Great local weather information. Wish it stated expected snow accumulation further out. It would be nice if the weather status notification had a little picture of the current conditions. Also, the app opens to the radar when clicking on weather alert notifications; would rather it actually open the alert.
I have some vision problems and this new app is difficult to impossible to read. The older version with the blue background was perfect. It was also simpler to use. I wish it was still available. Just uninstalled this one.
Lately it's been consistently wrong. The current temp is 26 with a windchill of 17 and the app is telling me the current temp is 55. Also, whenever I tap on an alert, it's always blank. Edit 9/5/20: yesterday's update enabled the current temp in the status bar but every time it updates it has to vibrate...
Today is 01/08/19, the Current Temperature Map has the entire Upstate NY in the 70's. I have sent several Feedback email's over the last 2 years because the website was and still is totally different from the news report or just plain wrong. Well, nothing was ever done! If you're gonna start a website you need to learn how to maintain it first. I am now uninstalling a USELESS website!
I installed the app because it is afillated with our trusted local news and I would say it gives news 10 a bad name. quite often the sections don't populate with info and it has tw many dds usually the information I am looking for is two or three extra clicks away
The app itself is great. Very easy ro use. The problem is, it keeps telling me there's a new version and to go to the app store. But when I do, there is no new version.
I love this app, because it is LOCAL. I can always count on, and go to live 10, for most updates.
It is no fun dealing with an app that keeps stopping. WTEN, you can do better!!!
I watch channel 10 news all the time and its WTEN storm tracker is like a News 10 weather in my pocket wherever I go.
New update is very glitchy. Liked the old version's funtionality and layout better.

I decided to try over AccuWeather, unfortunately immediately upon installing it, it crashed and won't open back up. I was really upset by this, I'm using a iPhone SE and running latest iOS, this is not right. The meteorologists are terrific and the app is a huge short coming. Needs to be fixed immediately.
