SuperStar BTS

Overall this is a great rhythm game, the only downside is with each new update there just seems to be more problems? When I first downloaded this game a couple weeks ago it worked fine but as these updates kept rolling I began to run into problems. First it was freezing at the loading screen, then I would have to reboot just to login. Update went through to fix that, it was fine. Then the loading screen for songs would freeze and I would lose headphones even though the game crashed. Just last night I was attempting to power up cards and there was a constant error in which it prompted to either cancel or retry and no matter how many times I hit retry it wouldn't work so I had to start over. The other day it crashed at the end of a song that I had just hit my highest score/streak on and I lost that record AND headphones. I really hope these bugs are fixed because I really enjoy this game a lot. As a huge fan of rhythm games this is definitely my favorite mobile one.

I love this game. I really do, but I have a few issues with it. For one thing, my inputs will sometimes just completely drop despite there being no noticeable lag. Another issue that is much more important is that the game will frequently bug out upon loading a song. It will either freeze, turn completely black, or crash entirely. It's a serious problem when you waste 2 or more headphones when you have to wait 8 minutes for just 1 headphone as I only really enjoy playing normal difficulty.

Overall love and adore the game!! It's really amazing and a great time killer!!! There's only one thing though...and to some it may seem like nothing, but I think I'd be amazing if it could have offline mode. For example, before we go offline we could download the songs we'd like to play, and then play them. (I don't know about another way to put it xd) Aside from that, the game's literal perfection and I love BTS!!!💗

The game is fun, but it lags a lot and freezes in the beginning of each level, saying I missed the first few notes when i couldn't even see them. The difficulty is also a rapid jump, the "normal" mode is what i would consider more of a hard mode, especially with the lagging, its hard to estimate the timing of when you are supposed to tap the circles. If the bugs could be fixed i think it would be a much better game. I love BTS so I love anything they put out, but it is very difficult to use.

Everything is GREAT, a fun game! However, it lags a little during the gameplay. Most of the time, it lags in the beginning of the gameplay and I miss some before I even start playing. Sometimes it lags so much that I lose the game right away. This is just an issue I think should be fixed because it lags almost every time and it wastes headphones and makes it harder to get a whole combo, let alone a song cleared. Please consider fixing this, thank you so much!

I really enjoy the layout of this game over all the other superstar games. You get a lot of things for free by logging in, completing missions/achievements, and watching short ads so you really don't have to spend money unless you want to. The problem with the superstar games, not just the bts one, is the crashes and glitches. I'm not sure what's going on but its been happening very frequently on all the apps within the last month or so. It makes you want to uninstall the games.

in previous updates, the game ran perfectly well. I was getting good scores and performed perfectly well on each level. However, in the latest update with "Nevermind" there seems to be a problem with the touch timing. I've tried readjusting my touch timing multiple times but it still doesn't produce satisfying results. Please fix this if it is a bug and if it is not then please help me to fix this

I would give this game 5 stars because I absolutely love it and really enjoy playing it. However, it continuously keeps crashing and force closing in the middle and towards the end of songs. It's getting rather frustrating. It still counts the headphones for playing the songs, but it crashes every 4 out of 5. If this gets fixed I will gladly change my vote to 5 stars. Love it! I said I would change to five!

Very Challenging. It really pushes you to get better than everyone else, In not even a whole year I have been able to get to hard mode and play the songs pretty well. But, of course, this game comes with downsides. This happens, (very rarely) but sometimes when I open up the game, it will stay stuck on 10% loading. In order to make the game work again, I just have to delete the game and install it again. Overall, amazing game! Recommend highly.

When I first started, I immediately got addicted to the game. Although I'm the type of person who isn't really good at these, Superstar Bts was the challenging kind that made me want to overcome the obstacles. Plus, this game is more modern compared to the other superstar games; I don't know why it's that way, but it definitely makes it pleasing to look at. However, the con of this app is that is freezes or the screen turns black after I have already used headphones to play the game.

Update: March 7th, 2019 I was able to finally open the game and run it in my phone, after almost a month of not being able to because of the new Android 9 software update. Thanks for working everything out, and fixing this! I love this game, it's such a good rhythm/ tap game, the songs are amazing, the graphics are amazing. I really, really love it! And the music it's great too, I mean it just sounds so good, it's spectacular. I fully honestly recommend the game, it's addicting and fun!

This is a top quality rhythm game with good graphics, sound, and even their customer service is great. It doesn't happen often, but if the game glitches, or their tech support has to kick you out to add/fix something, you will receive a message from customer service to apologize, and give you a free gift for the trouble. There are even fun, holiday events to look forward to. And, of course, the music is perfection, thanks to BTS, and staff, and their amazing ability to only produce the best entertainment.

This game is really great, helps me relieve stress while playing and listening to bts music. I experience an error in this game but it only happens when I play too much songs, the screen blacks out and the tiles don't show up, (i've wasted few of my headphones because of it). I'm not blaming the game for it though, because it really depends on what brand of phone you use and your network.Not all phones are always convenient. but none the less, the app works perfectly fine.

It's addictive, I feel so frustrated when I skip a day not playing it. I love it, but it always crashes and lags after several minutes of playing, that's why I always end up quiting the game, remove the recent app, clear some spaces and reopen it again. Please fix this issue. And I also hate it because it can't be played when updating. Why not make it playable even when updating? It is time consuming.

As much as I love this game, when I try to go to hard mode the whole screen turns black or some of it does. It really frustrates me that after a small period of time after playing it, it suddenly turns all black. This game is a really good game, but I liked it better before the whole renovation and it all became different. It had no glitches, it was just fine before everything updated.

