The instructions do not tell you that when you take of one side of the wristband, that that is where you charge it, its like a usb point and you plug it into your laptop. Thats how you charge it, as for the app tho. Impossible to pair. The watch still works without the app so its not completly useless

I installed this & it continously crashes. It will not connect to my phone. Deleted it, then reinstalled the app. We'll see if it does any better. I read that y'all haven't done any updates in over a yr. I think it's time y'all do

It was a piece of garbage ,doesn't read your oxygen level, the instructions were in Chinese and couldn't get it to sync with my bluetooth. Threw it in the trash!

App doesn't work! I installed it and it will absolutely not pair with the watch. I uninstalled it, I restarted my phone and I tried everything I can think of to get the phone and watch to pair and nothing works.

Was connected to old phone and one before it .But now it won't connect at all . Getting fed up with everything . Seems like a electronic curse .

Took me an hour to pair. Had to restart phone then to get it to work. When I try to set band functions it says not supported. The BP works and that's mainly what I wanted it for so I'll continue to use my fitbit and this for the BP.

Can't change the time or date. Doesn't sync with phone. Doesn't record activity. Poor purchase and experience allround

Didn't come with a USB cable it is worthless with out it. The app was not working. Research on it was not found no instructions on how to charge it.

Waste of money & time on this product and app. Never keeps accurate time and won't allow you to reset. Requests very invasive permissions but low quality service/performance.

Download the fitpro app it will sync up your phone with your smart band. And everything is functional as well

P.O.S. Doesn't work and apparently the developers don't care enough to support it. Double whammy, just glad I didn't buy it (it wouldn't be a good deal if they gave it away)

Keeps saying device not found when I try to pair no matter how many times I try to pair it. Been trying for 2 days now. Ridiculous!

Install an app called Fitpro..I tried umpteen tonight and this was the one that connected...changes the clock everything once connected and if I can do it...anyone can

Hard to use, tried many different usb ports wouldn't fit, so I couldn't charge it.

This would not work with the Smart and LM707. No connection, but using the app FitPro brought all the functions to life

This is the least user friendly app I have ever encountered. It made the watch a waste of money.

After reading all the reviews I decided not to download the app and trash the watch. To many BAD reviews and that's not cool. Products that are being sold has to please the consumer for it to be successful to share with others.

Brought this smartwatch just to find out that it is not working or will not switch on just going to send it back and ask for my money back I won't trust this developer if I was you waste of time and money

Would not recommend AT ALL! Cannot even "find" the watch to pair it to......suckered! Sorry I can't give it a minus star

The app doesn't work. Had the watch for months and can't even use it.

This app's icon looks nice but doesn't work the way it should be.i see it to be useless.
