I like the app, just started using because I can use along with Upside. I haven't received any rewards yet and it's not extremely clear when I will begin receiving them, so we shall see. I gave a 4 star rating because I can sit in my car, tell the app what pump, and it triggers the pump to begin my purchase. It's attached to a major credit card in case I need to dispute. I also love that it prints my receipt at pump, no interaction needed with employees. Hoping this is a positive experience.

Good News/Bad News I never like having to prepay in store. Always guessing how much I need to pay to fill tank. This app is convenient and takes all the guesswork away and is great. Unless I am missing something...hope I am, credit price is ten cents more than cash price. So I am not saving $.03 per gallon. Only paying $.07 instead of $.10. So for convenience I am paying more? Have to link a card to the app. Please tell me I am missing something!

Few months back the app was completely terrible, after contacting corporate office they was kind enough to explain to me that the software developer was having issues but working on correcting the issue ASAP. Few weeks go by and Sunoco kept their promise, the app is working flawlessly just like the first day I downloaded the app. Wish they would offer at least 5/10 cents off for members that use the pump 2/3x's a week like myself!

I like being able to use my phone for payment. The gas station I got to has a cash price and different credit price. I think it would be great if this app linked up as cash so I could receive the lower price.

Works really well and super user friendly. So far has worked at every Sunoco I have visited. I really like the GPS feature that allows you to locate the nearest Sunoco to you. Can't beat the rewards just for filling up your tank what you're going to do anyway so why not get it?

Always seems like a fast pit stop when fueling up at sunoco. I use the application to pay at the pump with my cellphone so it's on and out. Thank You for making the application user friendly.

Sunoco app works well so far, I wish it was a savings of at least $.05 a gallon like Shell. Although it is convenient to pay at the pump with this app and not touch the pump.

Worked a couple of times but then won't work gave choices to pay at pump as well as inside neither worked of course and had to use another form of payment tried to contact customer service and that was also horrible just a huge waste of time with no resolution

Waste of time. They charge you the credit card price for the gas even with debit card linked. Savings doesn't make up for credit card price difference.

Legit and very user friendly. Worked great when paying for gas. Pump was ready to roll quickly and had zero problems. All around smooth app...signup and setting up payment was quick and easy as well. And to top it off I got 3% cash back. Stay away from BP app if you can...doesn't get pumps going a lot of the time when using through the app...so during closing hours they can leave you stranded with no gas...trust me I've been through it

App was apparently designed by a moron. Your not a finical app I shouldn't be required to set a pin. YOU DO NOT need a name. Your app thinks + filters are invalid emails they are not and haven't been for over 2 decades.

This app used to be great. The present iteration is USELESS. First I was unable to load my Sunoco card. Months go by and that was fixed. Now you have 2 factor authentication. That means to by gas I must Put in my email address Put in my password Wait for a text message Put in the code Press pay at the pump Put in the pump # Use my fingerprint to authenticate again Please Sunoco, fix this. It's galactically stupid and horrifyingly inconvenient.

I am not getting my discount on fuel. Bought fuel multiple times in a month and I'm still getting charged the same amount. I did check receipts and there's nothing there either

Easy to use and I like the fact it sends me a receipt. Would be a 5 but it doesn't have a way to pay cash. I have to use my card each time and I would prefer not to.

The price showed $3.97, but when I used the app it showed $4.04. I could have gotten gas cheaper across the street for $3.97.

Fuel rewards membership tbat charges my associated debit card as credit is no reason to join. Cost me $1.70 more just for joining this membership on my first fill up!!! ALSO despite having a Sunoco gift card loaded into my account, purchases still pull off my debit and leave the gift card alone. This truly is a large waste of time and money. After a few days use i realize this app is not ready, its too new and incomplete. Can't add money to gift cards and web link on card is invalid.

Tried to pay with the app it said the transaction was canceled and then proceeded to take $50 out of my account anyways. I still had to pay an additional $25 and still have not received my money back despite trying numerous times to contact them

Convenient app, helps find the closest stations and gives me discounts! I like how I don't need to pull out my payment card and can instead pay directly through the app.

Tried to use at the pump. Kept getting not close enough to the station. I'm uninstalling it!

I tried to sign up, downloaded the app, but it will not allow me to add a card or even sign in (password and email are correct and have been verified). Keeps telling me to check this or that on my phone- "wifi settings" or "date and time settings" but nothing seems to fix it. I can't get beyond the sign in page, I would be frightened to actually use it at this point. Please fix bug issues. I'd be willing to come back and try again if issues were fixed with the app as I see I am not the only reviewer having trouble. Thanks.

Just because someone can develop an app, didn't mean the company can support it. I went 30 minutes out of my way to get to a sunoco where I could use the app, as listed on the map on the app. Once I got there, that station didn't support it EVEN THOUGH they also had a poster advertising the app there. Tried two other times, but couldn't find a participating station. Delete.

App works great. Pull up to the pump with the app open and it will find you right away. Pull up and then open the app and it takes a bit which doesn't work for me when it's -15 out. Learned that after the first attempt. As stated works great and $.03 off a gallon.

Worked once and have not been able to use the Pay Inside or Pay at the Pump features since, making the app obsolete. It does not automatically detect where I am, yet if I go into the location menu, it'll pin me accurately. You can't select your store in this menu, though (only search nearby sunocos.) It just hangs and buffers at those two options. Functionality of the app otherwise seems unimpeded.

Immediate turn off is the inability to not stop the constant request for location access. I don't need to give it to you for mobile pay because I'm not doing mobile pay I downloaded it because a new store opened in town and I was willing to try it out. 6 times I had to close out a location services request. You don't need it, so allow it to be turned off or at least add a do not show again option.

Does not always give $.03 off a gallon even when I filled up twice a month. I complained but never got a response.

I Love this app. Make it simple, fast and convenient.

Haven't had a single issue with the app. Quick and easy to use!

updated 05/30/20. app worked but I am not going to be using it. had to pay the credit price which was $0.10 more than the cash price. EXXON/MOBIL charges the same price for cash or credit. during setup it would not send me a verification code to my phone number. tried 4 times. number is correct. had to use somebody else's to set up the app.

Super convenient! Especially for those who are always on the go :)

I really like this app. And pay at the pump with the app is really slick.
