Worried about my personal information banking social security has been compromised. Got msg that i had to wait 48 pending approval to use app or call 1800# and it just rings one and then busy signal. Tried calling 888# on their contact info and# disconnected. Contracting my bank and lawyer for this one. Scam
it says my phone number is invalid even though, I included everything. wont let me continue without phone number so I guess I can't use it

I was supposed to get a email with some paper work to fill in my info. But, never got it. And the email for support does not work. If I don't a reply back I'm going to 1 star this app and go to another carrier.

In my opinion, the System is very good, transactions are very fast and my readers have never failed.
this is the worst card reader company ever. they charge almost 90 dollars a month or more (depending on how they feel). costumer service is very unpleasant to talk to out of all the times ive called only about 2-3 people have been helpful. they have an anual fee of $100 plus that months charge & if you dont make the "average" pay per month they will charge extra. every months charge varies between 30 to 95 dollars. ive dealt with them for about 2-3 years the company is only getting worse.
