Simple is sometimes what we need! And journaling!!! Love it!!! I always used to say, "Man, I really need to do that but I NEVER REMEMBER, or I have nowhere to keep it. This app reminds you via text message, ( no, not 9,000 messages Just one reminder that your journal is empty for today. SIMPLE! After that message, you decide what to do next! And it also stores your journal entries for you!! It is so easy to navigate the app, for journaling, I have NO EXCUSES now!! Will be upgrading today!
I bought it immediately because I realllly hate ads, so I can't attest to how annoying the ads are, but at a cheap ~$5 (one time payment) it's worth it either way. The customization is really nice. Backgrounds and color schemes are cool but even the font and font size can be adjusted with lots of options. I personally appreciate the "journal" function. Keeping notes on how I feel and what I'm thinking then reflecting on them later has been insightful.
I'm sitting here trying to fight addiction and also hide the fact that I have it and you guys had the audacity to put up ads with music. Now when I check my calendar I'm afraid that it might be an advertisement. Can you just have ads without volume? And please don't tell me like other apps that have advertisements this is not a regular app this is life or death.
favorite part is how much you can customize everything. Awesome backgrounds and theres even some that move!! I love the ocean one, sometimes I just sit for a while and watch the waves hit the beach. 10/10
I absolutely love this app. It keeps track of the money saved from being sober and a journal to look back on. It is part of my daily routine to get on the app and read a daily positive message and inspires me to live it one sober day at a time!
Its layout is simple and it's not overbearing with the amount of features. The daily quotes are a nice touch. The link to the message board is cool too, though I rarely check it out. It's been good for me, I know sobriety is something each individual has to want for themselves more than anything. But, I feel like this app does help, because you get a visual accompaniment to your journey.
Based on my experience, this app does it it's job well. User friendly, UI looks good, and the quotes really are inspirational and helpful. Fun to look at progress I'm making
I really like the daily motivational quotes. They can be very inspiring. The milestone badges are a nice touch too for working towards that next sobriety goal. The tracker for how much money I would've spent on booze puts into perspective how much I'm saving from not drinking. But most of all I like being able to have a sobriety date and look forward to celebrating anniversaries to it.
I lost the "premium" benefits I paid for when I switched phones. Contact with developers has not resolved issue. Except for this major defect, I would have given much higher rating.
I downloaded this app while I was experiencing a difficult situation to stay sober. reading the inspirational quotes and seeing my 103.68 days sober helped me put things in perspective and gave me a strong boost of confidence. it saved me in that moment of temptation.
I love it, allows you to keep track of everything recovery....Coming up on 5 and a half years clean, love to see it on Sober Time... I recommend this app, it has alot of features... Ok, 7 days will be 6 years clean and sober on May 9th...I'm happy to share that with Sober Time App... Thank you..
Nice app. Helps me stay accountable in a simple and easy way. Premium was worth it aswell to remove ads and access to motion wallpapera is cool.
LOVE,LOVE,LOVE this app!! Just wish I could track more than one addiction at a time. But other than that it's great! The inspiration it gives each morning is crucial for me to finish out my day. I def give 4.5⭐

I love how sober time keeps my days hours and minutes. I definitely love seeing the quote of the day pop up on my phone as well. It gives me hope in times I need it 🙏
Bought the premium edition. Got a new phone, transfered all my old information and data onto the new phone. All information from this app was erased and wiped. The account I made did NOT save my information. Quite a few really important dates to me, personally, were lost. I wouldn't use this app again or recommend it. Sure there are others that have better features and would think to back up sensitive information.
Gives you the option for what you want shown for your sober time and customizable. Journal each day too. Definitely recommend this app.

ETA: widget issue fixed, great communication. Widget is great other than this glitch. Widget stopped showing day count. Tried to email developer but their email address is blocked? Hoping they'll see this and reach out. I'll update this review if they help me fix it.

Awesome app! I love how you can change the background. I put a picture of my wife and kids to be another great reminder of why I fight this fight to stay clean and sober everyday. I also love all the extras it has to offer as in the journal of everyday struggles and progress.
So far it has been really good for me. It was about $6.00 to use ut with out all the ads. Totally worth it
I enjoy reading my sober time message for me every morning and I share it with my closest friends and we all get to enjoy it. try it out it's good.

This app doesn't just count your sober time you can journal and there's a community of ppl that you can talk to if you feel the need.
Love the little extras such as the list of future milestone dates that we have to look forward to, in addition to a simple record of the current number of days sober. The ads, which usually have audio and video, are extremely annoying, especially when you're somewhere quiet in public. The daily quotes are generally underwhelming, but the app is aesthetically pleasing and overall, I don't think there's a better app out there for the purpose of keeping track of your length of sobriety.
