You can NOT receive responses from more than 10 people and no more than 10 questions in the free mode so I had to sign up to see the rest of the results. Finding how to cancel the auto renew cost me another monthly fee. I won't use again for my nonprofit or personally unless I follow the free guidelines, now that I learned the hard way by not reading the fine print. For a company or organization with a budget, this could be very useful as graphs are easy to follow and it is anonymous.

App has one major problem. When analyzing survey results, I am unable to view individual respondent results. I select the people icon in the upper right corner. I then choose which respondents survey to review. 90 percent of the time there are no details, just a blank screen. If I click between respondents occasionally the app will populate results. This does not occur on my PC. This one issue defeats the purpose of installing the app.

Overall I am very frustrated with Surveymonkey. The paid subscription does not add much value and does absolute nothing more that what you can get for free with google forms. You pay way too much for what you get. After subscribing you always have to pay extra for additional simple features. Moreover, this app is useless.

OH NO! Will NOT complete ANY more surveys!! They come with a "Reward" at the end, which usually requires just payment of shipping and handling for the item of your choice. HOWEVER, I've gotten burned by selecting rewards that turn out to be "trials", although that was NOT indicated. After receiving my reward, I'd get huge charges against my card for the "Remainder due", because I did not call to cancel the trial AND return the item. I do NOT recommend this app!

One of the most messed up user experience I have ever seen! In the name of providing too many options and optimizations, the app has completely ignored the basic essence of user experience! I would strongly suggest them to have 2 seperate versions for personal and business and even then in business, make sure basic usability is addressed.

The app has limitations on it that make it almost not worth the time in using it. For one thing, you cannot make legitimate quizzes using the app: there is no way to score questions and no way to set the correct answers. Along with that, the type of questions you can create in the app are dramatically less than what is available on the web platform. You also cannot delete quiz pages from the app for some reason. I'm no developer, but these functions should be simple enough to put in the app.

They have made it so you cannot get more than 10 replies to your surveys. If you need more than 10 the cheapest plan is over $300 for the year, or, get this $99 a month. That is ridiculous. We are already restricted on the number of questions we can ask. I have used SurveyMonkey for most of my teaching career, but guess I need to find a new program.

Amazing app for students. Making surveys with this is easy. But I have only one complaint. The price is too high for a student and the free account has restrictions. I am a college student and I need a better app than Google Forms since I do not have a laptop. My study required to conduct a survey of 100 people but I could only see the result of 40 people!! And to see the rest I have to pay Rs 1k+ is just too much for a student. Wish there was an option to pay for each survey separately.

Great website for survey, horrible app. All the time that I have used it, the website works flawlessly, I can create the survey and send it extremely quick too and the results quick and intuitive, in mobile however, different ballgame. Chrome asks you to download the app, then when you do (in my case) and log in, says I have no survey created, and when I log out and try to log in it doesn't recognize my password every so often (even though I have logged in 2 second prior), I'll stick to the PC

Download this app to create surveys for my business. Unable to link, or share to Facebook unless it's my personal profile. Can not post to business pages.. I thought maybe if I upgraded to the premium version I would be able to, but when I tried to get information I received an error message.

As an evil wizard, I wanted to make a survey to see if there are any people worthy of joining my army. This app makes things simple enough but it has limitations in place that make it quite hard to do a complete survey. Also, you cannot change the flow of your survey depending on the answers, meaning that you can't make right or wrong answers. Another thing is that I tried deleting my survey but was perplexed that I couldn't. It was entertaining but if you won't go pro, don't bother using.

Had an issue with this app not sending the email with the amazon gift card code. I initially left a one star review but was contacted by admin for a follow up. They sent me the email again with the code and I have been able to apply it. Glad they contacted me and followed up on my issue. Thanks.

This app is not crystal clear on what you truly get free of charge BEFORE you join. Then after joining the features you need basically force you to upgrade at whopping prices to be paid for a year. Easy way for them to make money unless you smart up and jump from one app to another. True monkey business.

It's easy to use, either creating or filling a survey. The analysis is good. It is stress free, easy on the eyes, good graphics and just an amazing app. Thumbs up to the Survey Monkey crew!

severely lacking in basic features that are on their website interface. jow can they make an app where you can't get a summary of your results in an overall average score?! an extra star for the smooth and finished layout of the app...

Excellent survey app. This is definitely one of the best survey apps with varieties of survey templates ranging from simple to the complex matrix template. You can create, edit, share & analyse your survey at no cost. However, you will have to pay to view individual responses.

This is a great app that simplifies the process of creating insightful surveys on the go. Loading times can be a few seconds long but nothing frustrating. Once you add kiosk mode functionality the app becomes pure value.

Very doggy. After doing a second survey on desktop it is adding automatically paid features you can't take out. Effectively you can't send a second survey, so it adds logos and paid features you can't take. Very manipulative. Ugly to force people this way. Wrong.

Suddenly changed to a paid service, locked me out of everything I had already completed and wants me to pay $500+ to unlock, no monthly payment options, only pay in full with lots of extra fees! You're not the only survey app...plenty more that aren't crooks. FU

The UI is not intuitive enough. Difficult to view consolidated response as I have to click on each question one by one. Also not sure why my survey results are visible to the respondents.

Told to make a quiz for work using surveymonkey. On my phone and tablet (I dont have a laptop) it's pretty much impossible because in a quiz there are wrong answers but you cant set the right answer because they've removed the "enable quiz mode" button.

Good for surveying, disappointed that some features are locked behind a monthly pay wall but still a pretty good app. Weird that you can have multiple accounts under the same email, this causes much confusion.

had to uninstall and move back to dekstop application in 15mins. Hard time creating a survey. Added answer choices and saved it using Save button and tick mark on top right corner multiple times but could not exit with changes. had to discard changes to exit the question page.

Very poor app for consolidated data view in one glance. You have to visit and read each response one by one. Microsoft forms is much better than survey monkey. I will not recommend this to anyone.

Solid app with a clean interface, intuitive UX, and most if not all of SurveyMonkey's functionality available on your phone. I haven't encountered any issues yet.
