Served the purpose. Please include a loop function if possible. Preview is different from the final output. Check box not working well in browser unable to see the tick mark. Provide us an option to choose font colours it will be useful when we use background images
I tried different survey apps which weren't very user friendly. Then I come across this one. So simple to navigate, worked like charm. I encountered a few problems but customer support was a great help!
Great app. I had some trouble because the email address on my PayPal didn't match the address I used for the app, but they sorted it out (though no feedback to let me know they had). Overall a strong app that has a lot of functionality and great support.
This is one of the best survey apps for its's offline data collection feature and easy to use interface. Surveys can be easily formulated and can be customized according to the user's needs. Loved it!
I've tried ao many survey generating apps and this is the best survey tool out there if you are wanting to create something yourself. The app is really helpful... But it'll be really comfortable and helpful if we have the options to increase or decrease the font size and to access to different fonts...

I think if you find survey creator app .. answer is fynzo.. because i searched alot for such apps tried also ... but my work wasnt easier its hardier rather . But I work with fynzo it is as simple as that . Great experience go for it ... surely .... Thanking you fynzo team!!!
Just downloaded this app. Would not allow me to sign in with google nor facebook. It asked to download offline stuff when you agree it would just stay on that screen. It wouldn't allow you to back out of the screen
Very disappointed. The image upload options doesn't work. You can either take or find an image but then nothing happens :(

It is best app for survey, and good for offline data collection also. And they consume all things that we need foe survey.
Can't actually make a survey in app, redirects to a Web page, which is extremely buggy and does not display the survey correctly.
