SuperCool HVAC troubleshoot/ duct sizing/ charging

This is a great little easy app that works. I have the Super Cool Slide rule but the app is just a great addition and quick reference. I switched from apple to android and could not get the app to run past the 30 day trial time. The fix is go to apps on your phone I have Galaxy A71. Under data usage clear the cache and then clear the data. The app will run again with no issues.

Love the app and have used it from the time it was released to support the slide rule that I also have. Need to fix the uninstall/reinstall option for samsung. I have tried to reinstall several times and still just shows that the 30 day trial has ended. I never had this problem on my iPhone it always worked just fine on iPhone.

App has not been updated in 5 years. You have to uninstall and then reinstall to get the app to work again every 30 days, except when you do this it literally doesn't work and you're no longer able to use this app whatsoever.

Best hvac app, I was having problems downloading this app until I contacted the developer, To any one having problems, do this: Go to your settings>app>super cool app>storage> clear data and clear cache. If this doesn't work try clearing the cache first, then clear the data. Also I restricted the background use! Good luck!

Your 30 day trial has ended. App must be deleted and reinstalled. Problem is it doesnt work. Tried multiple times and get the same message

I cannot open it. it tells me over and over that the 30 day trial has expired. it won't even allow me to purchase it to determine if it's any good... it tells me to uninstall and reinstall. every time I do, it gives me the same 30 day trial expiration, even after I delete cache/memory free up as a previous user recommended. what do I do now?

I couple days ago I would have given this app 5 stars. The 30 day trial embed and I cannot get it back. I have followed instructions given (uninstall, remove from library, turn of phone then reinstall) just doesn't work. Pity

Great app. Very handy in the field. It's just annoying to keep having to uninstall and reinstall every 30 days. Especially if you try uninstalling it, but it says you still have it.

App was listed with the visor slide rule purchase, so I installed it. Works well, very informative and very handy. Unfortunately it expires and does not function at 30 days, must be reinstalled??

I think the app is great. The only issue I have is when the 30 day trial is up and says to reinstall the app, after I reinstall it, I get the same message telling me to do it again. Even when I restart my phone or even if i wait a week to reinstall it, I get the same message. How can I reinstall it?

I love the app when it works and recommended many times however the 30 day trial has been such a pain I no longer want to deal with it. I have told my HVACR students to remove it as well and we will use another app. If this problem is ever fixed we will use it again.

Took away a star because of the 30day trial problem. Easiest way to get it back on my galaxy. Go into apps and then select this app. Go to storage and delete the cache and data. Then uninstall and reinstall. Good to go. So far its the only app that includes MO99 aka R-438a.

Screen too big for my phone. Doesn't adjust ratio, and cannot see the entire app while in superheat calculation. Otherwise very helpful app.

30 days passed, tried deleting and reinstalling as suggested but it still wont work. Tried clearing data cookies, no luck. It was a good app and I would pay for it if I could actually use the app now that I have graduated school and am in the field.

Very cool, app. I do t mind uninstalling it and re installing it, I did however buy the supercool slide calculator on line is basically the same as the app. very cool app, I recommend it to all my new apprentices.

Won't be able to work consistently. I would actually buy the app but it does not give a option. I use to be able to uninstall and install after 30 days, however, now it won't let me do that. I would look elsewhere for a better app until they fix it.

30 day use app will not reinstall and run. I purchased the slide rule, too bad seems like the app has potential but I don't think the developer is listening to the feedback.

Works fine, love it, UNTIL...The 30 days trial period ended message begins popping up. Then it locks you out even if you delete and reinstall.

Rather than piss everyone off in 30 days, why not simply charge for this app and do away with the reinstall that never seems to work. Otherwise great app but that whole reinstall in 30 days ruins it.

Says 30 day trial is over Uninstall and re install, did that still gives me the same 30 day trial. I would buy it but there is no buy button. I teach HVAC so I'm always looking for good apps, unfortunately this won't make the list. 1 star.

I love this app but I gues there was and update and now it says yr 30 day trial is up please uninstall and reinstall to work but I tried that and the app still doesnt work for my Samsung S8+.

App works great once I figured out that deleting and reinstalling doesnt work what works for me is I go to the apps on my phone and clear storage and cache and it works fine

great app....but can not re-installed in my pixel phone. i have purchase the slides rule already. shoul d let me use the app.( or you can sell the app, i will pay for it)

What is the point of the 30 day trial? You have no option to pay for a full version. Were you guys high when you developed this buggy pos?

Doesn't work. I've bought the ductulator years ago and I has proven to be a fantastic tool but I cant get the app to work and that is something I really value as well

it will not allow me to use this app says my 30-day trial is over reinstall I've tried it three times still does not work if it wasn't for that this would be a five star app

Cant get app wont work after 30 days even if deleted and re installed. Called owner to see if we could purchase app to avoid 30 day expiration and he said not at this time.

I've gotten rid of the cache and data, uninstalled and reinstalled and it still says 30 day trial up, so frustrating 🤨🤔

Great app , after the 30 days trial just go to your settings>app>super cool app>storage> clear data and clear cache, and keep enjoying this awesome app
