I used to like this app, but recently it kept asking to sync to my Google account every time I'd open the app or switch to it from another app. For being free, it has some good features but got intolerably annoying. I uninstalled. Other con: there's no way to skip ahead (or go back) to an exercise. Let's say you accidentally close a routine or are tired of a certain segment of it, there's no way to skip ahead to the next moves. You have to start at the beginning every single time.

Pros: You can schedule a workout and get reminders, and I liked the ability to customize the duration of the workout and the rests. Cons: Very repetitive. Almost all of the workouts were the same movements (mountain climbers and burpees were in almost all of the preset routines). There were only 4 exercises per workout. It looks like there is some customization if you pay for it, but I'm not sure how many more exercises they give you with that, so I don't know if it's worth it.

easy to use - you can make your own or use the pre-made. I've been using the free version for about a year or two. what I like the most is you can play your music and this will work with it. what I don't like is it can be active confusing at first trying to figure out their format to create or adjust their workouts. haven't bothered looking for any other apps bc this one works just fine. 4 stars just bc it is a pay for premium services (guess I'm just a cheapster).

Ive done Tabata at my gym and this is a really good app. 20 seconds reps 10 seconds break with a 2 minute rest. I like the way they are laid out as well. Very easy to follow. The small figure showing you how to do the exercise is good for the newbies. Great stuff. Im training for a season of obstacle racing. Its a handy tool to have and you can do it anywhere.

I was using the free version and the exercises were not changing. So I thought maybe the paid version might do it. But to my suprise it's the same one single set of exercises that are there. No new ones in the paid version as well. One can build exercise routines but the then nothing comes as part of the app. Overall it's a rip off unless I am missing something. If I am please educate me and I will be happy to give a higher rating.

This is supposedly a "free" app with in-app purchases and ads, so I expected ads and some sort of optional premium upgrade. Instead, before ever trying a workout, the app asked me to select a "fair activation fee." So I can't comment on the quality of the workouts because I never got past the false advertising.

Overall very good app for my needs and easy to follow, even greater it shows calories burnt. Also great that you can set your own workout and pause times, but it would be even grater to be able to compile your own workouts, but I suppose I shouldn't expect any more features for free.

Wants a whole heap of personal information I don't believe it needs, and wants to store that information in a cloud or something. The menus don't make sense. It was recommended to me by a friend but it seems you have to know about Tabata before the app makes sense. Oh, and it says timer in the app title. I can't find the timer. Edited to add timer comment, and fix spelling.

A very fun app. It has quite a variety of ready to go routines that are effective and heart revving. You can also create your own routines. I use this in combination with a weight training app and between using this for warm up, and the other for my main workout, I have most of my bases covered. I just want to find a good meal planning app to complete my ensemble for fitness.

Repeats the same 4 exercises twice for one tabata, so there is not much of a variety. Paid for the membership to create my own & a few weeks later switched from iPhone to android. No way to transfer my account, so I contacted the developer to see if they would honor my purchase & was told that it was "impossible" even though all other apps transferred. Too many other free options out there to purchase this app and deal with poor customer service and a very limited library of workouts.

I enjoy the app because it sounds out the workout that is coming up next and times it doem to start. It allows me to customize my own routine and add as many as I want. I just enjoy it too because it has the timer where I can adjust the time it takes for my work out.

This app has simple workouts that don't require any equipment. You can also change those workouts if you want. It works great for building muscle and losing fat. One thing that I dislike is that the timer stops if you exit the app.

Love the voice commands. It helps me not have to stare at my phone and distracting myself. I love that I can use the pre set workouts or create my own. I teach a bootcamp class at a local gym and I use this app for most of my classes. Very effective!

I've tried dozens and dozens of exercise apps. I'm also a qualified personal trainer. This is by far my best fitness app! I regard it as my personal trainer. Easy, no fuss, straightforward. And so convenient. You can basically train in an elevator! The exercises are professional and well planned. Calories of workouts are accurate. You can customise and you can choose the time of your workout by repeating or going straight forward other workouts. Fan-ta-bu-lous! Lol. Love it!

The best workout app. I really like the simple graphics, mostly text user interface, we can add our own exercises to the list and change their order. I wish we could add our own thumbnails to the custom exercises we create.

I only use this app after I finished my weight training. It's a very good app for Tabata workout. Really love it it only require small memory size. It got all I need for my four minutes workout. I just use it for a few weeks, still can't see any effect on my body. Hopefully I can see the effect after a few months doing Tabata workout.

Pretty useful for at home workout when you can't hit the gym. lets you add and substract exercises from their premade ones. and allows you to build your own. you can adjust pause time, active time, number of tabatas, etc.

Love this! I used it to create a kickboxing warm up and then custom bag rounds. I love that it calls out each move so I don't have to keep looking at my phone to see what's next. This app is exactly what I was looking for