I absolutely love this game, but there are some problems. As an ARMY, it's an amazing BTS-themed game where I can collect cards and play their songs, and objectively it's also a really fun beat map game. Even my friends who aren't fans like to play it. 5 stars, easy. However, I've had to restart the game twice now, because I can't move my account to another device without backing it up with Facebook or Google (and to back it up, you have to make a whole new account), and I can't switch backups from Facebook to Google (or vice versa) without the game deleting all of my progress, which makes me really mad. There should be a way to restore an account or at least be able to backup or change backup without losing all of your progress.

I LOVE this game. It's fun, it's addicting, NO ADS (unless you want some diamonds), great graphics and quality, amazing music 😍😍. This is an awesome game, I love it and the boys SOO MUCH 💜. Just one thing.. there's a bit of a bug I came across.. The game doesn't give me experience points when it promises them for completing a mission.. and when I checked my experience level, it's stuck at level nineteen: 1,415 points. At that point, I would have upgraded but I haven't :'c... Please fix this..

A really fun yet challenging game! I absolutely love this game, but there are some things that do bother me. When the persona album got implemented in the game, every time I play a song, it freezes randomly often, I checked my phone if it's full but no, also there are no notifications to bother me. Please fix this, I'm playing on hard mode and it can get annoying :(

The game is splendid! It includes a large amount of songs from BTS and it has a great way of design. Bad news is that one day when I wanted to play this game. It wouldn't load! It just showed the loading screen and then it shuts off on its own. It didn't leave any messages about a malfunction within the system. It just shuts off even if I try reinstalling and restarting my device

I absolutely love all of the superstar games but their aren't working correctly! for my phone. I have huawei p20 lite and in none of the apps is the music synced with the buttons. The music is behind by like half a second in the lobby and when playing songs. It's really frustratig to play this. It was completely fine the first day I downloaded it but now won't change no matter what settings I mess around with. PLEASE fix this as soon as possible so I can resume playing! EDIT: I've found out that this only occurs sometimes when I play the game. If I don't open the app for a couple of hours it will work normally but then the next time I open it it has the same issue.

I played this a year ago, when you can still adjust how fast it could be (x2, x3 stuff) Coming back I felt like there was something missing and normal mode was too easy for me while hard mode was too hard. That x2 x3 adjustment system was the only way I could enjoy the game, shouldn't have removed it. Please bring it back. Overall, the game is really good. I just couldn't enjoy it because you removed the x2 x3 adjustments.

I've been playing the game since it was launched and I've been satisfied with everything except with the recent changes. I know it's a matter of personal preference but I'm disappointed with the new interface. The previous one looks more professional but the new update's colors are too bright and the change in fonts was unnecessary. I'm not aware with their use but the badge/icon that appears in the song after you play seems unnecessary as well. We are hoping for a favorable response. Thank you.

I absolutely love this game, I've been playing it for a little over a year now. I love the new layout and the color scheme and everything. But every time I'm playing a song, the game glitches\lags and it messes my score up. I'm usually really good but this glitch\lag is messing with my scores and how well I can compete with others. But over all, this game is fun, colorful, challenging but not too challenging to make it super hard. It would just be way more enjoyable if it just wouldn't glitch.

This game is super fun! I love the fact that there are all the albums and songs! However, when I started playing a song, the game started to glitch and my screen went black but song kept playing. I hope this error will be fixed! Also, I hope this game will have map of the soul 7 included into it because, BTS'S new album was outstanding and I hope to play it in superstar BTS. Overall this game is outstanding and I really, really recommend it! :)

it's an amazing game! i really love it. but there's one problem i have. lately, every time i open sbts, it loads to 100%, then shows the army bomb loading thing. and then it keeps loading, hence making me unable to play the game *at all*. moreover, if i do manage to play a song, it closes immediately and takes me back to my home screen. kindly do advice on what to do or what the reasons might be, or attempt to fix these major bugs.

I've played this game for a long time and never missed a day. I loved the gameplay, the layout and the songs. I know the team worked hard on the recent update but it made it just like all the other vers of this game which I hated. The graphics to bright, big and distracting. I really liked the prev design, elegant and cool. This was the only game I have and it is regrettable after I've collected a lot of cards and raised my level but I have to uninstall it now. Thanks for the game and goodluck.

I love this game, the game goes well with the music. However, I can never play above three or four songs for some reason. It would always crash and waste the headphones I had just used to play the song. Also, this app has a tendency to make my phone crash. It completely shut down my other phone and I couldn't turn it back on. I ended up trying factory reset, and it took a whole year of not touching it just to get it to turn back on. It just crashed my new phone again, so please fix this bug!

The game LAGS. When I start a new song, the game lags for a few seconds. Then the notes go by really fast, causing me to miss them and make my my energy bar decrease really fast. And when that bar goes down, you basically get a bad score because if how lonh it takes to get it back up. It will even lag in the middle of the song, again, causing me to miss the notes. It's really frustrating :(

I really like this game, but I really don't like the new update. I personally don't mind the new layout or the change of appearance much, but the game has gotten buggy. It's gotten really difficult to hit slider notes as now the game doesn't register when I hit the note or finish it, which is a problem I never had before. The game has even lagged on me and made me miss several notes. It's really frustrating. Please fix this.

I have a lot to say.I like the way it's set up with albums and songs but I think that the entire song should be playable. I have literally never played a rythm game that only plays half a song. The flash when you click a button should also be able to be changed in the settings to brighter or dimmer. I think that a redo button in the middle of play w/out energy would be nice. I also hope an offline version can be added to the game considering you have to download the songs before playing. It's fun
