App keeps crashing and won't let me even reach to support... so i m asking help here...whenever i launch game it close automatically and systam pop up appear with close app option.. plese help...
I have one suggestion can you do it ? There is a lot of people using 2 id and play on the same table and can not win the other like example if 3 people on the table the other two is same person handles the game on it so can you do something for that to ? So everybody can play and win not the same person using two id to win
It is very good game to play. But I have some open suggestions for the variation table as:- There should be a option where people can choose their default variation on the table (Eg. If anyone chooses 4×Boot for all games, if their turn came for variation selection It gets automatically selected which is set as default) As most people always choose same variation for all the games. So It will be more user friendly.
Worst game..third class game...cheated and totally fixed game....if i won one time..then second time not a single game... i won..all games are fixed...i dont want to give singke star... Wastage of time . ..

This app has very bad customer support I can't log in because of two fector authentication. I have lost my phone number linked to my account I have in app perches so want to recover my account. I send them multiple emails to help me out but they are not even replying
I'm not able to claim bonus money after getting trial! All the time I try to share on FB, it shows some error! This happened twice with me. Also, I don't know why lots of money gets deducted after losing Chatai. I enjoy playing this game for long time but such issues nowadays is adversely affecting overall gaming experience. When you have 234 and opponent player also 234 and then opponent wins because he have different suit cards , solve this issue , i faced it many times.
Worst game ever seen. So many bugs needs to be fixed. First of all the bug of auto rotate and it doesn't get the horizontal allignment right when we switch from vertical. And one of the big issue I faced today that I had the money for chaal and unable to do that and I lost all my money that needs to fixed as soon as possible.
Worst Playing App. There are alot of issues while playing. It get lagged when starting the game. While starting starting 'Chatai' game itself select the game and accidentally multiple times clicked on th start because the game was lagged and game itself started with highest amount. Even paying option is not working properly. I already have mailed multiple times but didn't works. Again worst app. Switching to another game app.
sometimes showing only 4 players on current table. its a big bug. and will try to send chips when my turn before i was tried to tab with other app. after get back chips not send into my turns of time... you have not managed user wise activity log. you dont take any responsibity of managing all the data. you should throw on facebook.
I play as a guest everyday and made 3cr chips, but when I opened the game, it was not connecting with mobile data and as i switched over to WiFi, surprisingly all my chips dissapeared😡 and when I complained it about on help and support, the answer on my mail was, I never had 3cr chips. It's very shameful to have that answer, as if I'm lying. I'm very surprised that they don't have the record as I played as a guest.
I've got a problem on the game since yesterday.The problem is the game do not started when my network is good.There is only few things happen on the screen,sign in ,connecting,retrieving,etc...but the game didn't started.Please fix this problem as fast as you can. Thank you
The game was fine but since last three months there is a bug . You cannot select the variation if you dont change the game mode from portrait to landscape or vice versa. It is hugely disaapointing that you are still unable to fix it. Also it takes time to show your chips after fresh login. Almost evertime the login is done twice . Only then the game becomes stable. Why cant you people fix this though you have updated the app atleast 3 times since this bug appeared.
Its bad game, uninstall it, do not waste money, sleep and family time, any one can empty your winning chips at any time by using 2 phones or playing 2or 3 players together, Your efforts luck do not work that time. I was addicted with game and hurted and loose many time, now free from it. But i noted no issue from oprator , issue only by people who cheat by playing together.
I have been playing this game for the last 7 years but in the last 3-5 days I am not able to play the game, the connecting popup is visible on the screen.
it doesn't even give u winning cards...i left playing this game 2 year ago for this reason and started to play it again 3 days back and from then out of more than 500 rounds i didnt even get Sequence only got 1 time colour.. i personally recommend u should upgrade your cards giving function.. I am leaving this game once again... once u fix this i will be glad to play it again..nd rate it 5 star.. otherwise it only deserves 1 star..

Please bring a mode in which we can play chatai mode with our facebook friends it will be fun.
Your game is good but you have to do some change in this game like Zynga Pocker game like fast and slow game option because some ideot people intensionnaly not operating game after card seen or due to net problem of any player all other player have to wait for 30 or 45 seconds. So make your game more popular with this two changes 1 game option- fast and slow 2 Atter start if any plyer give no reaction then in second turn that plyer should automatically deleated from the board. Everything was great but the auto rotate is very dirty thing in it
This is really worst since last 3 to 4 months. I don't have option to invite my friends to play with me. If my friends send me gift I only get half coins, also I haven't received good cards while playing. My daily purchase limit is decreased from 4 lacs to 1 lacs after watching videos. Also, after sharing my achievements on Facebook I did not received any coins. PLEASE FIX IT. I am not able to connect. Please fix it.
