Temple Run

Really great game, Just 3 small issues I have. 1. It looks like a PS2 game. 2. Sometimes the random terrain generation screws up and makes impossible slides or jumps. 3. The swipe mechanics could be slightly improved, sometimes it registers a wrong input making me miss a jump or turn, or just fails to register all together. But still... Its a great game, the last two thing only happen rarely. Also I do not understand the ad issue as on my device I get no ads, nor the ability to watch 1 to contin

One of the best running games of all time. For those who are complaing about graphics, bruh this was made in 2012 so ofc it's gonna look horrible, just play temple run 2 if you REALLY care about the graphics. For those complaing about the ads, they have to make money somehow and you can turn it off by turning on airplane mode. Overall, a bit of a dated running game, but fun nonetheless.

Amazing I love it. A lot of people complain about the ads but don't care for their review because they don't know airplane mode exists. Super amazing tons of different things you can do. I highly recommend it. You can use tons of different characters. And upgrade them. Plus you can change the coin look. As I said before I highly recommend it to others. P.S. some of the ads show cool games so you can get other cool games. But they won't be as good as this one. I also will say this about part 2!

This game is awesome. But I don't like one fact about it. Whenever I lose there are two options. Even when I don't want to want to see a video and I click cross, it always shows a video and goes to the main menu. It is quite irritating. And I always have to wait for messages so I cannot avoid it by clicking on no WiFi. Hope you can fix it.

It's an ok game. It freezes from time to time. And the ads are relentless. After a run an ad pops up before your score shows up. What is up with that. Watching ads to get free boost on to continue a run is ok, but even after the game ends and you want to go back to the main menu, an ad pops up. Too much ads!!!

I would give higher if the ads weren't so annoying. Firstly, you are allowed to choose to watch an ad to continue a run if you fail. However, even if you press the decline button, it almost always plays the ad anyway. Secondly, I have watched ads a few times to continue, and sometimes it will bug out and not respawn you even after the ad. This game used to be better, and I loved playing it. Unless it gets fixed, I cannot recommend it.

I like the game itself, but the app has issues. #1 It records my progress for about a week, and then I have to start all over again (characters are locked, powerups aren't enabled anymore...) #2 When you die, it asks you if you want to watch an ad to continue. If you choose 'yes', you watch an ad and continue, but if you select 'no', you have to watch an ad anyway, but you don't get to continue. I switched to Temple Run 2; it doesn't have these problems, and it has more options (scenery, etc).

I love temple run, I really do. I got a new phone and decided to install it, and was able to run it perfectly fine! But then I closed the app, and came back a bit later to play again. It just wouldn't run, it stayed frozen on the loading screen. I Uninstalled it and installed it again, and it worked again! But when I closed the app and tried to open it again, the same thing happened! Please fix this, its really agrivateing.

I remembered the fun I had back in the time when I used to play this a lot; but now everything changed for worse, I saw a review that said that now it has this Playstation 1 graphics, and I absolutely agree, the graphics do make me a little uncomfortable knowing that they used to be a lot better. Ads are really every time you end a run and they are unskippable most of the time. I also would say the best choice of words to describe the character's actions would be "not smooth".

The game itself is amazing, but there are too many ads. I think watching an ad to resurrect or to double the earned coins is great, I use it almost all the time. However, what annoys me the most is that when you die it asks if you want to watch an ad to resurrect, but even if you click no then you have to watch one anyways.

This game is good and the idea of trying to escape from creepy giant apes is awesome! Overall however, I didn't enjoy playing it, and to be honest it doesn't really keep my attention, it isn't something I'd wanna keep because I feel its not interesting enough and the disadvantage to it is the many ads that come up after every run! It's so annoying! I'd recommend this game to someone who has nothing else to do but resort in mediocrity gameplay if they couldn't find anything better to install.

Ok, the game is fun and all, but here's 2 big glaring flaws. If you're running this on a phone that is full screen, the notch on your phone camera blocks your score and coins. Second major flaw. When you die you get the option to view an ad to continue with the run. However, this is false because if you decide not to watch the ad and finish the game, you're prompted with another ad to get you to the main menu. So no matter what to pick you still get an ad.

The game itself seemed fine, but if I choose not to watch an ad to continue, I shouldn't have to watch an ad to start over, especially if it's unskippable after a few seconds. Just starting out and forgetting to jump immediately after a corner, for example, shouldn't mean I have to watch a long-ish ad right away. Give me thirty seconds or so of playing before making me watch. It's too late, now. I spent more time watching ads than playing, which is unacceptable.

