You have to do your homework and have a basic understanding of ballistics, just like any other mathematics problem. This is a matimatic calculator for shooting.... I like it... I like it allot. For the few critical reviews, would you post your problems and experiences, not just that this program sux.... Igor takes pride in this work of art. The developer is more than willing to help you, as are many in the community.
Works well for what I do, a little tweaking here and there to refine the accuracy. If you use a consistent ammo you will get consistent results.
Phone app is great, with a little learning curve. It took a while to figure out that the watch app must be open and screen on to communicate. When successful the watch will chime. It will not work if the watch screen times out.
Excellent application very well though out and practical. As long as you put the correct information in you will have nothing to worry about, you only need to make sure you make as little errors as possible on your marksmanship.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Upgraded from the freebie and this app is top flight. The more I use it, the more I appreciate its ease of use and spot-on calculations. The truing feature is especially helpful to "true-up" G1 ballistic coefficients at longer distances. If you prefer velocity, it's just as easy which is brilliant if you dont have a chronograph. It's a well thought out, elegantly designed and very accurate ballistic app. Add to all of that the impeccable support provided and Strelok Pro can't be beat.
Such a great app. I tried (and was disappointed by the functionality of) 4 or 5 others before giving this a shot. The interface is simple enough and gives you straightforward ballistic solutions for your reticle in an instant. Yea, it's a few bucks, but it's well worth it
It took emailing the creator to find all of the reticles. Missing a reticle that i have still. Not really simple to use. But the data you get is awesome and the creator was very supportive.
This a awsomme app I would have given it 5 stars but I asked for the Burris Eliminator 4 to be added and I was asked for the scopes reticle measurement I have no idea on that kind of thing and anyway isn't that the development teams job. Regards Scott
Works as described. Pro gives me all the ballistics for every round of ammp I've searched. I really like keying in courses of fire for competitions on the multiple targets section.
Helping me while at the range , with known distance, holdover on target, otherwise it was a guess, this provides a shooting solution quickly Deleted most of the other apps, I do like the it had my reticle in the database
Pretty accurate ballistic software. Only issue i have sometimes is the hold over or under on the reticle viewer, is innacurate. But all round my go to software.
Great app. Pro versions is the way to go! Well worth the money! If you like the free app, go ahead and send some love his way for the time it took to make a GREAT APP that will help make you a better shooter! Plus you will get even more useful tools and reticles in pro versions! Factory bullet loads and even custom loads save functionality is a great add on for pro versions. Just the ammo saved using this app will pay for the pro versions many times over!
Great app - worth the money. Get a basic zero on your scope and then let this app handle the rest. Even better if you get a scope that's on the list so you can see the aim points with the proper reticle. I returned a scope I had just bought as it wasn't on the list, and I couldn't get the right information from the mfr. Picked up a Primary Arms scope that was supported and it was just amazing.
Awesome app. Even for airguns. Shooters are missing a trick if they don't have this in their arsenal.
This is one of the best app that you can have for long range shooting. I'd like to see the Athlon Helos BTR gen 2(APRS6 FFP MIL) in the reticle options in MOA and MRAD. Thanks to the Dev for his great work.
Excellent application! They could add APOLO brand pellets that are Argentine, including Domed, Barracuda, Destroyer, Arrow. Also scopes like the nikko 3-9x42 (Air King). That way they would help Latin users a lot! Thank you!!
Getting into long range shooting and love the app Igor! I'm sure it has been asked by another user, but what are the prospects of getting the Horus Tremor 3 reticle added to the library?
Excellent ballistics app, best I've used. Does everything I need, great selection of reticles available.
The app works well but the data base is IMO a fault, it is organised by factory rounds and thus missed many bullets or they are difficult to find. If the list is bullet based it will be better bacause the total number will be much less , and no one left behind. I guess this app is also used by reloaders. Ahh, the answer is great thanks Igor, I don't know how to find the bullet data base yet, will try as soon as I have time. Change to 5 star.
Inexperienced shooter. App is pretty easy to learn, with excellent database of factory ammo.
Awesome app! How about a training button added to toggle each input with an explanation/description yes or no, for novices. Once proficient the function can be turned off, eg. Zero offset means windage adjustment. Applied when for eg. fitting a suppresor or not.
This app (paid version) is an absolute must have for any serious shooter, either hunter or marksman. I have learned so much so fast and saved a lot of ammo from missed shots in the process!! For me it works fantastic!! Thank you Mr Igor, I really appreciate your work!!
No option for March 48x52 High Master scope. "Sorry, this reticle has no dots or horizontal bars to calculate holdovers, so my program can calculate nothing for it" Igor Borisov
Ballistic Perfection: Upgraded from the free version and... Wow! This does everything you need and probably has much more than you'd ever use. Unlike the free version this application has every single scope reticle that I own. I was thrilled to see that. It's nice that I was able to import all my settings from the free version. Didn't have to start over completely. Great work!
