SurveyMonkey Rewards

It WAS great. Took surveys, got Amazon gift cards as promised. Unfortunately it stopped letting me redeem my gift cards about a month ago, and their customer service is TERRIBLE. I've been emailing for that whole month trying to get someone to help me, but they just keep responding with the same questions/suggestions over and over again without actually reading my responses or trying to help in any way whatsoever. Leaving a negative review as a last ditch effort to try to get them to assist.

Amazing. I've been using it for a while now (like a year) and I'd say I've made about 60 dollars. That being said, I accidentally turned the notifications off for a few month, so I definitely could've made more. I've tried a lot of these apps, and this is the only one that's actually done anything. It doesn't take long to get to the $5 minimum, and each quick survey usually gives .50 to a 1 USD, sometimes more. If a survey doesn't match (uncommon), it gives you .10 cents. I highly recommend. <3

I've had this app for a month and it has given me a total of 2 surveys to do during that time. As well as they take a bunch of your personal information right when you start, I felt like I was giving away all my personal info and was very unsure about it. It does seem like they are loyal to the paying you part, but only after you reach $5, which is impossible for only 2 surveys a month.

One of the few apps that does as advertised. It doesn't take too long to hit the minimum amount so you aren't waiting forever to get your reward. If you are trying to build up and not just do the 5 dollar gift card that isn't bad either. I do check more often than when it notifies me of new surveys and that helps because you can beat the risk of not getting to the survey in time but, I have gotten 2 almost 20 dollars gift cards. One of those helped me get my books for school.

Great way to get a little treat. Not much in the way of rewards, but it adds up pretty quickly and giftcards are immediately issued. Edit: A year later and still happy with this app. Got over $100 in Amazon credit in the past year without really trying, so I'm pleased with the experience.

It's a great app, when used regularly enough. I've cashed in several times, and doing a few apps like this at a time, consistently adds up. Everyone has a few idol minutes a day to participate and share your voice, because it's valuable and should be heard, and it does add up too. Its a great app to pass the time productively

This is a great app, they pay a decent amount each survey, and pay out pretty quick once you get to $5. I also don't remember any surveys getting rejected after I already start, like a lot of these kinds of apps do constantly. My only complaint is I wish that they had a lot more surveys. They only have one or two a day it seems, if even that. As for the app itself, it's awesome and definitely worth your time. You won't gain tons of money fast, but you will get real money for not a ton of work.

This has helped me a lot when it comes to buying things on Amazon. It has lowered my cost on my items tremendously! I really recommend you guys to download the app and start saving big time. It only takes a minute or two to answer a few questions that they ask of you but trust me it's well worth it after you accumulate up those points!

So i gave it a 3 star because, well, overall its a good app and it does pay except after the first payout i can't redeem anything anymore and it wont text my number. And yes I've tried checking and restarting my phone but nothing works and I've been stuck on the verify phone number screen for 10 MINUTES! and I don't know whats up with that but get this fixed please.

Trash. Had the app about month and still have yet to get enough surveys for a $5 cash out. Not worth your time. There are far too many apps that are actually willing to pay. And for the ding a lings acting like this app is great over others need a CT scan. Deleting, bye bye!!!

The rewards build up slowly, but I have accumulated over $100 over the last year. Biggest issue is that the notifications aren't always noticeable on my phone so I miss opportunities to participate.

Update: 2022 Still loving it and still giving me rewards!! ----------------- Nice! I been doing the surveys for awhile now, I like that they are quick and short. I just redeemed my first reward and the transaction went fast and smooth, love the app and thank you for the reward :)

Really good way to get yourself an amazon gc. You get a quick email with the reward. Had gotten rid of the app a year ago and came back to see if it got better. It got better and survey finally come in a lot better. Happy to have returned to the app. Instant amazon gc payout.

Pretty happy about this. Other apps cash out pennies over months (including Google's reward app believe it or not), but I get notified about surveys that pay good and pay quick. No BS about surveys expiring, no ads, just straightforward good stuff. Thank you SurveyMonkey :)

Cool app that actually pays out. Only issue is the surveys are very limited so don't expect to make much. When you do get a survey,they are usually quick and easy. Just not enough of them

The surveys you get notified for expire almost immediately and you can't really do them. It's not a bad app but you get frustrated when you can never fill a survey. Uninstalling.

Notifications are turned on and I am still not getting notified when there is a new survey. I happen to find a new survey when I open the app and click on surveys. There is also no way to get in touch with support.

Won't work. I put in my Gmail, but then keeps saying "something went wrong" when I put in my password. I've tried everything even uninstalled and reinstalled app but still dose the same thing. It's the correct password to.

Decent amount of surveys, money builds up well. I have used apps with more, but ended up using them less because it became annoying. App is easy to use, surveys clear and concise.

Survey monkey is the only survey site that's reliable than any other service sites out there it's easy pay well the only thing I dislike is that they are hooked up with Amazon or rather have the payout go to my bank account because Amazon only has selected items and that's not fair to anyone so if you can consider and changing I rather the payout go to my bank account thank you

This app is legit. When I redeem I get the email within a couple of minutes with the digital Amazon gift card! So far I've redeemed a total of $71. Love this app, highly recommend!

Love it, received my gift card the same day! If you love shopping online this is the best app, cashed in and received my gift card the same day better than that received it in seconds. Cash out at $5 or more. Surveys are not long and easy surveys. Just be honest and receive your gift cards believe it you will love it, 👍

Love it. I just wish I got more surveys and higher rewards. Some of the surveys take a really long time with change for a pay out.

Surveys don't come as frequently as I would like but they are easy and quick to do. You can only redeem for Amazon gift cards or a donation. It will take some time before you have a substantial amount of money. Most surveys are $0.25 or $0.50. App is easy and quick to use.

Really good experience. Takes a while to get surveys, and therefore gift cards, but a few minutes once or twice a day makes it feel really fun to get rewarded with gift cards.

Just did my 1st Cashout! Very nice. Surveys are easy peezy. Don't think â one of them took me longer then 8 or so minutes. Maybe lol. You'll find it cake too. Just say with it and make SURE to check it. I didn't get not á single notification. Not 1.. but whatever. Love it Team!

I rated the app 4 stars and not 5 due to the fact that i dont receive but maybe 2 to 4 surveys about every 2 wks. They are short, to the point and go very fast but if you dont accept the offer to complete a survey within 45 mins to an hour of getting the invite you WILL LOSE THE CHANCE TO COMPLETE THE SURVEY! Pleaae start sending me surveys at least once a day and if pissible give any one who uses the app at leaat 24 hrs to accept and complete any invite to a survey!! A plus u redeem at $5!

Simple. Real Companies who actually want to hear what their customers think, pay U for your time & opinion. No dumb games for prizes U can't ever win, or farming games/ads. App notifies U a survey is ready, what it pays (25¢-$1), & how long it is (1-6mins), & U decide if U wanna take it. The more U do, the more they'll send. If I always respond, I get 2-3 surveys/day, & I've made $135.30 in Amazon gift cards. It's def legit, & no shady 3rd party apps trying to steal your identity. Luv it!

I dont get notifications also the surveys dont come very often. But I never get disqualified and they pay ok like 25 cents at least per survey. It is a slow process sometimes you get lucky and get a dollar survey

Suddenly cannot redeem rewards. Verification always fails with an error that it "could not send sms message." I wasted all that time taking surveys for nothing.