I came back to this app just recently after about a year and a half of not playing, and I'm sad to say that the once beloved app I enjoyed as a child has been plagued with ads. There is absolutely no reason to see an ad EVERY time you lose a run! Even when given a choies to watch an ad to continue a run and you decline, guess what! You get one anyway!! For the over 8 years that i've been playing this game (on apple and android), I could play uninterupted, ad free; but not anymore.

Temple Run... Ahh the nostalgia back from 2011 playing this game is the best. It was was very popular wanted to experience that again . Although the game is still fun I do have a few problems with it though. To begin with the ads. I do understand ads are nessary for the game to make money . But unlike other games I know the ads in temple run are not optional and are shoved down the mouth. The game has to have ads optional than being played by force .

I hadn't played in years, but when I returned today, I found changes I did not like while ironically finding nothing added to the game itself. Resurrects are basically a useless purchase, as you can just use ads to advance now. The game is no longer a challenge with the ability to just jump back where you were after watching an ad. Overall I am not very happy with what I had seen.

It's a classic mobile game and is pretty old as well (I remember having it on an iPad years ago.) It even has a sequel which I haven't played, but also probably won't. It's fun for a little while but then gets repetitive and boring. The tilting mechanics get hard if you're not on a level area and are also pretty sensitive. It's not worth the hour of playtime

My toddler actually loves this game and is getting good at it. But, I can't stop the ads that come in after EVERY SINGLE RUN and the interruption is very frustrating to a two year old who can't navigate out of them. I was actually looking to pay for the game so he could play it without ads. But there doesn't seem to be an option; so I'm uninstalling the game and finding another one.

i used to absolutely adore this game, but after redownloading, the ads are out of control. it asks if you want to watch an ad to continue when you die, fine, but then without permission it plays one between every single run, with sound that pauses my music. really, really annoying and intrusive for what should be a fun game in my idle time. they're long and obnoxious, too - 30 second diaper ad with a newborn screaming in my ears to play temple run??? no thanks!

It's a great game, I've gotta put out there. But the ads. They're uncontrollable. Like literally, I turned off my internet and ads SOMEHOW continue. When you start, there aren't that many but long ads will appear after you die and die and die. Now the worst part is. There's an option for you to continue if you watch an ad well if you click no there will still be an ad. Great game so nostalgic but they've destroyed it with ads

I would play this a lot and it was quick fun. This new advertising after every run or watching an ad in stead of using a "resurection" just ruined it for me. Most of the ads are 30 seconds to even be able to leave and worse is the ads ste LOUD especially since i have sound and music off. I took it off my phone due to the ads with no way to even buy out of them like most others I play have. So disappointed.

Classic game but.. the ads are out of control!! I used to love temple run I've been playing the game since high school and I'm married now, I still play it! But, the ads just ruin the whole experience. After every run there is an ad, when my player dies there's an ad as an option to watch to continue playing. What is going on?!!! Same case for Temple Run 2.

I used to play temple run few years back a lot but I uninstalled it and after a long time now when I reinstalled it I am not satisfied as there are too many ads, and also when I swipe the screen to cross the obstacles in the way I don't know why but my character (person) goes straight and I lost the game ,and also when I don't want to use the revive power don't know why but it just activated on its own 🙁 very disappointed

I gave this app a 1-star rating in the hopes I would get the Developer's attention. I started playing this game in 2012. I used to play with a group of friends where we would screen shot scores in a group chat if we beat the latest high score. We'd play for hours after work...sometimes sitting at the bar we'd play. Anyway, I love this game. What I hate is what the Developer has done to the app. They added ads after EVERY game. As a business woman I totally understand the need for doing that but playing an ad after every single game is quite ridiculous. I can't play more than 5 games without rage quitting because I'm so annoyed by the ads. Can you please offer a version I can buy so I don't have to deal with the ads? If not, can you lessen the number of ads because how you have it now...I just can't recommend this app.

The game is quite impressive! The one thing that I want is an option to increase speed when the game starts. Sometimes it becomes very boring to wait for the speed to increase slowly especially, when playing more than one time. If the developer adds this feature, I will rate it 5 stars.

I downloaded it bc I was feeling nostalgic, and the game play itself was fine. It's just that there were so many ads. There was an ad at the end of every run, even if I didn't choose to watch a video to recover. The ads are also unskipable, there would be an x in the corner but nothing would happen when I would press it. There was no way for me to leave the ad. It was very frustrating
