates! This will be the last book I use this app for, switching for Quizlet. Its free and set up better

This app worked great in 2018 when I was studying for the AU. I just paid $10 for a CPCU quiz and the app is completely unresponsive

This app is a complete waste! If you try to upload it onto newly purchased devices, what was purchased won't open!
