I lost my login into the game by facebook, and it seems Meta wouldn't help me. So I look for help from Snail by e-mail, but it got rejected because no e-mail existed. So where can I look for help ?
Game is too easy and really boring. If you play in a group of four, pretty sure you will be no.1 100% of time since all the other players are literally bots. I could even finish the squad game alone. Solo queue is kinda ok since there's a mix of player and bots. How to spot bots? Generic, only ran away. Never fight back. This game is all about you running around getting good loots and exp and pawn some a.i bots. Not sure if I'm too good at this game or most of the players are bots.
After the update I can't pan or swipe my camera. When I want to see a place in the map, swiping won't work. Also, the sound/voice keep repeating again and again. I need to turn off my sound settings and turn it back on again to stop it. It's annoying, you know. And I hope the button control will include up and down setting, not just left or right. Oh, and it took too much resources, lagging really very often,
Has a lot of potential and could be a really amazing game... But unfortunatly it is left in limbo and already after a year it has become a ruin and a ghost town. The game lacks good care from the developers, it lacks polishing, bug fixing, balancing, improving, smoothing out and many other things . So at the moment it is unfortunatly a mediocre game. Still fun to play here and there but not on a regular basis.
One of the best games of its type, in my opinion. Quick, gripping battles with decent graphics. A few bugs here and there. My main complaint is that when queuing with a friend, queue would go for 10 min without any game popping up after just running one together. Can't be fixed without completely exiting game and reloading. Other than that, it's a great game that I believe I will play for a long time!
This game is not pay to win! I don't usually rate apps unless I really like them. When I saw that this game was in development, I pre registered because I really liked the concept and I was excited to play it, but when it finally came out I almost didn't try it out because I read quite a few reviews about it being pay to win. It is not. The skins only give you 2 extra backpack slots and you can get a skin for free just by playing the game and completing quests. I played it for two days and got to Gold 1 without paying for anything. SUGGESTIONS TO THE DEVELOPERS: 1) sometimes it seems like the abilities don't go off when I press on the button, it is few and far between that it happens, but if this is something that can be improved, please do. 2) the chat is buggy for me. I use a galaxy S9 and it will copy and paste what I've typed multiple times in the chat bubble as I type and if I continue typing after it does that, it'll go away and then do it again with different parts of the text. It's very annoying. Other than that ^ the game is great! Good job!
It's a unique take on both MOBA and BR genre. It's a fun game. I'm enjoying it. But the game is laggy as all hell. The parachute mechanic is clunky, the lag spike goes up to 900ms sometimes, the skills don't go off the second I press them. It's a mess. Don't get me wrong, the idea and the game is really fun. But these stuffs are not. The game is very new so I hope these things will get fixed soon. And when it does, I'll be happy to give it a 5 star review.
Honestly, the game isn't bad... good controls, decent graphics, though it could use some variety on outfits. major downside that WILL KILL THIS GAME? its 100% pay-to-win... that takes everything good about it and throws it out the window. I'll keep it for a bit in the hopes that the developers tone down the OBVIOUS pay-to-win BS... but otherwise, I'll get bored of losing to spoiled rich kids and uninstall.
Fantastic game! Really fun, feels great to play. After the recent maintenance, the game required an update and it wont complete. A pop up stating "Network Abnormal, please try again" I have pretty good internet and have tried multiple different connections and still no luck. I would like to see a fix for this as I genuinely enjoy the game and would prefer not to lose my progress
Loved the game so far but I couldn't open my friend lists... Somehow it says unable to load data. And one more thing, please do something about eating system which is being given to the players after the end of each battle. I think it has been crashed cuz it is nit working and I have always been receiving the rate 'C' till now even when I win the game. If it is fixed, I will gladly give 5 stars to this game as it deserves. Please!
Most bugs from last patch are repaired!! I am a pleased they are making every effort to keep our gaming experience fun and that we are able to progess:) They've reinstated previous current ranking & I was able to open rewards boxes in backpack successfully. Thank you!! I did noticed there are still issues w/ friend gifting (ice cream cone, red packets, etc.) as I was unable to return gifts, also noticed a few of the screens were laying over eachother. Had to log out and restart game to close them
So the app is amazing even though it has some bugs. Wish you could be able to afford more stuff without having to buy it and all of the content you earn has expiration dates. Not to mention the arcade modes dont load for me and It isn't made clear how to contact the developers. I would delete the app due to the bugs but I like the game and already spent money on it so yeah.
Thought I'd give this game another chance. the gameplay is always breathtaking, that is when it actually find a match in Duo or Team. Usually waiting more than double the length of the "estimated time", and still don't get into a match. On top of that, the only main game mode is Ranked, why not add a casual game mode for the people that don't want to. You might actually get more players.
The game is cool and I enjoyed it more than any other games of the same genre, The graphics look good, The game play is kinda hard but that is what making it challenging... The only problem I saw was the connection, for some reason I can't use my 4G network "Which normally works fine with other games" and even with Wi-Fi after a 3-4 matches the game start to lag and the connection start to collapse (I adapt myself with this problem but for players who play hours and hours non stop... You have a big problem)
