We have been busy at work over the past year extensively upgrading, enhancing and incorporating user feedback into our new Version – Version 3 – of surgilog.Improvements include:
- Introduction of summary statistics for your procedures and logs ie how many procedures you perform, what your common procedures are, who you perform procedures with and much more…
- Introduction of surgical technique and approach fields which are specific to individual specialities ie for General Surgery know how many laparotomies, rooftop, laparoscopic procedures etc you have done
- Ability to export individual procedure notes as a PDF for printing/filing
- Email entire logbook as an excel file or just email procedures that you have selected though specific search queries.

Didnt say have to pay or need to subscribe. But after a few weeks of using they said i cant login because i need to subscribe. All my data is lost.
it is a quick way to note down my surgical log book in a digital way ,dob option is not clear..surgical approches for neurosurgery are predetermined so we can't edit in that, no place to write diagnosis for which procedure is being done,syncing is poor as no alarm as i loose my one month data despite following all procedure ..overall iam still learning or app is in development phase.
Hi, I've been struggling to use the app. I can no longer see my entries. The app is asking for a subscription and while I am ready to pay I would like my data back. Pls help me out. Also the app keeps on crashing
Just a small suggestion: Instead of 'date or birth', you could give an option of 'Age' which is lot simpler and which is actually more important than the DOB Otherwise the app is great
Worse ever! They remove all my logbook!!! And now allmy efforts during 2 months gone!!!!!!! I can't bring my logbook back!!!!!
Pictures do not upload and the PDF output has never been displayed. I am not satisfied after using for three months
Unprofessional app.Have saved some important data in the app.Now they have wiped off all of my data.I regret wasting my valuable time while entering data in this app.
Worse experience. Now unable to login .lost my data .waste my 15 days on log book .now searching for new one. Pathetic
Its pathetic app... completely white out screen nothing else... useless and waste of time.. can any1 suggest better app for logbook
The media icon doesn't take me to gallery to allow uploading of pictures. How do I solve this. If solved I will definitely give a 5 star
Very bad experience , they let us write down our important data and use the app for free for long time , and then suddenly they ask us to buy money to open our data
Since the update, it's too damn slow. By the time it opens, I'm back at my house!

I forgot my password and not getting the mail after giving forgot password option...is there any option is available to get my password...??
Please include age of the patient instead of date of birth
Helpful app. Once data has been synced, it's very difficult to retrieve old data and to add extra photos or follow up notes. Very slow and gets hung during the synced data search. It would be better if users are allowed to select their modality of viewing summaries. Please provide option to save data in MS Excel format.
Kindly add or rectify the following. 1 All the fields should be fully editable so that like in case the source of birth date is not reliable then we can manually enter age or if the approach or incision is a bit different then we can manually enter it. 2 Photos can't be inserted from gallery. We have to open the app and take photos from there. And photos don't appear in exported pdf files. 3 Kindly add a column for diagnosis. 4 Option to export file as word file. 5 Export multiple files as pdf in one go.
Needs some more work. Developers have gone very quiet. No updates for a long time. No space to insert diagnosis. Unable to customise "procedure" and "approach". The issue with importing photos from "gallery " into the app has not been addressed. Cannot extract a full operation record retrospectively. Could be a good app. But it isn't
At last someone did something other than just complain. They actually created something useful. Good support as well.
Needs few improvements. 1. Option to select the fields that one needs.2. Listing with name of procedures 3. The section for age input can be simplified. 4. Option to share the OT log with anyone with mail/ msg / whatsapp. 5. The password on opening can be made optional

Otherwise a good app. Just a few shortcomings i felt . And hope developers will look to resolve them. 1. Needs login everytime on device. A new option like remember me should be there . 2. Scrolling through database is tedius. Deapite multiple touches, and time, database file fails to load 3. No option to save followup photos of patients 4. Should give few.more heads /titles under which photos can be saved. 5. Requires mandatory entry of all data for each entry . There shall be option to enter data lato
I love the app. Unfortunately the update removed some very useful features that I hope the developers can fix soon. Before now I could save the procedures on the phone and simply sync when I'm online. That feature is gone. Also the export file used to be in PDF and excel but now only excel with lots of useless columns. I hope we will be able to get the PDF back. It was fantastic.
