The app constantly kicks your saved set information out and it seems it always happens during a draw. You either have to log back in and input your payment information or both. I hate having to use it. Also there's no way if i do place an order within seconds thats i only win a draw once every blue moon. I rarely win and when I do it's usually on a shoe that I don't even really want. I just try the draw because I want to see if I'll be picked or not.

The app is even worse with the update. Now everytime I open the app I have to log in each time, I have to go and turn my notifications back on, AND change all my settings back. Whenever I try to enter a draw I either get an error message or I have to re-enter my password and coincidentally it always says it's wrong. If I actually get to checkout ALWAYS tells me my form of payment is invalid. This only happens with popular releases. It's not a coincidence that this happened every single time.

Since the most recent update, the app continues to log me out automatically and turns off notifications. Using a P6 Pro, so I do not think it is a phone issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the problem still exists. Most recently, it froze in a draw and did not notify me for 1 hour that I did not get selected for the draw.

This is a terrible way to sell product. Waited to buy, hit the button at 10:00 am and a few seconds, and every payment attempt was met with a request to log back in and then an error. I don't necessarily even care about not getting selected in this BS lottery system, but to get an error and not even be able to get in line is straight trash. *basura* Absolutely terrible. Worst part? I'm not some bullish!t reseller trying to scam 30 sets in multiple sizes I'm buying them to actually wear.

Worst experience ever purchasing an item on an app yesterday on the 11th of March. I clicked on the footwear I wanted to purchase and add it to my cart at 10a. Checked out, and it was stuck on pending, never updated or notified if it never went through. I lost my chance to check some where else for what I wanted to purchase.

The app does several annoying things. It will ask me to log in although it's set to be automatically logged in. It will ask for my password when entering a draw although I literally just signed in seconds ago. It keeps disabling the fingerprint scanner. It sometimes makes me put my address in after entering a draw even though my address has been on file since day one. And it even makes me enter my payment information after entering some draws even though that too has been on file since day one.

I hate this app now. For the last two months it kicks me out every time there is a draw. It allows me to enter the draw, but after not receiving any updates or notifications if I was chosen or not I would go back to check and I'm logged out! No emails either! I am upset because it's like my entry wasn't even considered for the draws. FIX THE DAMN APP!!!

Such a buggy app, constantly resets notifications and login, tried to enter a drawing and wouldn't accept my address, just overall not great. Not sure if bots are the reason for all the nonsense but this is ridiculous. Update, absolute joke of an app, missed drop after drop because the notify me doesn't work at all. Get your app together nike, it's trash.

Recently, most releases have become 10 minute draws, which negates some problems. Nevertheless, "An error occurred", infinite loading screens, purchase buttons not working, menu layout glitches to where buttons are off screen, getting logged out, random password requirement, random address wipes... This app has a seemingly infinite amount of issues that are different daily, which eliminate your ability to try for limited releases that aren't a timed draw. These issues have persisted for YEARS.

What the heck Nike? You have never addressed this issue, and it's happening with a lot of people. Your app signs us out without notice, and we have to re-enable all settings such as notifications. Biometric also resets and password is required at checkout. You offer these service for quick checkout and to "help" the consumer. However, if it doesn't work, and just causes frustration, what are you even doing? This is ridiculous. You know the price of your own shoes on the secondary market.

Full of bugs and won't even let me enter half the drawings. I've tried to uninstall and re add the app, still works awful. I should be at least able to enter. Winning is a rare occurrence already but when I've been looking forward to at least trying for a shoe and I spend 10 minutes re-entering my passcode just for it to say an error has occured and that I can't take a screen shot because the app doesnt allow it. It's agrivating. What's sus is I only get these errors for the rare collabs

Hit or Miss aside. I think its a great app. I believe it would be a great idea to add some type of bar/info that hints to the amount of pairs made so we can know if if he have a better shot with a purchase. Something more transparent than just a Draw you Enter.

