Tecarta Bible

It's very easy to use. You scroll through the chapter and then flip to the next chapter. Changing between translations at the same spot in the Bible is extremely easy. Another good feature is that I can store it on my devices SD card so that it doesn't fill up the internal memory, I had to do this in the device settings not in the app settings. I've only been using it for a few days but so far it is the best Bible app I have ever used and I have tried several.

easy to read, enlargeable fonts, voice availability, note storage...all good. but having to buy it again for each new device i want it on is a pain, and not being able to access notes from one device to another is especially annoying..Bible notes are for life and i may lose them altogether if i lose a device...but yes i will continue to use Tecarta Bible for all the good things it is.....

While the Bible App has some nice features, I recently had an issue using the web version of Tecarta. If you try using the search engine to find a keyword in multiple translations at the same time, the program will not display the results from most of the translations, and will pick only a few. This is disastrous from a witnessing standpoint when you're trying to find a specific keyword or phrase but can't remember which translation it was used in. I contacted support and gave them screen shots of the problem, and they simply stated that everything was working fine and that "duplicate results" would not be displayed. That was a very unfortunate response and now I will be using Biblegatgeway instead for my searches.

Overall an excellent app for reading & study. Great being able to sync content between Android phone, iPad & computer. Note taking function a bit clunky. I accidentally created a folder in the wrong spot & have been unable to find how to delete it, or any info from the developer on how to do so. The way you set up how to look up scriptures is also fixed with first use of app & can only be changed by reinstalling, despite instructions online to the contrary. Still a worthwhile app.

Absolutely love this app. My Bible is with me anywhere. It allows me to not only read but allows the ability to truly study with access to multiple study tools that are just a click away. Previously as I prepared to teach lessons. I had multiple books open at the same time but with this app, I can do all of that from my cell phone in a much more efficient manner!

I love the ability to store understanding and revelational knowledge in the footnotes. I love the ability to use different colours to highlight. I love the cross-referencing. Most especially, I love the storage of all personal input into the cloud and EASY RETRIEVAL whenever I change my phone. It's such a wonderful RELIEVE. Many kudos to the team.

I love being able to jot down notes and thoughts on the verses as I read and study them. The notes can be accessed by themselves or through a little reminder tab that appears on any verse you have made notes on. It's also nice to be able to copy the text of the verses and then share them on social media or text messages. Being able to access the scriptures anytime with or without a wifi/data signal is great, but when you have a signal you can play an audio reading of the verses!

I have used several Bible apps. This is the best I've found! They have a few free translations you can down load so you don't always have to be connected to the internet. They have a lot of translations that once you purchase them you can download or use online. I also like that I can highlight in multiple colors keep notes and share passages easily.

I have come across several Bible apps, but Tecarta Bible app surpasses them all. Easy to navigate between Bible versions and compare for easier understanding. The developers made it simple to takes notes, highlight a whole chapter or lines of verses that speak to me and bookmark for further study. The scroll feature makes for an effortless reading experience. Simply the best! 👌🏾

This is the best Bible app I have found. I have tried several others and they all have a limited number of Bible helps or a severely narrow point of view. Or worse yet they are extremely hard to navigate between types of resources. I will continue using these Bibles as you keep adding new versions. Thank you for providing such a comprehensive resource for the little people who can not spend a fortune on an extensive library.

An absolute great app for a Christian like me. The contents are absolutely superb, despite all that, but just having one problem, I don't know if I'm the only one experiencing this as in every time I open the daily devotions, they are not being complete. Please resolve that issue, and your response will be highly appretiated. Thank you!

Ideal app for those who prefer the KJV (as I do), or who use it as a reference Bible. The search functions are excellent. The audible Bible, which is available in a number of styles, is also excellent. Tecarta also offer a broad range of other translations, concordances, dictionaries etc. I recommend that anyone who wants to enhance their relationship with Father God arm themselves with the resources available through this app. You will be glad that you did!

I like this Bible app over many others. Basically easy to use. It would be nice to have a small selection of voices to choose from when listening to the audible. Unless I'm just not seeing a setting for it, It doesn't go back to where you leave off reading. It always defaults back to Genesis. Is there something I can do for that or no?

