Have signed up. Purchased subscription. When I sign in and get started it just goes back to subscription page then says cannot restore subscription. Can't even use the app.
I have written several times. My son's account is showing expired. When I log in it says expired. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. I have tried restoring, with no luck. I tried purchasing a new annual membership, with no luck. So now I have paid $8 for the monthly membership and $70 for the annual membership and I still cannot access my account. I need my original monthly membership corrected, and I need a refund on my annual membership. This is horrible and I need help!!
Not Working. Signed up for the app, was CHARGED, and still CANNOT log in. It keeps sending me back to subscription page and saying it "cannot restore subscription." Frustrated and angry.
I never signed up for a subscription and deleted this app once I realized you need to pay for a subscription that was months ago however I was charged today.

It's next to impossible to cancel your subscription and after hours of trying we were charged for the whole year even though I wanted it canceled within hours of them automatically renewing our subscription. My child dose not use this app anymore, what a waste of money.
TERRIBLE APP I have renewed my subscription, it has been paid for yet we cant access content. I emailed your company 3 days ago yet no response. I havnt YET deleted my possitve reviews but will unless this is resolved by today. If people cant access content you shouldnt be charging them. (PREVIOUS RESPONSE: I can't understand why people would give this app a bad review, my boys (ages 3 and 5) absolutely love it and it has quality educational content)
I used to give this a 3 stars. My twins (now 5) still enjoy this app but dropping to 2 stars because it still crashes a lot on both iPad and Android and the app hasn't been updated in over a year! I also haven't seen any new content in a long time even though the website says new content is added weekly. As a paying subscriber I expect periodic improvements and updates to stories. Where are they? It's not worth renewing my subscription if they stopped development of this app.
I can't restore my purchase. Since my last review I contacted Homer. They gave full refund for speakaboos and a free year of Homerlearning. Thank you

Amazing App! My son is 3 and is already reading. Speakaboos has really helped him grow with his reading abilities with all the stories available to him! My daughter loves the app as well and the stories she can choose from. I'm sure she'll be reading before I know it as well.
The stories are absolutely beautiful and have a lot of interactive parts for my kids to play with
4gb and you can't move it to the SD card? It is a good program but not being able to move it is a drawback.
I going download this for my daughter who is 2 years old she likes to read stored read nursery rhymes.

SCAM!!! If I could give negative stars I would. Not a great app to begin with, not worth the money! But most importantly, IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL! Going around in circles for 3 months and its still not cancelled and they are charging me. Never again will I have this app in my classroom.
There is no mention of having to buy a subscription in the ap. Information. Also you cannot move it to an SD card.
Don't like the app. My child doesn't like the app. Worst of all every time I try to cancel this trial it crashes.

I don't remember ever signing up for this app, and apparently, I have been charged for it. :-( I did purchase the subscription for the Homer app (which my son LOVES, by the way!) But this additional, unauthorized expense, is a real turn off. I would appreciate a refund.