Really Hit or Miss when it comes to the big drawings, but overall a decent app. It needs serious updating on auto sign in and saving settings on android, and feels like you're constantly playing from behind with the bots, but you can't win if you don't play. Thanks Nike...

Notification turn off issues needs to be fixed. It is already a challenge to get the items or shoes you want. I missed some shoes because it turn off by itself. The little reminder option we want to use for once without being annoyed is bugging. Why is this difficult.

Great app. Even though its tough to get new releases, with the draw format, you'll have a chance at New releases much more than before. You won't win every time, but there's a much better chance of winning a draw than beating bots for your favorite new release! Good luck!

This is a broken app. I never leave reviews but this has got to be the most frustrated I've been at an app... I waited right until the drop of a new shoe and I manged to pick a size, when it came to my details of delivery everything was fine until the postcode, it physically would only let me input 4 letters/numbers and refused to let me save and purchase, because I was missing a post code? I restarted the app and still didn't work. Useless. Don't install.

The way this app is laid out and the simplicity of joining a draw or buying is why this app is best. Everything is so easy to navigate and clean. Don't get me wrong it does hurt not to win every time lol. But thats the game. They only have so much stock and I think they do a really good job so far trying to keep everything fair. So keep it up. It can only get better from here!

This is far and away the most infuriating app on my phone. It makes me want to stop caring about shoes honestly. Set aside how it's impossible to win something you want everyone knows that already, but it doesn't even work. It has issues entering drops at all and signs me out of the app automatically every single day. I never get notifications because I'm always signed out. Honestly it's a constant source of frustration I probably should just get rid of.

Randomly signs you out, changes your settings, forgets payment methods, and doesn't load correctly at the most inconvenient times possible. On top of that, it's nearly impossible to get anything you want when it dies work correctly. Extremely frustrating experience

With 5 million downloads, I can't imagine how many people are entering the bigger drawings inxluding myself. Soooo yeah, I get it. It's hit and miss, and I've missed more times than I'd like to admit. I've surprisingly won a few big ones completely SHOCKED me too. Nothing like that "GOT EM" appearing on your screen and I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S9! All about timing and having all preferences and pay info set! Took a while but i got em now.

I love the app! I spend lots of time browsing, looking at upcoming drops, watching videos, learning shoe history, and seeing how other people style their shoes/outfits. I like the new changes with trying to eradicate bots, and trying to ensure that genuine customers are able to make purchases. I probably should have went with 5 stars to be honest, however my small issue is when "sneaker passes" go out, I don't have a store close enough to ever participate, however I do own a car... let me drive!

The app itself is great, with updates and cool story's around the city you live in. I really enjoy the layout of the app and I've gotten exclusive access once every year so it's not too bad haha. They are continually working on sorting out bots accounts so it's easier to cop a pair you want, which I think is great.

Evertime I open app, after not being active on it for a day, it logs me out. Multiple times I've tried tried to get notifications on a specific drop and it will sign me out to where I won't get a notification. Then everytime I open the app, have to resign in, then it tells me to update my notification setting on my phone. Big pain and very upset with the app. Please fix.

They have gotten really better on letting humans win some of the real heat . Still freezes up , kicks you out and makes you re enter information ONLY when some heat is dropping . Really really upsetting . I set alarms and wait patiently and once 10am comes the site acts weird. Forgotten my address out the blue or will never allow you to hit submit. And the time clock is definitely on something faster than seconds

Saved addresses drop and needed to be reentered. Once corrected, the payments were not going through causing issues. Lost out on a chance to get my size on a drop.

Very glitchy. Every time I try to enter a draw it displays an error message. I checked password, uninstalled the app and re-downloaded, still have issues. I do like seeing what is coming up and browsing through the app. Hopeful for fixes, keeping the app.

So annoying to get logged out almost every time I start the app up. I get an error message and then have to sign back in and every time that happens, I have to go into settings and re-enable notifications and fast checkout. Because of all this, I missed a surprise Jordan restock notification and couldn't even try getting something. For such a big and lucrative company, this is just a shame to see. Please work on a fix for this.
