I purchased tickets and was able to view them just fine after the purchase...when I was at the gate the app couldn't find the tickets and didn't even have any history of any purchase. I quickly bought another set and too pics of the tix before they too disappeared...which they did. Unreal...had to uninstall the app and finally find them through the browser app...did a full cash and storage clear on the app before it worked...after the game of course.
As someone who sells a lot on here it's awful. Entering barcodes manually only works sometimes (Its almost never a mistake I've made), updating pricing only works about half the time unless you let stubhub manage it for you. It's very frustrating and for what they charge in fees to both buyer and seller I expect better.
I recently bought 3 concert tickets on stubhub and now when I opened the app the tickets aren't showing up at all, not even in purchase history. They were all there yesterday. Update: the tickets reappeared the next day. But i had another issue with not receiving a ticket that was supposed to be transferred to me. I called stubhub and they're customer service was good I didn't have to wait long. I received a refund for the ticket.
App works very quickly overall and well with few hiccups. Reliability is so important when buying and selling for very time-limited situations. StubHub isn't perfect, but last time I checked, this isn't paradise. It works well. It's my #1.
Between the website and app, I cannot tell if the tickets I was selling were ever listed, but it seems like they were because on the app under Sales, it indicates the tickets have been sold, but I've gotten no notification if they have. I've had a great experience buying tickets, but this has been confusing.
Horrible app. Tried selling tickets online. Kept telling me barcode doesn't look right. I entered the barcode manually because it's a digital ticket and it kept saying it doesn't look right and won't let me proceed to next step. Lousy technician probably set the site up and doesn't have a clue. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone because it's lousy and doesn work.
Horrible. I put tickets up for sale. Someone bought them. Then 3 days before the show they cancelled and asked for a refund saying I didn't transfer the tickets. I transferred the tickets immediately, the same day!! Stub Hub then tried to charge me for the Buyer cancelling. She requested a refund, and Stub Hub gave it to them. All Buyer had to say was they can't find the tickets - even though I showed proof to Stub Hub that I sent the tickets immediately (Stub Hub verified this). (I'm out $300
Worst ever if you have to reset password and log in from other Google device. Appears to infinite loop so you can never put in two factor access code without changing it to get to page to enter it. Really dumb.
If I could leave a negative star I would!!! Bought tickets and could not access them day of thru website nor app. After trying for an hour ended up having to repurchase at venue and they refused to refund. This isn't the first time I've had issues accessing them. It has been an pm going problem. My advice use Ticket Master I've never had issues with them.
It's nice StubHub has become so desperate for business they let people rip you off on here. Bought what I thought was ticket turned out to be a fast pass to concert that had no fast pass lane. Haha show wasn't even close to sold out so I just bought a ticket at the box off for less than the imaginary fast pass cost. Buyer beware! Lady scanning tickets looked at me like I was dumbass for trying to use it. And apparently I was!
I have used the app to buy tickets 5-6 times without issue, however I recently did not receive the tickets for my event and only realized at the door of the venue. When I followed up with StubHub the next morning they said there was nothing that could be done since it was after the event. I have filed a claims dispute with my credit card and StubHub has threaded to freeze my account. This lack of customer service is not worth $200, and I'll happily find another way to purchase tickets
Been using the app successfully for many years. The latest update won't load some of my purchased tickets. Uninstalled/logged out&in with no success. Finally called the support line and had the tickets emailed directly.
Here's the deal with this app. At least my experience is there's a lot of bs and farting around to acess tickets that you paid for. Getting a new password, sending a code about the password, then getting back to where I was before in the app, and then finally getting to the tickets. Took about a half an hour. You're making me long for the days of paper tickets. It was so much easier. Also less hassle getting through the gate. This is progress? Hmmm.
Updated review as of February 2022. Tried to list tickets for sale and was forced to select delivery option of mailing. My tickets are mobile transferable, and other tickets for sale or clearly listed with this option. Frustrating. Worse though, is StubHub wants to charge the buyer $20 on a $60 ticket purchase. They take a mighty chunk out of my wedge of cheese as a seller too. Ticketmaster sus nouveau.
Sold 2 tickets and I get an email from an anonymous person at stub hub Trust and Safety saying they won't issue payment and have deactivated my account until I send them my ID, a utility bill, social, and proof of where I bought the tickets. The best part is I originally bought the tickets from stub hub. What a joke. At least I'm only out $50 could be worse.
Don't leave your payment method stored in your account. Fraudulent charge on my account for tickets in a state I don't even live in for a band i don't even know. Said it was a family member(not true) and won't issue refund. Took so long to come back with decision that event is now over and can't resell. I called twice before the event to prevent this. And f u basically. Beware. What a scam.
I have an international phone that I set up in the US, and the app keeps telling me it won't work on my area so I should delete and install a different app. That app tells me I cannot install it. This is my fourth international phone, and I've never had a problem before so I have no clue what's going on. I cannot find where to fix this glitch so it's off to the website I guess.
Terrible customer service and app management, tickets were unavailable right before we were at the gates after being there all day. After being on hold the agent sent us to the box office of the team only to find out it was not as easy of a process ad they promised. He COMFIRMED I would be able to get the tickets while doing nothing to help himself. Terrible app do not buy anything from here they do not care if you get in the game!!!
Most frustrating experience I've ever had buying tickets. Prices were higher than at the window of comerica park. Was an amazing game that was ruined by stub hub. Will never use again!
Once fees are added, it's usually 10-20% more than other providers. They make the sticker price low, but add huge fees at checkout. Don't bother with this app: They're selling the same thing as everyone else, just more expensively.
Listing issues with mobile transfer and fraud alert now with bank. For the Chase center Warriors games, the Android app only allows for uploading of tickets and not Mobile Transfer. I had an issue with this and still trying to resolve with customer service as it's a huge bug and they are raking fees for chargebacks to sellers. I've sold over 800 tickets in the last 10 years through StubHub and this is my first time having issues due to the App.
As all app it's ok, as a company they are horrible. Been trying to get a refund 5 months now. After being told 6 times it was processing they are now saying it wasn't processed. Again. Horrible customer service, they outright lie. Tickets are way overpriced, just go to venue site. App sometimes won't show concerts I've looked at before when doing a search or favorited.
It's a good app for buying tickets and selling tickets but here is an issue I have. Notifications! Please limit these. I shouldn't be getting a notification for everytime I look at an event. Maybe have options to limit these notifications? Allow users of this app to choose what notifications they want to receive? Especially when I Iist a ticket for sale, I think it got sold but nope it's a notification asking me if I checking out a certain event just because I was looking at it. Please fix this!
Bought 3 mobile tickets to an Indiana basketball game. They say they are ready, but when I go to veiw them it says, "there was a problem processing your request. Please check your network settings or try again." My network is fine and I bought them a few weeks ago. I've Google this and it's been an issue for awile now, but I haven't found a solution yet.
Bought tickets for a show for the 1st time on Stubhub. It has been almost a week now - money was taken - and have not gotten my tickets even though they were supposed to be email transferred. Found out the sellers have until the DAY OF THE SHOW (2 MONTHS away) to email them to me... horrible policy. No way to contact seller and Stubhub says "they can't ask them to send them earlier".
Straight trash You can buy tickets easy enough, although I don't know why you would download this app. Also their fees are more expensive than other secondary market seller fees. The absolute WORST part is selling. It's so convoluted that after playing with the app forever you finally figure it out. Then it says you have to enter your credit card info. Ok fine, good luck with that. I even followed the directions in the help section and it didn't work. This app is useless. On a Samsung note20
