The app is usable and generally working well, BUT There is a really irritating problem with product title, which most of the time says it all (product plus accessories, color, etc) is cut and can't see the rest of the title. Please fix it, we need to see the whole title, make it three lines if needed, or pressing the title reveal the rest of the lines. Thank you

I continue to hope that future updates will make this app better. I'm not sure if it's a problem with the app or their back end servers, but quite frequently, product listing won't load after I search for certain items/terms. I have also seen in, many cases, that filtering a search result won't remove useless/unnecessary items from the displayed results. All in all, using this app is frustrating.

Hit or miss if you get the correct item or not.. There does not seem to be any quality control between the sellers and Souq, meaning if you receive the wrong item, then you have to process a refund and buy that item again. I would rather an option where they would just swap the item for the correct one. An Amazon company, but certainly not Amazon run.

I'm convinced this app was designed by a pair of chimpanzees. It's design is unintuitive at best and does not show basic information such as the full name of the product! The only thing that makes this not trash is the fact that it is based off of Amazon. I'm just waiting for Amazon.sa at this point. The app also is inconsistent when it comes to defining who the sellers are. The "My Orders" page shows a filter I bought under one seller, while the link for the same product shows otherwise.

Terrible app, glitchy and hard to navigate. And the service is even worse. Courier service is a nightmare, took me weeks to return a product while spamming me with multiple SMS's per day. On top of that, I tried to stop notifications and they are still sending them to my email. Uninstalling now and will never order again. Time to find an alternative service!

Good UI, Few comments though: 1. There has to be a "Jump to top" button. 2. I shouldn't have to scroll all the way up while shopping just to sort or to filter, that's annoying. 3. There has to be a filter option for the seller name, as i know some sellers who i already trust and want to jump to their products in my search. 4. Reviews for products are per size, they have to be all gathered to make a real distribution of average for the reviews. That's for now, i will update if something pops up.

The app is good and nice, but just there are 2 thing that annoy me. First it logs out everytime. I think there should be an option to keep it logged in or not. But the annoying thing really is that I dont get time to enter the password before it directly proceeds to the home page. It would be really nice if those 2 things were fixed otherwise it's good thank you :)

Starts randomly without permission. I'm using my phone and suddenly the app opens without me even opening it. I try closing it multiple times but it keeps opening. It takes almost 3 times to close it until it stops opening up in my face. Even opens up while my phone is asleep, which really reduces battery life. I really like Souq and I don't want to uninstall it, but I won't hesitate to if this continues to annoy me. Aside from this the app really affects battery life way more than it should.

Search engine is ridiculously bad. The items you want exist because you randomly find things when looking at something but don't try to direct search for something. Was sent the cheaper version of the product I paid 4 times the amount for and then they kept trying to pick it up while I am at work. You cannot just randomly show up at peoples house for returns. I guess I will never see that refund.

Easy to navigate, however, everytime they have a special section, the content is sometimes unrelated (ei. Bakeware under the Kitchen and Dining Category, products are Perfumes). Overall, the app is good. Customer service is quite responsive. I had a recurring problem with coupons (iOS device) as everytime I check out, it somehow gets removed and the discount is not applied, haven't tried in an android device as of writing. Multiple instances where filters add more items rather than filtering.

This app used to work but was very cluttery, after the recent update it just hangs and is no longer usable for me at all. You guys need to revise it. That's a very bad experience and everyone needs to revert to the website to get anything done or to browse content. If you guys make a native app it will be a really good experience.

Pros. Ships fasts, cheap if you buy domestic items, free returns( you will return alot of items). Cons: you can make a order, and they will deliver the wrong color, a cheaper item even tho you paid the expensive price for the quality item you wanted or something similar to you order. Not very descriptive on alot of items, cant ask the seller questions about their products. A lot of items are replicas and still listed as Sony, Apple, Samsung etc. brand and they are not.

Worst Shopping Experience Ever! I have tried over and over to place an order for a friend in Egypt and it always declines no matter what my bank does. Search feature is horrible! Item description is basically non-existent, especially measurements, weight, quantity in package, etc. Horrible inventory. Never again will I try to purchase from this company or app. I can't believe Amazon would create such a crappy experience!

