Latest updates has some bugs and it's annoying. Often crashes. Blanks out my inbox messages. Often hear echo feedback in party mode. Excessive amount of inbox coun offers. Should be maxed out at 1 per day- not every time I log into the app.. Too quick to ban good users but slow to ban the s3xual based users. Not fair. I will say that the new additions to the gifts and mask filters is a plus.
Nice chats, but continued issues with the app claiming to have messages makes me skip checking them. Last update just continually ticks up the notification counter without user messages, so I assume it's all spam from the app. Seems to be no way to clear it out either.
Can't watch any stream after the latest two updates, whenever I open any stream from the phone it only shows the splash screen (the blurred profile pic), it works on web and blustacks but I want to be able to use the service on the phone, I also used paid vpns but it's not a network issue. Update: Changed down to 1 star. Two months and I am still unable to view any live streams, also it stopped working on emulators like blustacks and web doesn't show locked 🔒 streams.
This app has gotten worse and worse over the last year. Now, I'm no longer able to like pictures in chats, click on the photo in the chat, and I detest the "coins"...that feature can be done without. The ONLY plus, is they got rid of when you click on the app, you immediately see these "spam-like" profiles of live feeds of sexually dressed women and men.
1st gift screen comes up and accidentally hit on a gift end up losing coins. 2nd its stuck a lot, "new update". 3rd set a screen timer for host mostly they aren't on front of the camera. Lastly not getting Otp anymore obviously after new update. 5 star if this all fix and this isn't only my issue everyone facing it!
Total rip off. Several times I have been given less coins than what I've paid for. Customer service is a very low priority for this developer. I've messaged dozens of times and never heard back from support. Shocking
What is going on in tango. After the last update i can't open any broadcast. All the broadcasts are only frozen screen. I am very angry. No one in technical support reply to me. I was diamond level in loyalty program but after many reasons i stopped to refill coins because i can't use the app.. At least the customer support must show respect for customer and f.... Reply..and now after 20 days of the problem. No reply from the customer support and no reply in email.
Okay, can't honestly believe I've doing this but hey Im here. I recently had a MAJOR issue with the app, that I got resolved thankfully. But not by support, I had to contact my banks and Google to help. The support team never responds, the support option brings you to a robot. I just purchased coins for my favorite streamer but didnt get the coins. I would appreciate it if I could've atleast gotten something. Now I can't even use the app, yay!!! I cannot type to my streamer for whatever reason.
Hi, I'm one of the performers here at Tango. I gotta say that this app has become too bad that it is exploiting small-reached performers who earns at minimum amounts. I have a problem cashing out my earnings and this has become too stressfull to me. the customer support doesn't really help at all. I'm asking for more comprehensive action to deal with my concern. Thank you.
As far as streaming platforms go it's horrible. There's about a 10 second latency. It's supposedly allows you to use OBS to directly stream but it doesn't work. You have to get a new key every time by downloading a profile. And even then it doesn't connect. On twitch I get the latency but you can lower it but this you can't
I'm sorry for the bad review but the app is just not itself anymore. The old app represented the true Tango, where you had games, enjoyable filters that you didn't have to pay for, undeleted chat records, etc. Although change is good, I don't think the changes made to the app were a step in the right direction. The old Tango definitely had me loving it.
Sorry for the bad rate But the app after the last update becomes very bad 1. Most of the broadcast not open 2. Always alerts in every thing even premium or groups, we pay coins for special live so its not yr right to close the shows.
Latest update broke the app. Can't join a private stream. Pay for coins, gift to join & asks to gift again even taking the coins! Those aren't free you know.. lost £5 for nothing Also the 'New' button is gone from explore..
Be aware of the app coins scam, the app is designed to have lots of coin gifts pop up all the time on the screen, and if you touch any gifts by mistake it will charge from your credit instantly without any confirmation. All your coins (money) can dissappear at any moment if you touch the screen where a gift might pop up.. I just lost 6000 coins ( round $50) by me trying to swipe the screen to the right to clear the chat. It's weird, without your permission your coins can vanish .. It's a scam
Was 5 stars but now 4 I don't like how the profiles are cause it doesn't tell if they are active or not or if they have blocked you, and why can't there be ads so ppl can get free coins it would benefit people a whole lot and generate alot of money for tango
New Update is worse--- 1- We can't see any other streamer following count. 2- We can't see any other streamer exact diamonds diamonds count. For e.g. it showing only 1.7 M not the complete figure. Please make those feature available in new update or degrade to older version🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I actually reach the minimum to withdraw but they always diclined my redeem request because they need to review my top gifter..hey tango they buy their coins used their money to buy them but now you don't want your streamers to get their cashout. Customer service didn't replying also.
I tried to add coins through Google play store three Times (439, 89, 850), and got scammed all the three times and there is no support to get the money back from tango aswell as playstore. Worst customer service experience. Tango just lost a loyal customer.
Originally five star. Be careful in live streaming gifts right next to back button. Adjust your phones button sensitivity. Once was charged for just having my finger over a button without touching. Credit card registered? Be aware that if you accidentally push a huge gift purchase. They will charge your card if you balance doesn't cover it without asking you you'll see the transaction in front of your eyes and you won't be able to do anything about it. Happened three times in one week.
This app is worst no response on customer support also send so many time message but still no response and 2 number suspended and the device is also banned not able to do registration on it. And there is no help from the customer service. Tried after so many days today 07-April-2022 but still my id is not working. So now is it like I won't be able to use this app in future any more I reach to app support but from there I didn't get any response till now please I request to solve this issue.
I get a notification to update my app instead it deleted all my post and block me from posting new post. So I can't post from from YouTube and now i can't post from my gallery! Did tango do this are someone hacked my phone? Tango block me from making comment and upload videos from YouTube. You didn't help in any way. If I could I would not give tango any start I would give you zero. I'm block from posting videos from YouTube to tango but people's that I block is still on my tango
Will not recharge for high amount anymore. Reason 1. When you open a live broad, gift section pops up on screen, accidentally touching screen gifts r sent Lost over 1500 coins by accidentally touching screen as finger touched the screen. Also when live host put gift icon while live, many times you touch screen and gifts are sent without sending purpose. It is like a dirty trick in which users gifts are sent without intention of sending gift. Wanted to recharge for 15k but it's risky!

My account has been suspended and as I'm contacting customer support, no one is replying. The automated message said that i will get reply from your assosiate in 1 hr. It has been 5 hours and no one is responding. My device is also prohibited from registering. Kindly help me with this issue also. I am unable to recharge coins. It had been 2 days since I posted a complaint and no one is bothered
Joined premium show, stream was on pause and then it ended. Nust lost coins and thats all. Many such cases where you join premium and streamer is away or sleeping. In customer aupport there is just a useless bot

Incredibly poorly functioning app. It works to take your money but does not offer customer support (that works) nor does it let you buy gifts you want (with your coins). It gives indecipherable error messages. It's a trap! No link to contact them through the app. Emailed them for support and their support email bounced! Absolutely useless. And now they respond to my review here saying to contact their support or refer to the FAQs. Their customer support is non-existent and their app is BUGGY.
