Try Again - I see a lot of negative reviews but I really haven't had any issues with it. it helped me a lot when I couldn't do updates from my computer. Please don't discontinue. Every good business will have a few mistakes until it gets better. The goal is not to give up.
I dislike that I cant edit my site layout but I can on my chrome so whatever but I LOVE this app for posting on the go. can fully post or throw up a draft to fix later on my laptop or iPad. wonderful minimalist app that does EVERYTHING you need for blog posting on your site.
Not a good app. I was willing to be forgiving until the umpteenth time this app overwrote a post with an older, draft version of a post AFTER refreshing multiple times. Get it together, Squarespace.
So Glitchy, and can do very little as far as what the website does. Can't even make a Gallery Blog Post..
I've Have Loved and Still Love This App Until Recently Started Having Trouble Uploading Files. Uninstalled and Reinstalled To See If It Would Fix The Problems. We Shall See

It's an OK app for starting a post, but seeing as it limits to the most simple formats it quickly becomes useless.
This app should be really useful but each update for fixes seems to introduce new bugs. I couldn't see blog thumbnails until the last update. I can now... But the app no longer pushes blog posts. It would be great if it had more features, but for now just working as expected would be an improvement! (I do give top marks to customer service response though. They are excellent) edit: after a year, still no posts pushed to Facebook. why can't you fix this?!
App now tells me.to upgrade. Takes me to a beta signup (which I already did to no avail). Now i have no way to manage and add to my website via mobile on Android. Great. Maybe time to find a new domain host. Thanks for punishing your customers.
Allows for basic writing/editing. Why doesn't it have a post article button!? Wish it could make links to files and upload files like the desktop version. Just need an app for adding/editing calendar events now.
Terrible, poor UX, very few features. Missing most block types and page editing. The line block and button blocks would be useful. Tags and category selection is VERY difficult to use, I'd prefer a dropdown selector. I've seen other random bugs too. Navigation between blog posts is terrible as it asks you twice do you want to save changes, even when there are no changes. Doesn't let you edit complex pages , which is anything with more than one column.
Overall a decent way to write for my Squarespace blog. Would be nice if 1. The interface was a bit more intuitive as it took a while to figure out what I could do, and 2. More options on content holders, as I use dividing lines frequently to separate ideas but can't add them through this app!
Its dissappointing. I love squarespace but the android very laggy, slow to load (I am using a fresh s9) just for reference. This needs a lot of work. As a squarespace customer I expect better. As I am blogger it would be great to jot things down and upload right away but this isnt possible here
Horrible experience! If you are planning to use SquareSpace I would recommend that you don't unless you wanna get scammed. They charge the highest price in the market and for no good reason. I used SquareSpace for one whole year and then after the end of one year the fees is much higher. It is like holding a person ransom after they have built their site. I paid after the end of first year but I wanted to cancel and I was travelling and my internet was poor and I couldn't within 14 days and now I can't refund. Even to talk to the customer care you have to fill a big complicated form. Actually it is easier to make your website than to fill that form. Very poor experience.
After thousands of attempt I finally manage to post a blog. However, when I opened my blog list on my computer, I cannot find it !
Can't get in on Android just a black screen, it would be nice if there was a free version.
It is horrid. There are no settings, it doesn't teach you how to use the app... all of it is just poor. No way can I blog with that.
Nice, but basic, it would be great if it can access the photos gallery, and upload/manage there too.

This app among the others needs to be updated again. I'm having issues and I want to continue to use the app. Squarespace please correct this. Please go over your apps they are very imperative for people who are creating on the go. Thank you for your continued support.
I PAY for a website, yet this company can't even have a damn app that works? Every time I try to log in, the app just sits there, continuously loading and loading. I have NOT ONCE LOGGED IN SUCCESSFULLY! I need an app that I can post photos AND blog posts from, but I guess this company is back in the 90s! In the age of technology that we are in, you'd think a company that makes websites would have a damn app THAT WORKS! As well as an app that allows you to post images... But I guess not... I guess I chose the wrong company... And I see MANY OTHERS have complained about this exact problem for ages... Fix this or I'll take my business elsewhere.
I can't edit audio blocks within this app. Thus I can't post podcast episodes from my mobile devices. It's unbelievable that SquareSpace doesn't just allow you to login from a mobile device and edit posts. I don't have this issue with WordPress at all.
Had to create an account on the website- Can't on the app Now i cant even login to the app - just loads & loads Thats sad guys...

Works in a pinch. Please add a date/time picker so I can change the publication date. There is one on the full web site, but it can only be moved one month at a time -- I need to backdate posts as far back as 1951 (for our group's archives).
For those looking through all the Squarespace replies to the negative reviews and thinking "hm, they seem like they want to help," just know that the support team is just as bad as the app. Contacting Squarespace with app issues is pretty useless, and I think I've had probably four separate tickets open with them (concerning four separate bugs) for over a month now. In general, this app is terrible.
Doesn't do much. I wish i could edit more of my site through the so but sadly i have to do that through a desktop. In addition, I dont like how sometimes the mobile blog post editing doesn't sync properly with the desktop and i have to redo everything