Every thing about the products is okay. but the application itself is a bad user experience specifically the sorting and when it comes to filtering ! You feel like what I didn't logged out and get myself out of the whole thing...but lots of times I need the products! That's why I keep using it.

I'm a member since my years. There was few issues at the very beginning but just after Amazon bought this there has been a significant improvement in the quality and services. Much varieties of product ranges for a very reasonable pricing. But there is still few limitations compared to Amazon.in & Amazon.us but I believe soon there will be more options & wider product range. Also need to start music & Video services.

The app itself is not really bad, it's the delivery (courier Wing, i wish I could rate them with 1 star! ) that's gotten to be a pain in the neck with delivery announcements made for one day and turning up only on the next day or not turning up at all. New is also that there are a few unreliable sellers in the game where there weren't any around a few weeks back.

Saviour! Still a lil lost in the dessert tho.. The app couldn't find my address for a long while and after contacting Souq with this issue, they dropped my case after a while (-1). Disappointing in the service for this app is really great.. Also, my order said delivered though it was never delivered! (-1) Service centre investigated this and corrected, so that's a good ending after all. Overall I'm happy with Souq and will continue using it more vigilantly.

This application is the best online ordering app in Egypt so far. I really like it so much and i order from it a lot of times for a low ptice even lower than the actual super markets. But there is just one problem, i have to pay the shipping for each product and that corsts a lot. I you could just make me pay one shipping fee for all the products in my cart would be great.

Most of the products are good. Shipping time period is good. The only bad thing I noticed is that discount codes are not working! Once you check out, yes there will be a discount stated on the bill and only COD payment could be applied for the codes. However, once the item arrives, you will still pay the "undiscounted price". So, don't be fooled by those discount coupons to buy things. It's not working at all!

Always organized , always on time, wide range of products to choose from, good quality, descent representatives, and even a quick return policy if the item wasn't as expected. But I have only one comment about the detergents package, some times I find little leaking drops inside the package. But overall you are my number one shopping app, thank you souq 💐

i tryed to buy different things from souq 4 times. first time the delayed order for a week. i cancel order, but thery still delivered it. second time-no issue(no, really, they delivered without any problems). third- they just forget about an order. lol. forth - they delivered wrong item. 25% success, not bad Amazon, not bad.

I buy from souq most of the times, in 70% of the times, experience is good, but in many cases, items arrive broken or missing components or they never come to pickup returns despite several complaints. also, whenever i write a negative review about a product or seller, it is removed under the pretext that it should be filed as a complain. i hope these issues are fixed so we can keep enjoying the experience of shopping from souq

Great variety of products and fast delivery service. However, their delivery agents are one of the rudest and most obnoxious people I have ever dealt with. They really need to start teaching their delivery agents how to deal with customers better and in a respectful way. Also, the app needs improvements. When I tried making a complaint through the app, it glitched and refused to send an e-mail.

For an app of a company that is one of Amazon companies, this app is poorly optimized for phones. 1. It stutters from time to time 2. The cart removes everything when the ask you to login so you can check out. 3. The interface and overall theme is very basic and not really user friendly. I believe that you guys are going to improve steadly toward a better app in 2019 ❤

Where should i start? Firstly, the login screen is always bugged, secondly the items are never delivered on time, and once it arrives it's broken! lol (happened three times in a row), and eventually i started using the app as a way to compare devices prices (which are relatively higher) and it doesn't even log in, truly the worst experience I've ever had, I'd rather spending time driving to the stores than spend it here *uninstalled*

It's cool and I get a lot of good things from it .. however the app recently became rediculously slow and keeps deleting everything I add to my wishlist! It's been that way for months, also most of the reviews on the products doesn't show or appears in unreadable writing with weird letters and symbols! Please fix it because these problems aren't new

Souq is amazing but it has gotten really annoying since it merged with Amazon. You have to sign in twice and for some reason my password is always wrong with the Amazon so I do the one time password every time and then typing in the characters becomes wrong.. I wish it were easier to log in through the app that's all.