I've tried different apps to study the word of God and this app is by far the best! I love everything I'm able to do like create folders, highlight, take notes. I love the Cross-reference, their notes. I would to see different free translations and not have to go a different app to read, or the Audio. But overall it is a great app!

This is my favorite Bible app. It is easy to navigate, highlight, keep notes, and share. It has many wonderful features, such as the ability to compare two different translations side by side. Probably my favorite thing about it is the un-intrusiveness of it, unlike another popular app that inundates your email with unsolicited emails constantly.

Beautiful set up. Contains not only the typical books of the Bible in various translations, but the ability to quickly cross reference and define individual words. Also devotionals and other really nice features. To be honest, I haven't had time to fully explore yet. But being able to carry the word of the Most High, Yahweh, around in my pocket, for receiving his strength anytime, is just fantastic! I haven't found anything negative with this app. Good job, guys! I use this every day, and have been using for years. It's so easy to use, and I love being able to change translations (e.g., NKJV to NLT) so easily... or even to see them side by side in landscape. Really helpful! I would hate to be without this app. Oh! And I love the pretty scenes on homepage every morning with the verse of the day. Great app!

I have tried multiple Bible apps, this is the one I use the most. I like that I can adjust text size and I like the bookmark settings everything is simple and functional, no distracting extras, I also use dark theme/mode because I get migraines and having the dark option allows me to read more/longer without ill effects. I also like that I have the option to choose my Scripture look up method, and the ability to search key words or phrases. It is extremely helpful.

I love the subscription option & the ability to 'backtrack' the most recent books/chapters that I've read (wish the app saved more of that and allow me to 'backtrack' farther. I would really like a feature that allowed me to save multiple highlight overlays in at least one selectable translation. I would pay extra for that feature! Great job Tecarta staff! I really like the way it is with all the margin now, underlining, highlighting and all the other features. You can also split screen with other versions. Been using this app for years, phone to phone. Ain't really got no complaints. Hardly ever I give a 5, but this has earned it.

Well made, easy to use, not overly complicatedly. I like that I can read the Bible as a full page, and can switch to commentary rapidly using the tabs. Switching chapter and verse is quick and easy. I like that I can open the app directly to the Bible and start reading right away, not unnecessarily complicated. My favorite Bible app!

Considering all other bible apps in the market place which I have used, I settle with this. An application where you have all versions, your notes, highlights, bookmarks all in one place, and it syncs across all other devices. Simply the best ever. You try it and I assure you there will be no regrets too. Still using it till date, and won't stay a day without using the best app. 👌

This is a very good app, too many adds though. Also the search could use some refining, when I type in part of a scripture, the app can't seem to locate it often, even though the searched phrase is verbatim. Over all, very good and convenient app. Would recommend this over many others I have looked at for phones.

Having just downloaded the app a day or so ago I'm finding learning how to use it and navigating my way around it not difficult at all initially. Ofcourse it's always good after having just downloaded an app to be able to set up your account and specifically on a bible app to get your translation preferences and parallel choices correct without it being cumbersome or laborious. If the initial set up goes well without many hiccups or insurmountable hurdles then I'll probably give it a 5 out of 5.

I love it so far, it's a great bible app that is very intuitive. The convenience and variety of the purchasable bibles is top notch and with the different translations and audio reading makes it a great mobile bible option. I wish there were more fonts to customize but ultimately this a fantastic app that does exactly what I was looking for in a bible app.

Pretty much this is the only Bible app I use. I love the highlights you can do. The app makes it effortless to place a note and to cut and paste. Real easy to use for sermon prep. Commentary is a button you press on bottom of screen. I have the TPT translation and there are letters that when you press them you get the commentators foot note. Love love the app. Been using it well over 9 years!!

This is a very good and organized way to learn the bible, full truth and free of ads. I HIGHLY recommend this app for kids who can't read because it also has an audio button so you can play for your kids or play it while doing something else. And if you want less confusing words, there is a way to do that! You can write notes highlight things you need AND that's not all! You can also press and hold a word and click cross ref for similar verses. I recommend this Bible app for all ages.
