Every day there are so many offers and attractive discounts are going on snapdeal. This app is really awesome where you can buy any daily need product in one place. The most promising feature of this app is the price and deep discount given on maximum products. The competitiveness in the price segment makes it unique.

Ridiculous experience. I ordered a book and it was damaged. I got a replacement and the second one was also damaged. I requested for a refund, one of the cust service agent confirmed that the request is placed a week ago and still no sign of anyone to pick it up..i tried to contact cust service twice and call gets disconnected inbetween. They say that it's because of technical issue but I highly doubt that. All the products sold here are either damaged or duplicate.

The products which I bought on snapdeal are really awesome. I think management is working very hard to choose it's sister branches for their product quality. One more thing even the return policy specially when you return your order (for any reason) your money comes back same day when you return the product. I think deal with snapdeal is really awesome. I'm editing my review, but it's not because I got a positive response, last time I was asked to send the product by myself. And this time they had sent me a different kurti, and the return option isn't even working. I'd also tried to reach out to customer care but it's not even connecting. Such an terrible experience on snapdeal. Never ever gonna shop from snapdeal again. 😡😡

Worst service, no matter how good the app is the service must be good, but this is the worst. I made a purchase and the aftersales team has zero responsibility on it. The product (bluetooth headphones) was not working and when I reported I was asked to take it to customer care and get a certificate from them, I will never suggest anyone to make purchases from this!

For me, Snapdeal is the synonym of trust. Being the 1st ever e-commerce platform in India. Snapdeal has maintained its quality even after going through so many ups and downs. I have ordered products worth thousands of rupees on Snapdeal. Had to return a few also but never got disappointed. Their return policy is smooth and easy. I wish to see snapdeal back on top like it used to be and I will be shopping throughout to save more money. Kudos!

They have the latest collections, also, the quality of products are really nice. Their app is user-friendly and well designed. The prices are pocket friendly. Also, their order delivery time is very fast as got my order in just 2 days. Returns are easy and hassle-free. Their customer support team is really helpful as once I had a pickup issue for one of my products and once I complained about it, the order was picked the next day and got the refund in the evening.

I had a strange experience from Snapdeal that I have ordered an item through Snapdeal App and they sent a wrong item.For returning the same myself I have to send it to them by courier service. Otherwise I won't get the refund. This is the first time an online store asking me to courier the item to them. Very strange. It's their mistake and I have to bear the consequences. My money is gone. Everyone beware of of such fraudulens. Think twice before ordering... This is just an ALERT to all of you.

They don't have any customer care no., their callback system doesn't work, for a formality they call you but the call doesn't happen. They don't have any customer care no. where people can call from their side. Only option is you have to chat. One who is not much literate to handle such things would never be able to talk to customer care for their any issues. That's why snapdeal lags behind Flipkart and Amazon and doesn't stand anywhere of them. Search engine is a waste. Hands down to developers

Very satisfied with their Delivery and products :). When I ordered a fitness item it should at least 10 days for the parcel to reach but the parcel came under 7 days. Very good app but idk how scammers knew about it and later I called and told I won a car hahaha. He asked my acc. Details etc. But I kept talking to him about singers and yet he wouldn't give up lol 😂😂😂

Disaster experience every time. There is no after sales services. I had tried to return my order but it get canceled in minutes of time no one is coming to pickup and the app is showing that the items is missing in original package. Wrost customer support and wrost shopping experience ever had. Dont download or order from this app.

After reading all the negative reviews I consider it to be a fraud app but still placed an order of trousers from my brother. Snapdeal is a good app and is easy to browse choose and share with contacts. The range of products available is huge. The packing and delivery are of a high standard as can be expected from snapdeal. Snapdeal has never disappointed me. I am a regular online buyer and shop from every online company. But I prefer Snapdeal the most. As they give utmost priority their customer. The quality of the stuff available here is quite better when compared to others and that too in cheaper price. They offer free and fast delivery on all products which no other company does. One can easily raise their issues through app. Which is indeed so convenient. I would rate 5 for customer centric approach.

Everything Awesome so far, i ordered headphones from snapdeal but somehow i didn’t like the quality of headphones, so i placed return request with snapdeal and ordered a different brand headphones which are very amazing and fairly priced, so overall experience with snapdeal was awesome for me , return and exchange was totally smooth and hassle free experience and excellent customer service they provide, because of snapdeal i enjoy my online shopping.

I'm liking the app and pricing. Minus 2 stars for delivery, it's damn slow. Its claimed product will dlvr in 4-7 days, but it keeps increasing. It could be easily dlvr in 3-4-5 days, don't know why they took this much time. Seller dispatch product on 2nd or 3rd day after placing order!! And the courier patner deliver to us on deadline date, even they rcvd it on 4-5 day, They keep it with them, and delvr it us on very last 7/8/9 day. Pls make delivery little fast, you can easily do that.

Better than other app. Shopping on snapdeal since 2015 from then till now there's no any issues Great service and with amazing deals. All the product quality is super in less price.
