Hard to use to easily jump to events, record events bc the the time sliders are so sensitive and small, hard to dicipher what icons are, does not keep you logged in, does not download whole files from videos you saved. I've had to uninstall/reinstall a coupe times bc the live video would just start flashing and would not keep video up.

This only worked the first 2 times I used it. It can't locate the server despite changing absolutely nothing about the initial settings. There are no troubleshooting suggestions for how to reconnect to live recording. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled and nothing works.

I have been using this app on all my devices including the original Huawei P8 without problems. It's video imaging tweaks are extensive and provides access to most DVR /NVR settings. The recordering options are a little limited but suits my purpose.

Got very slow to connect starting with November update. Sometimes times out. Reached out to dev but no response. Used to work great. UPDATE. 4/12/22 release seems to have fixed log in issue. Update 4/22/22. Log in issue is back. Slow to connect to cameras.

This keeps wiping out my server list and as an installer this means I lose a lot of servers. I've even created an account which is supposed to back them up to the cloud which doesn't work. Complete disaster!

Until recently I was able to have 3 managers on system logged in at once. After update around end of November there are times when none of us can log in as it says system is backed up to cloud. Or it just visits and spins and then times out. I've had this working perfectly for over a year and then to have no access after the update makes my camera useless. I shouldn't have to drive into work in the middle of the night every time I get a simple alarm so I can see my cameras.

Can't download videos. The function is horrible. The app must be running in the foreground not even background (despite background data is on) and even so it stops downloading at random spots. If you navigate away from the app the download pauses. When you press restart it then downloads from 0% again. What a waste of time.

Still love this program. Only one drawback. Playback is EXTREMELY difficult to pinpoint on a specific time. Love it otherwise.

The most recent update cleared all of my camera settings. It took forever with your clunky software to add my camera to begin with, and now that I am not in the same State as the camera system I am trying to monitor, I now have no way of checking my cameras. When it worked, it worked well. But don't use this app if you ever want to rely on it working long-term. I am VERY disappointed.

When it works it's good. It just keeps dropping the connection to the dvr and it is extremely difficult to reconnect.

Have this app and Camera's installed a couple of yrs and to be honest at the start it was great!! Well it seamed great. Between long loading times on screen, picture stuttering then mobile device saying Device off line when in fact online is fine.. I've uninstaled and reinstalled and no change, my security provider has agreed to Install me a new hard drive from a different provider, for which I am looking forward to....

After someone hit our car and drove off, we found pausing the playback at the best time to get the registration number of the car very awkward. Also, the view was to blurred to make out the number correctly.

Most functions are natural and easy to access. 3 stars because of the search function. Way to sensitive on mobile devices.

Not working properly after android 11 update. Recently even after proper login ,gets automatically signed out. Keeps wiping out my server list. Gets to low resolution automatically... Playback error.. etc..

The app is great, however last week I'm not sure what happened but all of my info was wiped from the app, and I couldn't view my cameras. After setting everything up again everything seems to be okay now.

Not easy to backup to cloud or device. Havent managed to. App always cant connect to device. I cant rely on this app it disent always connect. Ill change it at the first instance if they dont fix their bugs immediately. Its far frim professional as it dosent always work.

Since the six cameras were installed almost two summers ago, I've had to call the company more than six times because they turn off individually at random for days at a time. Some times after 3-4 days, they may turn back on, on their own, before a scheduled service date. I become very annoyed and dissatisfied because they weren't cheap and I expected better. 3.9 rating

The App is super slow to opening. It takes me roughly 15 seconds to wait until the cameras work, but my other apps work normally. The functions are not as well as I expected.

Most of the time Device offline is showing and Sometimes when we try to download the videos after that device goes to offline. So its working only after uninstall and install the app. Its not much user friendly. Need update for this.

This apt is great for 99% of the time. Sometimes when you zoom in it can loss some of it picture quality.

UI appears to fail at times could do with bug fixes in coding and hopefully it will be a good cctv app as used to be.

I leave it as a 4 star, because the app is brilliant without a doubt but only thing wrong is that it's stopped doing the notifications when motion goes off. So you have to rewind the full thing.

Can't see feed when I'm away from home. Used to work, but not now. Feed only works when I'm at home which is kind of pointless. Feed still works on my partner's mobile though!!

App always disconnected with black-out screen and can't view cctv. Always need to re-login by scanning QR code from another phone.

Video is getting stuck after every couple of minutes. I need to kill and reopen the app to get it working

Will not connect to Mobile app, keeps saying cameras not connected. However works fine when connected to monitor. Will not work on Android or iPhone. Desperately needs an updated version.

I am a cctv setup installer and mostly like this application also my user also happy with this app becoz its very fast and provide best quality view. Very easy to convert in HD view on mobile data and easy to operate. Instantly open on both network.

Great except when it drops resolution to maintain smooth viewing. It just means you can't see anything anyway. Does this when indoors with good WiFi.

I have sent a many emails and messages to the developer and emails to the contact person. To this day, nobody has responded. Has anyone else heard anything? I still don't have access to my cameras. What happened to being able to just sign in with just a username? I never signed in with an email before. I upgraded my cellphone thinking that may have been the problem, and I still don't have access to the cameras. UPDATED FEBRUAR 27, 2022

Was great. But now goes to a lower quality video automatically when no issue with the super definition. Very annoying. Please change back to how it was. Use it for a barn camera at our school and need to see good video for little pigs.
