Brilliant app, can't fault it at all, the only thing I'll say is that it sometimes laggs when you want to go back to the previous screen, and the scroll also has lagging issues, but that's me just being tedious with trying to find a fault. Still give it 5*

Absolutely rubbish app. Twice now they have taken my money without placing my order. Not even mentioning how useless their customer service is. Once you pay for an order it say oops somethings gone wrong and takes you back to the checkout screen. What an absolute joke.

Sports Direct is a excellent app in my opinion.It's easy to navigate through the various categories and locate what you set out to find, scrolling across some unexpected bargains along the way.

Spent hours puttin items into my basket over all the glitchin, received my order with a item missing they said this was due to it being out of stock yet it was still instock online, I complained that it was unfair I had to reorder the item n pay shipping, I asked 4 a discount code for checkout when I tried to use it I was immediately logged out of my account which I cannot access now, shein and aliexpress have a better website when it comes to updating there stock n better customer service!

After years of being costimer I decided to leave this site and stop buying from SD. Reason: poor costimers service. Bought karimor shoes size 43 and received it as 43. But size of this shoes is actually less then 42 it may be even 41. After contacted costimers service they would accept return but on my cost as they didn't find anything wrong with shoes. Strongly not recommend

Sports Direct is a good store to shop at, you can have a look around the store before buying anything and make sure your happy with your purchase. Staff members are nice and friendly. 🙂👌👍😊😅 I love shopping at Sports Direct and ordering online from the store yo get my order delivered. 😅😁 App is slow to use but still rated 5 stars 😅

The service is ok. Infact I had problems with sizes and their reaction is first class, but the app itself... Man the user experience is the worst ever. They should seriously consider replacing the entire front-end dev team.

This app is shocking and so is the website. Its unfortunate because sports direct is brilliant for sporting goods but this app is difficult to use when trying to checkout and using voucher codes. It took me some time to find these options and it was quite frustrating.

The app is ok, the company a different matter they took money for my order and only cared to inform me they can't fulfill it when I chased em up... Now gotta wait for refund for money they shouldn't have taken ... Avoid.. customer service is rude and not well trained in anything other than excuses

Not used regularly only 3or4 times but excellent service. My only niggle is items showing in stock, and the order goes through, only to be told later not in stock.

Easy to use and navigate, payment system also easy, all nice and smooth.

Fantastic range of items at great prices. Been using for years with swift international delivery.

Fantastic verify of every clothes and trainers at low prices the sports direct app needs some work every time I go into the app it's always slow to react that's my only complaint

1. Out-of-order items remain on the shelf. 2. Most annoying is the fact that it does not give you the flexibility to move between delivery options. I am currently unable to chose next day delivery on my purchase just because my last order was done on standard delivery. Its frustrating. I need to travel before the standard delivery option the app is giving me. It's, however, OK that it allows you see a wider range of items at your convenience.

User friendly and no issues with the app. Would be nice to see what stock is available in shops near me too.

I ordered trainers on this app ,I have had the money go out of my bank account but the order did not go through! I'm better off ordering items on JD or NIKE APP

One order came with wrong products, after contacting customer service got no response. Second order placed and confirmed. Then some products from order are canceled which made shipping costs higher than what would be delivered. Instantly contacted customer service but generic responses where sent 2 times, on third contact customer service representative still gave just generic response (once placed order cant be amended). General feeling order a car, and be happy with the tire we sent.

Simple & easy to use. Good choice of gear & caters for larger clients.

Checkout is that bad it can take an hour just to pay , pay now button doesn't appear 85% of the time ie you can't pay , trying to pay took nearly an hour .

Have use this app many a time sadly this app is virtually useless it takes forever to load up it also freezes not a very happy customer I will probably go elsewhere

App is so glitchy, doesn't load properly and refreshes out of nowhere.

Constantly asks to allow notifications which i don't want. Unusable. Uninstalled.

I ordered a kit last week Tuesday and it was supposed to come on Friday and today is Monday but other than that great experience but pls get ordered out quickly cuz I was supposed to wear a football kit to a party which is man city away kit but since it did not come I had to wear my 2019-2020 away kit so pls again getur orders out quickly
