I kept getting charged for 4 months despite deactivation. Upon inquiring they admitted the same but due to policy cannot refund the amount. That's not a satisfactory response. If error was on their side they should be able to find a way to reimburse the falsely charged amount.

App keeps crashing ever since I downloaded it. It's worse when I connect to chromecast. Nothing works. Right now, it's loading and loading and loading for 8+ hours. I have restarted my phone, uninstalled, reinstalled it, cleared cache and still nothing. If you are trying to compete with big players like Netflix and Prime, at least focus on the basics. Very disappointed.

It's not an user friendly app, I stopped my main subscription but my addon subscription din stop. They kept on deducting money, untill sent email to support, they stopped the subscription from backend. They bluntly denied refunding the money. Pretty unfair and do not recommend anyone to take any subscriptions.

This is the worst app ever,as I have already inactivated the account three months back but still the amount is deducted from my account every single month.though I have raised enough complaints no actions taken now the only thing in planning to do is cancel the credit card which is being used by this account.i warn every one never give your credit card credentials to this app.they will never reply back to your emails.

All prospective customers. Never enter your credit card details. The contents are highly ambiguous. You will be charged for stuff which may appear free. I ended up paying so much due to this ambiguity. And the customer care won't even refund it despite knowing from my usage that I never watched the stuff which I clicked on mistakenly. Thoroughly disappointing experience across each stage. Especially when I compare with much larger and better content providers like Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Nice content... but the transition from episode to episode is worst. Also, I can only download a maximum of 100 minutes content. So if I am travelling, its a rate down. Download time takes time in comparison to Netflix.

Would not give even one star. I am having an annual subscription but the streaming is pathetic both on phone and t.v. Most of the time the streaming platform keeps on loading. I have been emailing them but it is of no use as nobody contacts you back. I want my refund.

Service is good. Customer service needs to improve themselves. Where I forgot to cancel subscription, the customer service doesn't have enough courtesy to refund a small amount, like other service providers.

Great app! especially for watching Disney movies and stuff. but I have one problem. it doesn't run well on my ps4, tv. I have super good internet and this app thinks I have like 5 mb a sec. Please fix this. because every time this happens I have to restart the app. ruining my enjoyment.

User interface is so old age, there should an option for skip intro and next episode should start soon after the episode ends like netflix and op top of it on laptop version it changes full screen mode to small screen mode automatically.

I love the content. However, I wish we could make multiple accounts since 5 people can use the app at the same time. I wish there was a "skip intro" option and "play next episode" before the credits end. Movie selection is kind of limited however the series content available is good. Most frustrating thing is that there is constantly and i mean CONSTANTLY "playback error" and the episode does not save where it stopped working, so I have to keep scrolling through the episode each time -_-

The app is amazing and has some really good titles for series and for movies. But it has its flaws for example it does not play the next episode automatically. And the app does not update automatically on which episode was watched last. Some minor improvements and the app can compete with some of the best ones out there for a fraction of the price.

The app is good but need some improvement: 1. Allow backward and forward for the videos by 10 seconds while casting. 2. When watching a series, the next episode should come automatically while casting. 3. Put Mylist category at the top of the home page. 4. While casting, there is no option to change in the video like subtitles, video quality, and episodes list. 5. Skip intro option in the videos. 6. Skip recap option in the videos. 7. Saving the audio and subtitles. 7. Add more Arabic stuff.

This app is great. Since I subscribed I enjoyed watching it. Some TV shows it doesn't have a complete seasons or new. It has subtitles but some movies it doesn't. There aren't new movies for example 2019. High resolution is supported in some movies and full screen but some are not. When try I download movie or TV show take time to download and it is failed and stopped downloading after half our. So need improvements to make a world a better place.

I unsubscibed my subscription on first month October 2021 itself and the current account status as well is showing inactive but every month on 25th the charges are been charged on my credit card even after deleting my card details from App. Kindly please look into the matter and refund my charged amount for last two months and also permanently unsubscibe my subscription on immediate basis.

The app is fine, the content is great I was wishing for for an "Anime" genre section in TV shows page. But there was two things that made very unsatisfied 1. The player for the TV app is really bad, the player controls is bad and I can't go backwards or forwards easily. 2. Casting from mobile to TV doesn't work for some reason, it says that it is connected but nothing is showing on my TV. Therefore my experience in watching on my TV weather using the TV app or Casting was really disappointing.

This app is very nice stuff. It got a good collection of hit movies and serials in English. However I am rating this low because of its connectivity. I couldn't load it on Amazon Firestick TV. Screen mirroring doesn't work as well. They suggested one casting app, Airplay. That was not free and the app wants you to upgrade to premium from day one. I couldn't understand why STARZ PLAY still try not to expand their boundaries in connectivity. So it is not worth renewing my subscription.

Just because you can detect that my country's second language is french doesn't mean that i love watching movies in french and the button in the menu where you get to choose your language doesn't really work and if that is meant for the interface move it to the settings, that's not the right place. Fix your user experience. Let the user choose the languages he wants and also your player isn't that good, I've seen better.

The only app that does not support my Android TV box device!!! The weird thing is that I use Netflix, Amazon Prime, Curiosity, Shahid & Watchit. The only app that has this glitch is Starsplay. You have a problem!!!

I had cancelled my subscription but they again charged me for the T20 channel that I subscribed to for PSL. I don't see any option to unsubscribe from the channel.

The streaming quality and shows are really good and entertaining. But the accessibility amd design of the website does not correlate with my other device. My android phone does not have the option to minimize it when I go to home screen and I cannot skip 10 seconds forward as I can on my iPad. Can u please implement an update to fix this issue. Thank you
