Very useless app...i bought a new phone but on trying to log in in the new phone,the app couldn't open.It's reporting i/o failure. There is also no sync in the old phone.Admin why can't you sort this issue.People are losing very important information because of your app malfunction.
It's a very nice app. Initially the data syncing between different mobiles was good, however since 20 days, it's not getting synced. Please look into it.
A great App, yet urgently needs an update as it isn't supported in new devices/new versions of Android. Dear Varun, please help us. A lot of us have lost data & struggling without this App.
good but unfortunately cannot login from other devices nor export data i think before losing all my data or changing the phone i have to reenter the data into another logbook so i am disappointed after using this app for 2 years
Hi..i have been using this app for a long time now..when im trying to login from a new phone i have changed, im not able to & says i/o failure..im very worried about my data as i have formatted the old phone..kindly resolve the issue..
I was using this app and it was working perfect now recently i changed my cell fone and now the app is not working .. its saying something as i/o faliure .. Kindly correct this issue or please tell us a way to download all our data / cases ...
I couldn't even sign up for an account after downloading. Kept failing even with a strong Wi-Fi. I decided to delete the app after 3 days of several attempts.
Have been using this app from 2016 Jan till Aug2020. Changed phone once & had no problems. But I've changed to another phone recently & now it won't open in the new phone. Needs update to open in new one. Please update the app. Need the old data
Was an excellent app for surgeons and residents...Beneficiary for 3 yrs. Unfortunately now I can't sign up for says i/o failure just as others are getting. Expecting a reply or resolution. Thank you
Decent and user-friendly UI. However, the cloud back-up does not work.
i/o failure .. all the time .. I can't log in .. Now , I lost all my past logs on this app ... all users are complaining and no response from the app owners or customer service ... very bad ...

I have been using the app since 2016 and it worked fine. Now my cell phone got formatted and since then I have been unable to log back into my account! All my records are inaccessible! I have read read multiple similar concerns, but seems the developers are least bothered. Conclusion - (1) please dont download this app (2) if you have the app, urgently back up your records and switch to something else
