I liked it before. But these days guess what? In a video of 40 minutes; there are more than 10 times of ads playing. When you open the video to watch there will be a series of 3 ads, and it displays after every 3 to 6 minutes without an option to skip. Sometimes even though a series of 3 adsare just done, and one person says something in the video without even finishing his one sentence another series of 3 ads starts playing. It's really annoying. I installed it to watch videos, not to watch ads

Ok so here's the thing. This app on LG tv does not work as expected. I'm a huge football fan and after paying for the premium plan, the live matches stop in between and i have to go back every time to launch it again. I'm sick of it. This app has issues. I don't understand wht the developers are not noticing this but the issue is not getting fixed. I have a high speed connection and Disney hotstar never buffers for any of the epl matches. Kindly fix this at the earliest. Thanks.

I have a Hisense 55 inch tv (55u6g). I installed and paid the premium for one month, so that I can watch French Open tennis live on tv The problem I face is this: After I watch for some time, I quit the app and shut down the tv. When I switch on the tv later and start the Sonyliv app, it keeps saying internet is not available. All the other apps, Netflix, Prime, Hotstar, work just fine. The only solution is to completely power off the tv and reboot it

Pathetic experience on Android tv. All the apps on my one plus Android tv work absolutely fine but sony liv won't. App crashes continuously and takes so much time to load. Whenever there is ad, suddenly the video will dissappear and only audio will be heard with a blank screen. Even the screencast feature is buggy, when there is an ad while casting, then automatically casting ends after the ad and then the episode will start from the beginning upon recasting. I think they need to work upon it..

Worst OTT aap ever seen. After so many adds when it finally shows the content, it stops working after few mins and then we have to restart the application and see all the adds again...this issue happens again and again. App works fine while showing the adds but while showing the actual content every thing goes wrong. All other apps like Disney+ , prime videos works perfectly fine. Not sure why there is so much buffering while playing videos since I have high speed internet connection.

Arey Sonywalo jaago... Pictures are getting stuck frequently even after having enough RAM and high speed internet connection. Ultra HD videos on Youtube and all other OTT are working/play smoothly. Even though audience is writing feedback from past days, especially addition of french open section. Also, frequently asking to add any add playing series into favourite section...y what is need. We will watch Content whichever we want to see. Kindly do the needful.

SonyLIV is by far the worst app. I have an Amazon Firestick device and SonyLIV app installed in it. This app has so many performance issues and gets hang after 5-10 minutes of viewing. My annual subscription got over some days back and I didn't bother to renew it. Since there is no smooth viewing experience, why should anyone renew their subscription. All the other app including the free ones are so much better, why can't you improve? If possible I could give a rating 0/5.

Better then before, there was a lot of problems with this app and i recently downloaded it to mostly watch football and I have not had any problems with it ! In my phone the quality is crystal clear and in my laptop it sometimes goes down but eventually it corrects itself and gets back to HD. The prices are not too bad either. Overall I don't see any reason not to give SonyLIV a 5/5.

I am using chromecast to watch it on tv. I have installed the app on Samsung Galaxy Tab A , 10.1 inch. It was working fine till today , but now chromecast is not working and i can not watch the show on tv using chromecast. The app experience is not great. Compare to other app like Netflix & Hotstar, the use of app is not great.

In a video of 40 minutes ,one get to see ads(2-3 in row) after every 5-10 minutes and the user can't even skip these ads it really becomes frustrating and user tend to lose interest in the content as well because of these ads. if it continues people will find alternatives and your OTT platform will not be able to compete with other ott platforms. I will suggest u guys to increase the time duration between two ads Place ads like intermission part placed in movies

The only reason I've subscribed is because I want to watch Football, specifically Champions League and that is a struggle on this app. Sometimes the video gets blurred and most of the time it freezes. And this happens on my wifi with a very stable internet connection. Please get this resolved. ASAP!

This app is too slow with too many ads just for downloading only . After ads also, it doesn't download . It will be paused automatically & will not resume , you have to again watch full ads and then it will again start downloading and it goes on and on. This app is not user friendly. Contact your app developer and software Engineer, you people really need it . This OTT is worst .

Though the Android app works well, the support is horrible. I was trying to watch the content on my browser but the web app refused to show any videos and kept on loading pages when any program was selected. I tried all the troubleshooting solutions to no avail and then contacted the company in mail. The response never came after an automated one. I tried again after a few days and the same. Now after 4 attempts to do the same, I've lost hope.

Worst App experience. I am a premium member but regret purchasing it. The experience with app on fire tv is horrible. Even to play a single have to restart the app atleast 5 times. If at all i don't do this the app does it itself because it can't run a thing smoothly. Not only this i can't even touch the remote to forward the content as it hangs the app and works only if i restart the app.

Horrible app doesn't work well in mobile neither on smart tv .. whenever you start watching it just freezes the video and getting stuck there forever. What kind of application is this.. I just wasted my money subscribed to this app... And provided my wifi internet is fast.. if i watch from Netflix and other OTTs it work normally but this app seems to be having a huge problem.. please fix this as soon as possible..

One of the worst app for streaming as this app crashes frequently, takes lot of time to load, if u try to forward and reverse in between program, you need to reload this app to get it started again, creattor of this app should learn from Netflix, hotstar how to run app smoothly without any glitch..worst app

Useless app. I subscribed for an annual subscription and I was charged the fee. My subscription doesn't appear on my account, I cannot access any content and their support team says that they cannot help, the fee has been processed and the content should be available. Stay away from this app if you don't want to get duped.

App has become worse than before. Subtitles just dissappear, screen hangs,unable to forward, content is good but need lot of patience to watch as time and again I have to close the app and go back and forth

I would give negative stars if that was a possibility. The app is more of a set of ads on repeat mode rather than an entertainment platform. Absolutely a waste of data bec it's all going in watching ads and not the content you want to watch 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 delete this app if you have it and you'll be happier.

The latest tweak that has been made to the app, prevents users from hearing to match if you switch a tab. This reeks of absolute diregard of the app users. During a cricket match, have a tab open when i am working. As soon as something interesting happens, i switch to the tab of sonyliv app. This has now been disabled and uses are FORCED to stay in the tab, otherwise, the video simply pauses. What a predatorial change from sonyliv. You have ruined the experience of watching cricket for me.

The worst streaming service I've come across. It takes ages for it to start streaming a live event, even when the device has the fastest and the most stable internet connected. Considering the amount charged, this is the least a patron can expect.

App doesn't work properly. If forward anything that we play for few seconds, it gets stuck. Again starts from point where we wanted to forward. This really need to improve. Amazon prime, works really smooth in this case.

Pathetic app. Everytime I try to make payment for the premium subscription, it get stucked. The money is deducted but the subscription is not renewed. When I try to make a complain about the same on the chat support, they only provide with bot assistance and no real support member ever step up for assisting. The bot also stops responding after a while. They ask to write an email to the support team for any issue, but never responds to any of the emails. No care about the customers or their eas.

Sony live I use in the amazon fire stick.. Almost 6months now facing lots of problems. Video keep strucking in between, Only audio runs a lots of time, app opens after several try.. Opens with lots of difficulties... Where as amazon and other apps opens without buffering.. This is irritating even after updates downloaded.. Thinking of moving out of Sony.. Although I miss.. Super Star singer, Kapil sharma show... 🙄

Absolute Garbage TV app. Its really frustrating, when you try to watch a show on your tv but this app won't let you. I have purchased the premium version but cannot watch anything because it crashes all the time. Pathetic.
