Smart Wristband

It's not worth one star. It won't pair with phone so it can't syn the data. Despite downloaded the latest bug fix version it still won't work. With all the negative feedback/comments, the developers seem like they couldn't care less. I like the watch alot and it works fine. It's a shame that we have to pair it with this incompetent app. I'm going to see if it's compatible with another app.

As of 4/1, the pedometer no longer works on the watch. is anyone else having that issue. The software is still connecting. I'm changing from 1 to 3 because the watch and app finally connected. The app has been working consistently so far. Still love the watch but buy with caution. There is a good chance the app may not work with it.

This app has constant issues with loading heart rate data...the timeout message can show up three or four times before it finally loads. I also wonder how accurate it is, because it often shows huge jumps in my heart rate, and I can't think of any reason why that would be the case. Also, every few weeks the app goes spastic and won't load past 15% for days at a time, so you can't check your sleep patterns or anything. No updates seem to address these issues.

Terrible and useless. The watch can only be connected through the app and the app doesn't work. It's basic at best and the Bluetooth function is useless as it can't find or connect to the watch itself. You can't do anything with the watch unless it's done through the phone app which as I said u can't connect too. Will be claiming my money back for sure! Absolutely terrible customer service too!

This app used to work fine but recently I was getting alerts saying the app is draining the battery and I have to force it to stop. Also my phone was getting extremely hot. I see an update was made in July which is when my problems started. have uninstalled and tried to reinstall but my phone is getting too hot again in a matter of minutes. I have now uninstalled. I guess I will have to just wait until the developers release another update to hopefully fix whatever they changed.

Works ok. I like my watch but the app could use some work. Both my phone and watch notify me when they are no longer in Bluetooth range which is annoying and eats battery. There is no way to turn this off that i can find. I suspect that this constant connection is draining my phone battery much faster than normal. However, if i disconnect the watch i wont get my other notifications.

Since last update, it no longer works. Totally useless. Since yesterday I have been working in the app and my smart wristband and discovered the problem was all tied into Bluetooth. When I turned off Bluetooth and turned It back on, it did a Search and found the wristband finally. I found the solution and I'm amending my original rating. The changes made in this version are excellent.

The app drains phone battery very very quickly so I delete the app when I'm not using the watch for a few days. Usually it takes a while to reconnect the app and the watch but I've been trying for days now and it will not connect. Both the watch and my phone say connected via bluetooth but the app can't detect it. Without the app, the watch is useless - can't set it to the correct time

There is a Google fit link on the app - don't bother, this app isn't compatible with it, so don't waste your time trying to link them. Don't set goals- you don't get notified when you reach them. Connecting the band to the app it drains the battery on the band. A very basic app, without too much thought or time put into it. The developers NEVER get back to you on anything.

Initially the watch was working great and synced with my phone every time I needed it to, but now its stopped connecting altogether. The watch is still working on my wrist fine, but won't connect to the app. I've tried restarting both the phone and the watch and as a last resort unpaired them, but now my phone, nor the app will connect back up to the watch. My phone, a samsung 8 is visible, my bluetooth is on and working fine as it pairs with other stuff. Just not this watch! Very frustrating!

I have been trying to pair this watch to my phone for almost 2 hrs now between last night and this morning. Without the watch/time function working (which is only set by the pairing of the two), this item isn't much use to me. If I can ever get it to work properly, I may be able to update my review to a better one. I have even uninstalled/reinstalled the app several times and have tried everything that I could think of to get the two to pair.

Totally useless app. Used to work then it stopped syncing now it won't find my watch at all. Truly peed off the developers or Google won't step in to assist. I now have a completely useless watch. Thanks a lot for nothing. I've returned the watch. I've bought a replacement. I've emailed you again. Please have the courtesy to at least respond this time

I have had the AGPTEK SW01 for 15 months and had not bothered to use it. Today, I took a look at it and I downloaded the smart wristband software. The watch on its own doesn't do much, in my opinion. Once I had the software on my cell phone, I tried to connect to the watch. That failed. Then, I went ahead to set up the parameters. That didn't work out well either. Body weight does not go beyond 150 pounds. Anyhow, the end result is a page that shows parameters like calories, distance, steps and the page does not respond. Its frozen. I close the program, reopen it and I get the same frozen page. It is no wonder why Amazon removed the item from its web site. In my hands , the device is inoperable. Do not buy this watch if it is available for sale. Avoid

I have a problem that every time I'm not in the area with my phone and my wristband is somewhere else, that my phone makes a sound. if my media volume is up all the way, or at all, it'll make the sound. I've stopped wearing it for months at a time because of this. also, when I connect my phone, it can't control music at all? But I bought it for telling time and checking my heart rate. It does those things, but even the heart rate sensor is off sometimes.

All working fine since I got the watch until the last update (Mar 2019). Now after syncing, the detailed pedometer and sleep data no longer show and there is no live heart rate functionality. The watch is working fine, and the data pulls onto another phone which has the older version of the app.

Info doesn't transfer from watch to app. It isnt accurate. It would be handy to have a sync button to make the app read the watch info, but its disappointing that it says I'm asleep when I'm awake and I spend two hours on my stationary bike and it won't record that, even though the watch shows I'm cycling. You get what you pay for.

Everything worked great...until time change now I can not get it to connect to phone or change the time. The phone and wristband will not sync.. Any suggestions???? UPDATE, I CHANGED MY READING FROM A 2 TO 4. I READ FAQ FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. it was suggested to turn your phone off and then back on. After doing that I was able to sync the wristband to the phone, time was correct..wahoo!

Frequently "loses" the wristband and / or crashes. When it's working, it's fine, but it spends more time with the screen frozen than active. It's not very intuitive, and I've ended up going in circles trying to get it to display what I want.

Worked fine the first time then I uninstalled and installed again but then bluetooth wouldn't work the 2nd time and took forever to work. This app also kept making my phone do random noises and I couldn't figure out how to turn it off. Thought it was my phone being weird but it was this app because I uninstalled it and it finally stopped.

Was working very well until update! Will not synchronize anymore. Please fix!! 11/30/19 UPDATE: When I clicked on this installed app and it started rebooting over and over....I turned my phone off in the midst of rebooting, turned it right back on and my watch and app synched again. Hope this helps someone.

Unfortunately, I thought I was going to get a decent product for doing a Amazon customer survey, I chose this smart bracelet, bad idea! Made in China but has no company info on instruction pamplet, not even a name. App won't pair with blue tooth makes the watch useless. Doesn't appear to be a product designed to succeed. My advise would be to stay away from this product and the company that makes. Bad Medicine. Waste of time.

This app deserves negative stars. It's a waste of time. If you have bought the watch that uses this app, you'll never be able to use it - not even to tell the time. When you try to link the device, the app never finds it - even if the device is right next to your phone. Tried it on 4 different phones and got the same result. Sadly, you're unlikely to see this review until you've bought the watch and need the accompanying app, by which time it's too late.

Application crushes 90% of the time before even opening and without the application the use of the wristband is very limited. Also the step count is way off, probably adding every arm wave to the count. Unless you wanted a waterproof watch, it's a waste of money.
